I had two payouts from non-bonus deposits *approved* by them. It took about 2 months for me to receive the first one, and I had to spend many hours on collection efforts to do it. The second one is now being delayed like the first one was. The service on cases like this is pretty much nonexistant.
The customer service agents I have been able to contact have said my payout would be here last week, and apparently have lied to me about its status. They have refused to give information, stalled, and told me to "just be patient." They have told me they are "working on it" and "doing the best they can." This payment was approved by them well over a month ago, and reportedly went to the payment processor over 15 working days ago. they said it would be 7 - 10 before I received it. There was one manager there, reached at the customer service line, who helped get my last payout sent, after TWO months of similar experiences. I have not been able to contact her again, despite leaving several voice mails at the customer service line. Usually one cannot talk to anyone there, but must leave a voice mail. I have never had a call back from them. I have also had on-site chat be unavailable much of the time, but when it is available, no help at all.
All I know to do is to keep on trying. If anyone here has any suggestions, I'm all ears.
