YakoCasino Closing Operation

Dear Customer,

You are receiving this email as you are currently a customer of www.yakocasino.com which represents one of the EveryMatrix's licensed White Label partners. EveryMatrix is the license holder and platform provider for wwww.yakocasino.com. Unfortunately, wwww.yakocasino.com is in the process of closing and will stop trading and thus your customer relationship with this brand will cease shortly. The closing procedure will commence on the 30th of June. During the next period of days, you will be able to login and continue your activity on the wwww.yakocasino.com with real funds and your account will still be accessible. You will not however be able to benefit from any new bonuses.

During the closure process of wwww.yakocasino.com your account will be migrated to another website. All real funds left in your account will be transferred to your new player account. However, please note that we will not transfer any active bonus campaigns which you potentially had with wwww.yakocasino.com; therefore, we kindly ask you to forfeit any active bonus campaigns you may have.

I asked somebody about this and got back:

Hey Daz,
It’s All Australian which is closing (Same owners) and Yako / the other brands in the stable, are pulling from AU 29th but will remain open in the other markets, spoke to head of acquisition yesterday.

XXX :confused::what:

and after seeing Bryans post they replied:

They pulled NL (Off the whole everymatrix platform) a few weeks ago and AU is being pulled 29th/30th so I assume this is down to jurisdiction. I’ve pinged him just to be on the safe side! They shut Polder because it was NL, All AU because of the reg changes and everymatrix’s decision to pull the two markets, same with the new Fortuin brand (also NL)

I don’t see them pulling Yako, it’s the flagship!
Sketchy way to send the email to customers though.
Cheers XXX

I'm pretty sure Bryan has reported a Jurisdiction notification e-mail/issue rather than the whole Yako site disappearing?? Hence the reference to migrating his account?

Well, I won't be missing any of the EM based casinos, I can (still) continue playing at VS, V&J, Guts and Rizk.

Here's the deal: Every Matrix sent that email out last night (odd timing), and since it was from them I felt it was worth posting.

This morning it turns out they are merely switching platforms from EM to L&L - so they are still up and running and viable. Every Matrix makes it seem like Yako are shutting down, which they aren't. That was an unprofessional move in my opinion. It gives unnecessary stress to folks in an already stressful environment.

Hi all,

Yesterday evening a contact of me received the same email and informed me immediately.

First of all: YakoCasino is not closing down in any way.

At the end of next week YakoCasino.com will be moved to the L&L Europe Ltd platform.

We haven't approved the communication by EveryMatrix so we were really surprises.

Nevertheless: YakoCasino will go in to maintenance friday the 30th of June at 12:00CET. We will transfer all players towards our casino system, change DNS and of course aim to be back as soon as possible during the early evening.

If you have questions? I'm here to answer them.

Kr. Jan

Yes, to confirm I was just passed this info:

YakoCasino will stay open and will be better then ever!

23 June 2017

Dear Partner,
Yesterday players received an email from Everymatrix saying that “YakoCasino is closing on the 30th June 2017”. This is completely wrong.
Please rest assured that we’re not closing.
On the 30th June, we’re simply migrating YakoCasino from EveryMatrix to another platform, with the same great games from NetEnt and Microgaming and new games from Amatic Gaming.
We will contact all players before we make this move on the 30th June 2017, and when the move is completed, which shouldn’t take longer than 5 hours.
We understand the inconvenience created by the message from EveryMatrix, and we will do everything in our power to fix the issue and communicate to your customers that they received a wrong information.
Your affiliate manager will be on hand to answer any questions.
Best regards,
Your YakoCasino team

For any questions feel free to connect with: blah blah.....

So Bryan and others received a misleading and fundamentally incorrect e-mail from EM, which is pretty amateurish to say the least!:rolleyes:

Very poor from EveryMatrix

For L&L-Jan, will UK players be able to join Yako once the migration is complete? Would be great if you could remove that 1 account rule for UK players. Many of us are missing out on these new sites and supporting CasinoMeister by signing up here.

so now i will play there in future. I never touch a matrix casino after all i read about how they treat people

Hi Nicola,

Yes, when Yako is mirgrated to our platform we will allow UK players. Not from day 1 but I expect later in the first week of July.
