A large number of issues with this Casino since 'winning' with them.

I deposited £50, was given a match bonus of £50. Unlike other UK casinos no terms and conditions at any stage displayed or warned of when depositing and using their prefered payment method of Skrill. (this will become relevant for a number of reasons shortly).

So over about 8 hours, gambled as high as £2500, before dropping to £1500 at which I withdrew. All stakes were up £4 mainly on slots(again relevant to something lately) with the odd 10 / 15 on blackjack. If their was a play through this was smashed multiple times less than half way through my evening of play. as I kept on playing.

So withdrew, according to their withdrawal procedure, after 2 days this should go from being reversible to non reversible. After 2.5 days it hadnt I emailed them enquiring why as I didnt wish to be tempted to play with it. Oddily I was encouraged to close my account, which seemed bizaar to me, this is the first time a casino had ever encouraged that as a solution to not playing whilst waiting for a withdrawal.

2 days later i receive another email we've denied your withdrawal and confiscated your winning as you deposited with skrill in terms and conditions not advertised to players or warned about during the deposit or bonus offer process. I also took screenshots to demonstrate this, no statement no hyperlink no nothing.

I obviously complained and requested this be placed with the casino manager, I had a rapid reply basically telling me where to go and see Ecogra. In my complaint I requested their UK Gambing Authority Licence Number, their UK address they could accept physical service of complaints and documents and their justification for adding terms and conditions after giving a player a bonus. They did not supply any of these.

Obviously the casino manager / support / probably owner is all one and the same. As a note they refunded my original deposit, which I was into the bonus money when I got my first win, in an attempt to get rid of me, I stated I would only be willing to accept the amount I had won and I also pointed out that they were breaching numerous UK Law and probably their Licence by adding conditions after the bonus was given.

I then pointed out on the site promoting them on facebook page of NYE casino, whether they are to do with them I have not researched. They stated they had been in contact with MiamiDice, who told them a completely different story that I had wagered in too large amounts (back to the £2 to £4 amount).

Obviously theirs a lot of issue with any casino who dont know their own licence numbers, wont provide contact details, add terms and conditions after a player wins, recommends a deposit method that they then use as an excuse not to pay out to a player, change their reasons why theyve not paid out to different parties.

Obviously as Ive been replied to by the casino manager after making an official complaint I can now escalate this to the UK Gambling Commission who have actual legally binding powers against them with implicated for them, unlike Ecogra who i believe just to be an arbitary non binding trade group.

So whether or not I get my winnings we will see, but let this serve as a warning to all about what in my opinion seems a rogue operator.

Yes, the UKGC has legal powers but most of the time they will not get directly involved in player complaints. That responsibility is shifted to the ADRs which in the case of Miami Dice is eCOGRA.

I played here when they first opened and went to the promotional terms and conditions link at the bottom of the page as found on most casino's

I do specifically remember reading no deposits with skrill and upon checking...

They are none other than Caddell Ltd who are known as Gday, 21casino, hello casino, fruity casa, playgrand, etc. Iv played, won and been paid by most of them no problems at all

Sorry to here of your plight but I don't think you have a leg to stand on with this situation, it's a nightmare and I agree that if a deposit method is not welcome to be used with a bonus then it should not be available nor accepted if used in error but it is in the terms and conditions and I think it's the players responsibility to check them

Best of luck to you either way

The Skrill term has been in the Caddell sites' T&C's for ages. I think you may have missed it OP. They are all under the same license number Caddell or White Hat Gaming at the UKGC. For some reason Skrill deposits are non-bonus in many casino groups. The CS agent probably wouldn't have a clue how to use the UKGC's search to retrieve their own license no.

Either way ive complained to the Gambling Commission, even if just to force them to make players aware of bonus terms and conditions and to stop encouraging a player to use a deposit method which invalidates any winnings as Im sure their walking a very very fine line when they knowingly give players bonuses using the deposit method they recommend, when they know it will invalidate any winnings, legally I believe it would be deception.

Im not expect to get the money, but Im going to be a right pain in the ass for them and make sure they do things to the letter of their licence at the very least for the benefit of other players.

However, the fact that they tried to get me to close my account voluntarily, then refunded my initial deposit when id played with that, to me me stinks of something amiss with them.

Their licence number etc I can get, so Im going to make sure the gambling commission ask them a lot of awkward questions and puts them on their radar.

Either way will let the Gambling Commission sort it out and be a very vocal unhappy customer.

Actually wih the gambling commission, if a complaint has been rejected by the casino management and its a non technical fault they will get involved, what they end up doing is another issue though.

Is it too hard in this day and age to not let you deposit via Skrill whilst using a bonus?

I know a lot of sites who don't. Bet Victor spring to mind.

They are concerned that bonus abusers use skrill to easily transfer between accounts / email addresses . I suppose it's up to them to deny a bonus with skrill deposits BUT if it is not made perfectly clear when depositing i.e a popup saying "this deposit method is ineligible for the bonus" then it's just another deceptive practise designed to freeroll the player imo . Keep the lost deposits and forfeit any winnings :(

Totally agree.

There are good sites out there that do that.

Do you have references for that? The entire role of the ADRs is to field those complaints so I'd be a little surprised if the UKGC is now taking an active role in dispute resolution.
