Really getting peed off with them...

Email is direct from them (promotion@box24.com).

I have emailed them saying to stop spamming me.

I have also used the unsubscribe button numerous times, it confirms I am unsubscribed but still they keep emailing me (First time I unsubscribed was over a month ago).

Something more sinister is "black diamond casino". I guess its their sister site or something. (email promotion@blackdiamondcasino.net)

They are sending emails that are hiding unsubscribe buttons so people cant unsubscribe... take a look at this:

blackdiamondsly.jpg

Notice The bit I have put a box round?

"Click here to". "Unsubscribe" is to the right of that which is a live link, however you cant see it as they have made it the same colour as the background. Also below it is "Report Spam". Again a live link which is completely hidden (I guess they have the report spam button to comply with Spamrobocop). This wasnt a hyperlink that changes colour when clicked... The email came through like that before any link was clicked.

Very sneaky. Not the most ingenious plan but it may fool a few and keep them on their spam database for a while longer.

Another is emails titled "Read your new message before it expires". All the same format, mostly from RCH casino (Rich reels... Typical casino rewards). This 1 comes from an email @ Newsepsilon.com. I have unsubscribed too many times but still they keep contacting me.

EDIT:

Only just realised in email it says blackdiamond are topgame... Me thinks that says it all

Chayton started this thread about the same thing although she did forget to tell that Deckmedia is Slotocash's affiliate program.
Those three TopGame casinos belongs to them too.

They are probably doing some kind of drive right now and we don't like it.

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/im-getting-lots-of-deckmedia-spam.57163/

The Box24 group (Spartan and Black Diamond included) used to be a great Rival before they couldn't take US players and switched to TopGame, so I'm really not surprised that Deckmedia bought them out, but I definitely am surprised we're getting so heavily spammed by them now that they're with DM.

Hi sparkz

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. Our intention is not to spam our members but to introduce our other casinos and you should be able to unsubscribe, so something is going wrong and I will get this issue resolved.

I hope you will be able to help me out so I can see whats going wrong with our mailing system. Human error or technical? We are running our own tests but can you PM me your email and the unsubscribe link/s you clicked.

With regard the link color that is bad html coding (not intentional) and will be fixed

Best Regards

Ms Sloto

Ms Sloto, you should probably also be aware that lately the emails that come to me from the Rivals are being flagged with this message in gmail:

(will reply to the other posts later but...) Oh and here we go, blackdiamond....

Another SPAM mail....

"Feel the power of the Black Diamond…feel your pockets getting heavy!

New Players at Black Diamond are treated like gems."

You know the funny thing?

I had an account ages ago... was sent various spam emails saying about making an account and getting a bonus/free chip to the same email addy I had registered with them.

I made a new account... nada to the free chip because of duplicate accounts....

"feel your pockets getting heavy!" - aka heavy with debt and lighter as the casino sucks every last cent out of you.... fun times
