I don't know if you are still around? Im having some issues, that I wont discuss out here, but enough to take it a step further. I went to eCOGRAS'S site and indeed they are not on there. I sent an email to support and this was my reply. Thank you for your e-mail.

I think you'll find that Videos lots is one of the best -- and most reliable -- operations around. If you have a problem ask them to help you.

FTR, VS is registered in Malta and the UK. Since you are a non-UK player you should take your issue to the MGA who have a good reputation for resolving player complaints.

If that fails you're welcome to use our Complaints service called PAB (links in my signature).
