I got a 50% bonus and didn't even no there was a bonus on, But they have a good bonus system there, Hence why that may have be a bit more cautious, Still does not make it right not to inform a player, I do not think I have ever been BB or if I have I do not know about it,
And I do love a bonus, But do not always take offers from sites and rarely take the max, I do my normal deposit 10 -25 nuggets, I have seen if people deposit just on bonus days or for the full amount than thats when they get the BB,
I myself think I would take the same route if I found my self BB, Like you all know I love a bonus but have nether took advantage and if a casino thought I was than I would not entertain them no more,
I suppose the promo what was showed was not account specified, Its like when you go on to a site and sign in you can still see the first deposit bonus on there, Now if you received an email or a private message on the casino site than it would be another story, But like I said you really should be told before hand and not after the fact,
If I only deposited when there was a bonus I would understand, but I don't, very few of my deposits, in fact I can only think of a couple (but haven't checked so might be more) that have been with a bonus. I'm honestly not bothered about being bonus banned its the fact I wasn't told, and that it was showing on my promotions page. I had £20 to deposit last night, and just wanted a little extra playtime. I had a choice of 100% bonus + 100 free spins at Roxy Palace or 50% at ABC. I took the 50% at ABC because I like them better than Roxy Palace, they run this type of tournament, think customer service is better than RP and have never had a problem with them, even though the bonus was lower and no free spins. That didn't work out too good
This is the first time I've been BB, like you don't think I've ever took the max bonus anywhere (unless its been small like deposit £10 get £20 free like betfair, coral, skybet etc do every now and then) certainly haven't at ABC, and I certainly wouldn't think of myself as a bonus abuser

I 100% did not get any email from you saying I was bonus banned, which your support pretty much confirmed, and I noticed in another thread someone else complained about the same thing yesterday. I also thought your support was a little sharp when I questioned if you had emailed me to tell me

HAVE to email a customer but it certainly would be good practice. I also should have been able to withdraw my deposit too without playing it through as the ONLY reason I made a deposit last night was to get the bonus as I mentioned above, and it wasn't my fault you couldn't be bothered to tell me before I made the deposit that I was bonus banned.

Why was I sent an email on Wednesday telling me about the bonus if I was bonus banned? Presumably I will get the free spins tomorrow as it clearly states they have already been added to my account.
Not even sure why I got bonus banned unless it was for winning the last tournament on here as I certainly don't only deposit when there is a bonus available, in fact if you check my account you will see almost all have been without a bonus.
Thanks for taking a look but its left a sour taste in my mouth, from a casino that I thought was pretty decent

. I actually use desktop much more than mobile, but do find myself sitting round in the car sometimes waiting for someone for 30 mins or so and thats when I use my mobile.
