Hello guys new here.. i've joined bet365 and i made some good winnings and Lost also some money. so today i decided to make a last game, placed some bets all at once and i was winning all' of them. Suddenly i saw that real Madrid was drawing so for not risking i withdrow my money from the bet (700 over 1k), saw the money on my balance and i wanted to withdraw it. But it gave me a error saying there were not enough money on my balance. So i said okay i will place some bets (40-50£ not all' the money) and wait an hour. After i came back i reloaded my balance and my money was gone?!? And i was left with a bunch of £ and in my history i saw that my bet was signed as Lost.. like for real? I contacted the assistance support and they said that they will need time for more checking..
As anyone been in my situation? What you think is going to happen? Pretty pissed about the situation Hope they will sort It out..
