BGO stalling withdrawals

Hi guys,

Not a major issue but it's really annoyed me how i'm being misled by support.

So i won a nice amount of money on saturday at BGO, saw that if you had earned 150 stars that you get 12 hour withdrawal times. Great! I put a 24 hour cool off so i don't reverse it.

Sunday comes and the 12 hour mark hits and no withdrawal, I speak to support who say that the payments team are busy so it'll come through by end of play (Their payments team stops at 4pm). 4pm comes, still no money. I then get told it's gonna come on monday. 24 hours hits and guess who loses their money?

I've since played some more and won double what i had withdrew on saturday which is nice, but speaking to live chat today about my withdrawal and to see when it'll get processed, i've since been told that it's 24 hours + 12 hours as despite me having earned 250+ stars, that status thing doesn't get activated until a month after earning them. So, which is it? 24+12, 12 hours or as soon as they get around to it as another agent told me.

I've messaged the rep about the initial withdrawal and got no response, was just seeing what other users experience was as they are an accredited casino here.

Thanks!

Just wanted to add that since i posted this, The rep here has sorted out the VIP issue. Still some confusion over the withdrawal times though

Right, now it's all clarified, i hope this helps other members too.

The hours showing on the user levels on BGO mean that's how long the funds will be reversible for, not how long the withdrawal will take.

After the 24 hours (or 12 if you're up a few levels) it can take 24-72 hours to process the withdrawal plus however long it takes for the banks to process it.

Very slow for an online casino but i guess if that's their SLA then there isn't much that can be done.

Always fan of quick payouts. Some casinos have better resources to that than others, also again from business point of view, if you get your first big or even semi big withdrawal handled fast to you, they have much better chance to get more off from you for long term as you are happy for site and how they process your withdrawal without trying to spend time and make you reverse it, that's really short looking business, not making good to your retention rate if you piss of your players by long times for approving withdrawals and get them feel that they want you to reverse it. At least they should add some time frame which after you can't reverse it anymore if they have some traffic or huge backlog which can happen time to time every where.

Happy to see that some casinos have been introduced function to lock your withdrawal that you can't reverse it, even though you would need to go through verification process which take longer time to your withdrawal to be completed, you can be sure that they have no interest to make it be there to be reversed as you have locked it and not able to do it. Then it's easier to accept longer waiting times when you don't start to think that they just playing time and try to get you reverse your winnings. Paying out fast as possible gives casino much more potential to get more money out from you when you are happy to fair play and keep making deposits there which most of us don't do to site after one bad experience, was it regarding what ever.
