Slotocash/Uptown Aces never fail to disappoint

I have, stupidly, once again deposited and played on a Slotocash site, Uptown Aces, which used to be Desert Nights. I feel like a moron for doing so. Every time I have cashed out in past there have been problems, delays and once, I was even shorted 15.00 on a cash out on top of the 65.00 bucks in fees for under 200.00 (what a joke). It wasn't worth the hassle to make it an issue as I'd won the money on a free bonus and didn't want to waste the energy. This time after, admittedly foolishly, depositing again. I made a small deposit, played through and decided that, before making further deposits, I'd see if cash out went smoothly. 2 weeks later "Sorry, we don't wire money to NYS". They couldn't tell me that on chat OR weeks ago when I sent the request? I'd received wires before. Are you aware they charge SIXTY DOLLARS to cash out even the smallest amount by bank wire? By comparison Club World charged me NINE. All the other fees, Western Union for instance, also GROSSLY inflated. It's not a lot of money but it IS MY money. Again, I'm such an idiot for giving them any of my money. It will never happen again. Believe me. Shall I even bother and be charged NINETY dollars, leaving me 50 something or just give up and be content in sharing my experiences with these non-transparent, ever underhanded folks? It is my own fault for playing there after one negative experience followed by another but it IS still MY money.

Now it's 'We don't bank wire to NY AND the 136.00 you won doesn't qualify to be sent by any other method". Let me translate "Play til you lose your money because you ain't gettin' it". Why this group isn't on your rogues list I have no idea. The Worst.
 
Please contact the casino forum rep via Private Message if you haven't already done so.

My other word of advice, if payout delays and exorbitant charges to withdraw bother you, is stop playing online. I have and my stress levels have gone way down.

The OP is in the USA - they can't use e-wallets.
I guess in Mexico you have access to Neteller, Skrill and the like - same as Europe?

i was a regular there and completely stopped playing sloto or uptown - i deposited about 300 weekly on both, until one day i tried a code and it declined - when asked why they said becuase i been moved to a lower level of vip. i was appauled and instead of complaining i said i have had enough of the BS we usa players have to go through just to play, god forbid i am able to cash out - then its round 2 of headaches - i couldnt beleive the fees they charge for western union - it used to be up to 3k back a while but now they limit it to 600 max and it costs 90 dollars.

im completely done with these guys and all RTG CASINOS. Im going to lay low until USA is accepted again

Still Waiting for Check....

This is unreal. Took me days upon days to get an answer from their Payout department for verification of documents. Finally got over that hurdle and now the next one...received an email on the 12th that the check was sent Fedex or UPS...and I am still waiting......this is only the 9th day!! No biggie:mad: I started sending emails on Monday asking for the tracking number and I finally received an email yesterday that said I needed to wait 24 hours for a response. No response and we are way over the 24 hour cut off. This is absolutely the worst place I have EVER dealt with. This is beyond ridiculous and there is no excuse for it. I have been trying to get this cashout since the beginning of January!

For your own peace of mind, I recommend signing up at the 3 major couriers, it's free and at each you will have options for how you wish to be notified if you have a package coming... email, phone, text, etc. Usually you will receive a notification from the courier long before the casinos receive a batch of tracking #'s from their processors.

(Also comes in handy when I shop online. LOL)

Had my own issues with these guys. Playing some "european roulette" and without realising my stake was gone in a couple of spins. then I notice they had a bs "multiplier" feature which basically timesed my stake by 10. I was really annoyed, why was this turned on and why was it even there? It's certainly not a feature of "european roulette" so if they're modifying games to this extreme they should call it something else. I complained and the understanding CS person told me I'd be refunded the money this feature fleeced from me. Waited a few days, nothing. Got back in touch and was told that they'd changed their mind. Was even more annoyed that they'd promise a refund then just change their mind. Oh yeah, and they're operating illegally by accepting me as a UK player. My decision to play there so I'm not annoyed about that, but worth mentioning after they treated me like this and should raise eyebrows that an 'accredited' casino doesn't stay on the right side of the law. PM'd the rep, by the way.
 
Is the rep inactive? Looks like my complaint is being stonewalled both on here and via email.

Accredited casino that breaks licensing laws should be taken to task, imo.
 
I don't even care about my complaint at this point, I just want casinos that think they can operate illegally and without consequence to be held accountable.
 
Still nothing. It's seemingly ok for an accredited casino to act fraudulently by accepting UK players without license to do so. Surprising really given that it's effectively tax fraud. Casinomeister, quick to label some players as fraudsters but turn a blind eye to accredited casinos behaviour?

yea, I have deposited well over 30 times now STILL WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO WITHDRAW!!!! I really need to stop playing with this casino and that goes right with Ragin Bull cause that 1 isn't much better! They give you all these deposit with bonuses but then the stick the play through SKY HIGH BEFORE YOU CAN WITHDRAW!!!!
 
For the OP here. I have played and won many many times at both SLOTOCASH and UPTOWN and I solved my problem with getting paid with BTC. Some may not like it and feel it is a scam. But I have never had any real problem's getting paid by any casino that has BTC as a choice for withdrawal and deposit.

Free is very hard to beat, and small fee's in some casino's but over all I use BTC as a US player and winner. I have reduced my play at both for other concern's and it has nothing what so ever to do with getting paid.
Use Blockchain to get paid and re-route it to your wallet at CoinBase etc.

There was a noted change in the way the games played after the first of the year. And that will be about all I have to say about that, But to get paid and be a US player BTC! Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

they try to claim it's the player's responsibility to ensure the casino be licensed in the uk. So it's my fault they're not paying their taxes then :D How are these accredited?
 
This is how my experience with their rep has gone.

PM'd them on 5th March. No response until 20th March when I got a reply asking for account details which I supplied almost immediately. Now another 6 days of silence, despite said rep knowing they had an issue to respond to. Disgraceful. I guess this is why they're the bottom rated accredited casino

I am just thankful of receiving my withdrawals from Sloto, although it is normally a 5 day turnaround for e-wallet withdrawals.

Hope your situation gets resolved soon.
