I'm getting emails from Jeremy Smith (mailzee.biz) who seems to change his domain name every few weeks and re-adding my email address when i unsubscribe.

This spammer promotes so many casinos and I want to take this issue to the ICO (Mail server is in the UK, Web server is in Germany so i'd have to raise the complaint to see what to do). The emails aren't CANSPAM compliant.

This email promotes the following casinos
Leo Vegas, Sloto Cash, Triomphe Casino, Red Stag, Golden Lion,

I've sent emails to the reps on here to no avail on getting my email removed. Would a rep be able to give me contact information for the related affiliate so i can make this complaint?

I've seen that it is generally not adviced to click on unsubscribe-emails in spam, because it only confirms to the spammer that your mailbox is active. What you should do, is forward either the affiliatelinks or the email to the different casinos, so they can consider shutting the affiliate account down.

Spammers can be hard to take down, as it is pretty easy to change domain name/mail servers and webhosting. Your best choice to avoid spam is a good spam-filter. Gmail works fine for this for me. Usually it never lets anything trough.

No, they SHOULD shut the account - unsolicited spam is expressly forbidden in any affiliates terms. And it's illegal.

Thing is, Whilst i'd be happy to have the casinos try and remove me from the mailing list. I have found that these guys drop the casino and start promoting another one when i've done this before (Casumo have been helpful for example).

However, this guy is using a server based in the UK to send spam in a very illegal way. Therefore i'd like to raise a complaint with the ICO to get it shut down and possibly a fine levied against them. I've made complaints about spammers before and had Casino Rewards fined by the Information Commissioner in Malta for not removing me from their mailing list.

Well yes of course when it is definitely proven.
But it would unfair to affiliates if casinos were to close their accounts for only one accusation. It's not like its very hard to contact a rep here with a link to affiliate you don't like, and accuse them of spamming you. Neither is it hard to forge emails.
Thats why I wrote consider. One accusation may not be enough, but if they add up, or there are other substancial evidence, the casino should obviously take action.

Did some more digging around, they have been put on most of the major spammer databases

Unfortunately both their server provider and domain registrar want a subpoena before revealing the owners details which is super fustrating
