Hi. I made a withdrawal of $2k from Jackpot City Casino on 8th April and it's still under "In Process". The payment gateway for withdrawal was eCheck; direct transfer to my bank account. But still haven't got anything.
Last week I made three more withdrawal to iDebitpayments, Credit Card and Entropay.

How long does it takes to process it? Also they have not requested any documents yet. I called the support 5 times and they always say it will take another 24hrs or it needs to be reviewed by Operations team. Seems like they are stalling me.

Does it matter if I used my credit card to make a deposit and withdraw the amount using bank transfer?

What's the fastest way to make withdrawal? I have seen instaDebit and iDebitpayments. Are they reliable?

Has anyone else made withdrawal from jackpot city?

Thanks

I think Vinyl pointed out a while back that this group has changed terms (IIRC?) since leaving the UK market and can indeed do a 10-working day w/d period. I'm pretty sure he mentioned this a year or two back.

Yes, I queried it, and they sent me an email confirming that since my big win they had changed to a 10 day pending period. I suspect they are lying though because I had a 10 day pending BEFORE the big win, and a German player reported being told about a change to a 10 day pending period the previous year.

I think they pick and choose who to stick on 10 day pending, and then lie to them that it's a general change to the terms. It's foolish of them because they are easily found out by players who are members of a forum. I suspect they do it to players who are too disciplined to ever reverse a withdrawal on the standard 48 hour pending period, especially if they have won a fair bit.

The entire group (Digimedia) seemed to go downhill once they ditched the UK players, so it's hardly surprising they are still pulling this 10 day pending stunt. If they were not, and they wanted documents, the request would come after the 48 hour pending period.

As I posted in the other thread I have just learned that anything beyond a couple days with Echeck is solely on the casino, my transfer was overnight, I think it must be tied to the Interac network.

Yes I play there and made a withdrawal a few times, they're a a pretty good Casino and reliable.

I use Neteller to deposit and withdraw a lot quicker than credit card.

They have a 24 hours pending and money is reversible but not after 24 hours. Do not reverse. :)

After the 24 hours my money was in the following day :)

When I join a Casino I usually verify my account first, saves the hassle for later.

Also it is a good idea to deposit and withdraw using the same method.

Good luck, I am sure you will get paid if you followed T&C's

PS, Your account will have to be verified first though :)

Wow!! So this is weird and unusual > But exactly 26 minutes after posting on this forum, I got an email from Jackpot City requesting documents for ID verification. Seems like the Operations Department was in hibernation mode since last 10 days. I should have done this earlier...

There are some serious members on this forum!!

Thanks Mina for confirming about the payouts. I just got an email from JC for verification. I played fair and followed the T&C. Lets see how long it will take.

But they really need to specify on their FAQ's about the payout processing time for international players. They have been out there for a long time, that should be easy.

I found that live chat is pretty helpful :)

After your account is verified your money should be in at least the next day :)

Never had a problem with these guys. I always chose the cheque option because I didnt mind waiting 5-10 business days for my money. Ive cashed out a dozen times, never an issue and to be honest they have never asked me for my ID yet. Always thought their live chat was great too.

The only thing that turned me off was this 6x your first deposit max win thing if you use their bonus. I chose not to use it.

Update:

So I emailed my docs for verification, and its still under review. But I got another email from PSC support (which was in French) that I will be only paid $120 from $2000, because I didn't followed the 30% rule. If I bet more in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to my account, they consider this as a violation. This was only needed until I completed the wagering requirements. However I have completed the wagering requirements and can cash out later. I will be paid only $120 after my docs are reviewed and the remaining money was credited back to my casino account. This will take another 48 hrs. Will keep you posted.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will be able to see who read your thread. ;) Check if a casino rep from Digimedia/FL has been reading it, then you know why you got such a quick reaction :D

They were a good outfit before being digimedia, now they only process wds maybe 2 days in the week, and on top of that if your cashout is hefty , and i had a few big ones there 16k being the biggest one, they will put in reverse for about 15 days which is what happened to me, yes they paid me but oh boy did they take their time, as ive said sometimes here, where digimedia puts its finger it all goes to sh**.

Update:

The first $2k which was cashed out, was reversed back to my casino account due to not following 30% rule. I made another withdrawal of $4k and it was processed.
Received payout of $4k from JackpotCity. :cheerleader:
Thanks JackpotCity

It still took them over 10 days to realise that you had broken the 30% rule and take the obvious step of asking for your documents. This is still "extreme stalling" on their part, even if they eventually paid $4000 of the total $6000 worth of withdrawals.

A good casino would have asked for documents and told you that you had broken the rules within a couple of days, rather than a couple of weeks. Maybe they were hoping you would play it all back and thus never know that you would not be getting the $2000 because of the 30% rule breach.

They also have this other max win rule of 6x deposit for a first withdrawal, so there is little point in winning big in any case as this could also have shaved a fair bit off your $2000 even if you hadn't broken the 30% rule.

I agree, that's true. They should have asked for doc verification at the very second day of cash out. I always had a similar response from customer support, saying it will take another 24 hrs to process the payout or their Operations Department is still processing.

They need to be quick & specific about their payout processing time and stick to it. If it's going to take more than the specified period, atleast give the player a valid reason for it, instead of stalling for another 24 hrs.

At the end, they paid out; no matter what, it took them 20 days to process it. I will try couple of another payouts, if they are still the same then I'm very less likely to play there anymore.

Same here

I just got the "it's with the operations department" email. Going on 17 days now.

First it's "we need id", then oh it takes 48 hours to process, then "oh there's a problem" ( which to be fair there was but I rang them and sorted it, was told everything was in order ), I sent two emails requesting info every three days and got "congrats when we pay your funds will be deposited into account ... etc etc" but no actual information on what the hold up is, ( fridays email even came with a "we don't process on the weekends" comment, and finally this morning the "it's with operations".

Very special definition of 24-48 hours!

Have withdrawn and deposited with no problems before and since, but this one withdrawal the don't want to pay.

I'm having this same issue. I'm a jackpot city user from australia and getting similar responses and excuses. $1800 was withdrawan during the week and since has left the banking area as a pending withdrawal. But since then i've been informed they cannot bank transfer to me? Even though i'm a visa user, and a cheque is the only way i will receive it if i dont open ecopayz or netteller account.

Is a cheque of that size being sent to australia just stupid to accept? And should they be able to bank transfer?

Just curious mate, did you end up receiving your winnings? I am going through exactly the same thing as we speak :(
