I played at 2 casinos owned by the same group, Casino Fiz and Play2Win, for a little over 2 months mainly in August and Sept. of last year. I ended up with over $30,000 of withdrawals (about $5,000 of actual winnings) and received payouts, which the amount was based on my activity during the 2 months of play. Since my payouts didn't seem high compared to my overall deposits and thinking they were ignoring my overall withdrawals or were not going to pay them in full, I decided to make a chargeback threat for nearly $40,000 in deposits in hopes of getting higher payments. I know now this was a stupid move, which was in October. I decided to stop playing and let the withdrawals come in at the minimal rate of $1500 from each casino account ($3000 total) every 18 business days, which is slow process but is stated in their terms of service. I was confident that over time I will eventually get all my money. They been paying, but started to refund prior deposits instead of a wire transfer, which is how they paid in the past. I assumed this was because refunded transactions cannot be chargeback. I went from $30,000 to $12,000 remaining. Now they voided this remaining amount on grounds that I mentioned "chargeback" 6 months ago. This is clearly an excuse to not pay because they know chargebacks are hard after 6 months from the transactions. After several emails back and forth, they still refuse to pay. What would you do? Try to chargeback transactions (not yet refunded) that are 6-8 months old? I actually could chargeback far more than the 12k they refused to pay. Any advice?

These rogue operators are getting smarter by the day.

- first, they drip-feed payments at $1500/18 days, which in itself is already an insult to any player
- then because you mentioned once "chargebacks" they do the payments as refunds to your CC to reduce the potential liability for CB's
- CB's usually can be done up to 6 months from the transaction date
- BANG, they stop payments after exactly 6 months citing your "CB threat" as they think that now you can't do them anymore
- with $12K unpaid they probably are still in profit from you and will be trying to keep that

The 2 casinos are part of Best Pay Partners Group and they are well known to be a rogue operator, the internet is full of complaints for slow or no payments, including a few threads here at CM, see here:

Don't know how CB's are handled in the US and furthermore how Rival / Best PayPartners will react, they probably won't let you register/play at any other of their properties. Generally CB's are not recommended but i will let other fellow CM members from the US chime in here as they might have experience with doing them.

Harry you are right about that. Just the name of the casino speak's volume's "FIZ" It is a true joke and I played at the casino on the first e-mail offer I got?
And well I just have the real problem with any operator that offer's me a huge bonus with a NO PLAYTHRU offer? I did not take it as the first taste of play showed me a lot. The game's are alright I guess but the way the game;s play is off?
I played with a $90.00 free chip from the start and I would just set the auto and watch and it went up and up and then almost too the moment I guessed it the play went south? :eek2:
I feel for the OP here But I would not hold my breath with these guy's? They don't appear to have a sense of humor and when it comes to money they are all biz. If they were paid any at all I would be surprised and it look's like maybe they did recover some of the deposit's?
My guess would be cut and run if you can stand the loss?Best of luck and I will be watching any progress you may have? Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

You are 100% correct there, in all aspects of your answer

I can't understand why Rival let a small number of their operators behave in such a disgusting way.
I actually started to work with these guys very briefly many years ago, but it very quickly became apparent that they were "dodgy at best, rogue at worst" and I soon cut all ties with them. I then found out they were connected to the Rome Casino Group, who also had a great reputation... as one of the biggest rogues on the net.

Having said that though, charging back was a very bad idea as all operators, good or bad, take a VERY dim view on this.

All of their Rival casinos AFAIK:
RockBet Casino
Vegas Days
Slots Jackpot
Casino Fiz
Tradition Casino
21 Grand Casino
Gold Rock
Supreme Play
Play2Win

Avoid all of these!
