GoWild casino not paying my 12K winnings!

Hello everyone,

I am new here and I would have hoped never to post a complaint on this forum. I would like to share an awful experience at GoWild casino as I did a withdrawal of 12202 euros on the 17th of March and did not get paid.

I deposited 200 euros and received a bonus of 200 euros. After that I played the cashapillar slot and I was really lucky to win something big. As I had wagered the bonus completely (only by playing slots, as I don't really am into other games) I did a withdrawal.

I was so happy with my winnings (as everyone can imagine), and I waited a couple of days before my winnings would get paid. But after 5 days the nightmare begins as I received this email:

Please note that during the review of your account our Fraud Department came across couple more accounts that are linked.

During the check and comparison of data with our processing company we have detected fraudulent activity on your account.

Please note that all your accounts have been locked and any future linked account will be block instantly.

I have never ever played at this casino before, and I have no friends who I know or what so ever who also play at this casino. Next to that, I have emailed them a couple of times to please explain what is happening, but they just do not reply to any email!! I tried to wait patiently and went to the live chat almost every day, and they keep saying to me that I have to wait for a reply from the finance department. Are they just coming up with reasons not to pay people? If I could advice, people stay away from this casino!

Now it has already been a month since my withdrawal and I don't know what to do. I was so happy to win something big, but it turned out into a nightmare. Please people, can someone advise me what to do? I have no clue what to do.

If they have a rep here try contacting them.....If they dont or wont respond you can PAB with Max.
 
if they have a rep here then you need to p.m them and try to find out whats going on and if that does not fix things then you need to pab with max. until you do all of that please do not post anymore caz it can hurt ur case. i think i covered everything if not i,m sure one of the others will add anything that needs to be added.

I have been in contact with Go Wild before and I will send them an email about this thread as well. Just to let them know!

Do not rush and write about your issue here and there yet, it´s not going to help you getting your money.
 
Thank you so much everyone for the advice. Finally I feel there is a little hope. I hope things work out, I will do a pitch a bitch.
 
Hi, you'll find info on the Pitch-A-Bitch (aka 'PAB') process here: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

Do yourself a favour and read the FAQ in full before you submit a PAB.
When someone does a PAB they have responsibilities too and the FAQ explains those in detail.

It turned out that the OP was a busy little fraudster who had been caught out by GoWild, the processing company and the e-wallet provider. Case closed and the OP banned for PAB fraud.

Just wanted to say 'thanks!' to all those that responded to the OP and directed them to PAB without delay. Doing so goes a long way toward discouraging the fraudsters from using our forums to go about their nasty business which, obviously, pollutes the place for everyone. :thumbsup:
