LasVegasFromHome.com (LVFH), incorporated in 1980, is an Internet gaming and entertainment provider that holds Internet gaming licenses in Antigua. It is the parent company of Action Poker Gaming Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary located in Antigua. The Company aims to become a major software developer and provider in the area of online poker. LVFH is continually seeking new, eligible licensees. It also plans to purse land-based gaming opportunities as they arise, but will focus its early efforts on the creation of a comprehensive gaming and entertainment software business.

Guts Poker is the Company's first software offering. In this game, players do not bet against the house, but against each other. There is no house bias. Guts Poker takes a small rake from the winner's hand. Most of the pot stays with the winning players. Hence, it will be the skills of the player that will determine their winnings, not the house advantage as with regular gambling games.

Guts Poker also features real-money Guts and Monte Carlo Guts games. The Company has filed a patent protecting the methodologies used to play Guts and Monte Carlo Guts on the Internet. Guts Poker is in a licensed jurisdiction where the government has enacted legislation to regulate Internet gaming. In addition, the Company has partnered with SureFire Commerce to process credit card transactions in order to ensure fairness and integrity.
