Hi so I got the ok from support to establish an account with this casino as my flatmate already had one. Support said yes it would be fine.

I went ahead and won a substantial amount and then management closed my account down claiming I was betting higher than allowed ie: $7.50 which in fact is not true. They also claim multiple accounts but I have the evidence confirming I was allowed to open an account. Not sure what else I could do, is there a way I could view my gaming history and will submitting a complaint to Curacao Gaming help as I've read they do not care about players.

Really need your help on this Meisters

Hello,

Max Drayman here, I handle the Complaints side of things at Casinomeister.com

I have received, processed and submitted your PAB to the casino people. I'll let you know when I have something further to report.

Regards,
Max Drayman, Complaints (PAB) Manager, Casinomeister.com

PS. Please ensure that you have you read and understood the PAB FAQ (see
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
); section 3.12 is particularly important as I work on the PAB for you.

The FAQ tells you the scope of our service, what you can expect from us and -- also very important -- what we expect from you.

If you don't understand and/or cooperate with the PAB process then your PAB will very likely fail.

So please do ensure you have read the FAQ.

Thank you for your cooperation.

They are about as useful as mudguards on a tortoise. Go straight to Max I would recommend, via the PAB.

Appreciate maxd help but I feel there no hope I'll be successful as its me vs casino

Turned out the casino has good evidence of multiple accounts being controlled by a single player, not to mention multiple Terms violations (in spite of the OP's claims to the contrary).

Given the evidence and the fact that deposits were returned I was comfortable marking the OP's complaint as "failed" and closing the case.

You failed me. What about my evidence about being allowed to have an account even though my flatmate had already had one. I don't dispute same IP as shared wifi

This is the answer - controlled by a SINGLE player and MULTIPLE term violations - learn from this

Yes learnt that its not OK to have an account if winning a substantial amount. If I cashed out $200 that's fine. Unreasonable

... Unreasonable

No, what's unreasonable is you trying to pretend that you did not use and/or control that second account. The evidence clearly shows that you did. The fact that the casino allowed that second account is a grace they permitted on your behalf, and that of your "roommate". The fact that that you used that grace to then violate the Terms is your bad, not theirs.

Also "unreasonable" is your claim in the PAB that you did not violate the "max bet" Terms. You clearly did, many times while under Terms of an ongoing bonus.

Yet more "unreasonable" is you wasting my time on what you would have known full well was a bogus PAB. You've repeatedly lied and mislead my efforts and now the other shoe will drop: you're banned for being a fraudster and a PAB abuser.
