TopBet.eu has owed me payment of $3585 plus $80 in withdrawal fee's for approx. 2 months. I originally made withdrawals of $825 (Pd. additional $40 withdrawal fee) on 5/6, $1125 (Pd. additional $40 withdrawal fee) on 5/13, and $885 (Pd. additional $40 withdrawal fee) on 5/20. These withdrawals where to paid back on my credit card. As of 5/22 I hadn't received any of the withdrawals so I called TopBet customer service. They told me that there was an issue with the pay to card option so they would have to send a check. At that time I told them I would like to also withdrawal the $750 remaining in my account. They told me they would put a rush on the withdrawal process and that I would receive the first check ($2500) in approx. 10 days and I would receive the second check in approx. 17 days ($1085). I also asked them to refund the $80 of the withdrawal fees due to the fact that I already paid $120 for 3 withdrawal fees and am now only making 2 withdrawals, the first one of which is free due to the fact that it was my 1st check withdrawal which is advertised as free on their site. As of June 16, 2016 I hadn't received any check or notification from TopBet so I called customer service again. The customer service agent said no withdrawals were processed yet and that he will put a rush on the withdrawals and that I will receive them both within 7-10 days. I again called customer service on June 22, 2016 and they said no withdrawal has been processed and they didn't have any record of the withdrawal request's. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I talked to Carole, who claimed to be a supervisor with TopBet and she apologized and said she will put a rush on both checks ($2500/$1085) and that I will receive both checks within 10-15 days. I also discussed the issue of TopBet owing me 2 of the original withdrawal fee's ($80) due to the fact that I paid for 3 withdrawals and the monies were never withdrew and eventually I only made 2 withdrawals, one of which is free due to TopBet policy. She said that there is nothing the can do about that. On June 28, 2016 I again called customer service to check on withdrawals and they informed me that neither check has been processed and that I would receive the 1st check for $2500 in another 10-15 business days and I won't receive the second check ($1085) until 10-15 business days after the first check was processed. I told the rep. that this was not what I was told by supervision (Carole) the prior week. I asked to speak to Carole again. They said she wasn't in yet, so I called back later that evening to speak with Carole. When I spoke to her later on 6/28 she informed me that she did put a rush on checks and that I will receive them. I told her what the rep. told me about processing times and that it didn't match what she told me previously (I would receive both checks within 10-15 days). She then told me that they cant process both checks in the same week. I told her a) that is not what she told me the prior week and that b) it hasn't been 1 week, it has been over a month. I called customer service and TopBet supervisor 3 more times since and I have yet to receive any payment. As of 7/3 hey told me the first check has been processed but the second check has not been processed yet. As of now TopBet owes me $3585 plus $80 in withdrawal fees paid. I have been using site for years and have made over six figures in bets and haven't had any issues and have always received my withdrawals to card within 2 weeks but this time I have been lied to on numerous occasions both by reps. and management and feel I am getting robbed. Any assistance would be appreciated and please forward this to all your readers to warn them to not use TopBet and if they are they might want to find I more respectable site so they don't run into similar issues.

J.C.

PS: I did not find a TopBet representative on your list so I did not contact through your contacts.

Wow, assuming your whole story is true, this is a weird cause of events and asks for some explaining and apologies from Topbet followed by full payment. And how come they 'can't' pay back the withdrawal fees? It could be an unfortunate cause of events, but since it's been going on for a while that is not likely.

Good luck in retrieving what is rightfully yours.

Hi JC and welcome to CM :)

Just reading this makes me shudder

Top Bet originally premiered online in 2002, where they were a sportsbook that was on just about every blacklist online. After an awful track record of more than a decade and ties to noted scam artist FutureBet Systems, TopBet.eu surfaced in 2012 under new management. Though the sportsbook still operates with FutureBet’s platform for wagering, they handle their own payment processing.

Top Bet is one of the few sportsbooks that service US players that are based in Asia. The company’s offices and base of operations are in Manila, Philippines. However, they are still licensed offshore by the government of Curacao.

Their Ripoff Report page also has several complaints. The most damning of them seems to be them issuing fraudulent checks. However, this has not been independently verified. Though, a running theme seems to be a difficult time getting answers from support and runarounds when it comes to payouts.

These guys are definitely guilty of slow-pays in some situations. To be fair, though, it’s important to note that it seems that all customers are being paid. Since their reincarnation in 2012, there have been no reported no-pays, confiscation of balances or anything like that.

Operator based in Manila, Philippines, licensed in useless Curacao, linked to a former scam site (FutureBet) and serving the US market with an .eu domain. Alarm bells going off all over the place.

However, it seems they do pay albeit with delays, so i hope you will get paid.

That said i don't think CM will be able to assist with this one but will leave it to the admins to confirm.

TopBet hasn't done or offer anything from customer support side (refund withdrawal fees, taking care of payment). They have done nothing but be deceitful and lie. That is my biggest issue. Fortunately I don't need the money so I am more irritated in how they handled the situation. I would appreciate if they were just straight with me and tell me the truth that they are scamming me and going to steal your withdrawal fees. They are costing me more money in time on the phone listening to B.S.
Like I said in my previous post I haven't had any issues in the past and they have always paid in a timely manner and have had pretty good customer service but I guess I could say the same thing about the US financial system before 2008 as well and they cost me and other's millions. I just want to make sure I get the word out there so nobody else gets burned. JC

Sounds like a load of crap in the casino's part. I'll be updating the rogue pit tomorrow - me thinks a new entry is in order.

@JC1438 - there is little chance we can get anything doe here. This is an unregulated casino that has all the indicators fo being a rogue casino. If you are in the US, I would recommend checking out the

site which only has US licensed casinos (for NJ only). I would also recommend

as well since most of their sponsors are trustworthy US facing casinos.

Yes and they will continue to be deceitful and lie. They have NO intention of paying you, and it's a continuous litany of BS and talk-to-the-hand until you give up.

Philippines says a lot - I'd trust them more if they had offices in Baghdad. Curacao is a waste of space and the most corrupt and inept so-called 'licensing authority' out there.

Thanks for enlightening the other US players here and hopefully they won't see another cent from ripped-off players.

I read on some other forum when searching for some info for the OP that the old owner of FutureBet Systems has actually moved to the Philippines and set up office there. So it is probably still the 'old' crew running the show.

They probably pay just enough players to stay under the radar, speak not too many complaints of non-payment surfacing. But betting forums are full of slow pay complaints, weeks to months even for a few hundred bucks withdrawals.

I see that Paragraphitis has spread more than we thought.

Everyone, grab a book and pray you don't become afflicted

LMAO ..... :clap::yahoo:

No matter how bad my day has been, i only need to read some of your posts and i am back to the usual smiling and laughing Harry :D

Thanks Goatie  :D

EDIT: I will propose a new CM award for 2016: "the funniest poster award" .... you will win that one hands down

Do Not use TopBet.eu

Just giving a warning to not use TopBet.eu. They are not paying out. I have been with them for a while and payouts always are slow but paid. Now I believe they are trying to steal monies and close shop. They have owed me in excess of $2000 for over 3 months. I have contacted numerous customer service reps and managers and get the same response. That my payout was a priority. I have filed complaint with government licensing in curacao but probably wont help. Just want to warn others not to use.

Maybe not cross-posting since the other thread was 13 months old :)

It never stop surprising me though that people who have been treated bad already at rogue places still are going back for more punishment. Why aren't they running?

Good point, never learned to understand when after you loosing, contact CS and rant 30 mins how rigged casino is and next day deposit and play there again  can say from experience when in some cases had to go through contact and activity history, there are surprisingly many players who do that.... Just ranting when you don't beat casino every time, it must be rigged but still keep playing there :)

Dunno if these same players are sending money to Nigeria to get millions by just sending little bit money for arrangement expenses and keep doing that even though surprise costs are coming more and more all the time and no dime coming to your account.

Loosing is never nice but ranting about that won't help a lot and these posts here in complaint part of forum can really see that quite many of these players who state casino steal their money unfairly, are not giving full story where casino is relying. Not nice of course if you win big with one of your multi accounts but that's lesson to learn not to make them afaik there is no casinos who accept you to do that and use your welcome bonuses every time when you wish to play....

I do agree with you when it comes to ranting players and those that are fraudsters, but my comments wasn't really about that :)

In this case this guy was in the right to his money but was playing at a rogue casino. We told him so but still he obviously went back there and was again robbed of his winnings. (I assume he was paid the first time since he got quiet though). It's sad to hear but maybe he won't go back a third time.

Maybe you see it from the casinos perspective but it's good to see it from the players view also. We are robbed by casinos too!

That's for sure, bit misunderstanding in our posts :) Was more wondering in general players who loose, rant casino rigged and come back.

Rogue places are really different story and as been say many times here, don't walk away, run. If these casinos under Curacao, Costarica license can do almost what ever they want, it must be really attractive welcome or other bonus to get players to play there or as well people who don't have that much experience and are first time playing international online casino cause of really nice welcome bonus there. I really feel these players who have been fcked up by these rogue places which should have pop up in their site that we scam you, yes, know that these exist as you said.

Playing online is just something what you can start first time from link in some site you are visiting and you really believe that all play fair, which is not true by my experience.

My apologies about bit misreading your message and not fully concentrate to whole story in this topic.

After reading all the negative reviews here I wonder...they sent me a 100 free chip...I worked it to over 3k...but I have to deposit..100..in order to request a payout ..seems fishy...any chance I will get paid?

Oops, you're quoting my post from 2017 and ask that. I can't give you an answer really :)

Normally in most casinos you need to make a deposit to be able to cash out from a free chip, if you never deposited before. That is normal, but usually it's just $20, not $100.
I would read up a little more. Do searches in google with the casinos name and complaints or rogue after, to get the best answers.
