I played at 2 casinos owned by the same group, Casino Fiz and Play2Win, for a little over 2 months mainly in August and Sept. of last year. I ended up with over $30,000 of withdrawals (about $5,000 of actual winnings) and received payouts, which the amount was based on my activity during the 2 months of play. Since my payouts didn't seem high compared to my overall deposits and thinking they were ignoring my overall withdrawals or were not going to pay them in full, I decided to make a chargeback threat for nearly $40,000 in deposits in hopes of getting higher payments. I know now this was a stupid move, which was in October. I decided to stop playing and let the withdrawals come in at the minimal rate of $1500 from each casino account ($3000 total) every 18 business days, which is slow process but is stated in their terms of service. I was confident that over time I will eventually get all my money. They been paying, but started to refund prior deposits instead of a wire transfer, which is how they paid in the past. I assumed this was because refunded transactions cannot be chargeback. I went from $30,000 to $12,000 remaining. Now they voided this remaining amount on grounds that I mentioned "chargeback" 6 months ago. This is clearly an excuse to not pay because they know chargebacks are hard after 6 months from the transactions. After several emails back and forth, they still refuse to pay. What would you do? Try to chargeback transactions (not yet refunded) that are 6-8 months old? I actually could chargeback far more than the 12k they refused to pay. Any advice?
