Howdy people's, just here to spell out a problem I had with sky vegas last year.
I now know not to use partners card for gambling. A big no no.
I understand this and would REALLY appreciate no comments on that.
Anyways, I never got my money which was 2.3k... Rainbow Riches for the win!!!! Love that game.
Anyhow. I had made numerous withdrawals to said card, and deposits.. Even had a couple of 50 quid withdrawals to the card a few days before the first and only big win of my life!! Anyway.... I submitted all documentation they required for them to basically give me the ride around like GTA 5 player just to kill me whilst I'm not paying attention.....They refused outright to pay me my winnings because I had used my partners card, even though her address matches mine, and our drivers licenses have the same address on them. Even sent a picture of the card too as requested. But nop... Nothing was good enough, basically they tried to tell me that my partners card was on another account that was self excluded. But here's the kicker, THE CARD WAS NEW? lol. It made for alot of stress and I've blamed my partner for losing such a hefty amount of money. So what do sky do instead? They deposit all the deposits I've made back to the bank account and close my account on sky (that was close immediately after pressing withdraw) It's a shame really as Sky are suppose to be a reputable company and their Rainbow riches game had great returns. I now use my own debit card if I ever sign up or deposit or whatever. But yea, there is my story. Story for the drivel. Haha.
