Dear Ian,

As part of our withdrawal procedure, all payments are reviewed in depth prior to them being released and paid. After an in-depth investigation we have concluded that you have breached our Bonus Policy, part of our Terms & Conditions agreed upon registration.

As stated in our General Bonus Policy which is part of the Terms and Conditions you agreed on upon registration to our site that can be found at
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
the following is stated :

Without derogating from any other provision in this policy, before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of the lower of £/$/€5 or 5% of the value of the bonus or the lower of £/$/€2 or 2% of the value of the bonus if you made a deposit via either Neteller or Skrill (including where such limit is exceeded due to any double up or other feature of any game) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should we deem that irregular game play has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals, confiscate all winnings and/or block your access to our services and products and/or your account without being under any obligation to pay you any funds held in your account.

As you have received a bonus of 45.00 GBP on October 22th, the maximum bet allowed should be lower than 2.25 GBP.

As highlighted in yellow in your attached game history Your bets ranged from 0.90 up to 3.00 GBP, when their value should have been lower than 2.25 GBP each. This is in breach of our terms and conditions and as such we had no choice but to close your account and void all winnings and bonus amounts.

Finally, we have refunded the deposits done to your MrSuperPlay Account amounting 200.00 GBP to your Visa card ending in *5048.

We hope that the above explanation answered any questions you may have.

I DID 3£ BETS ON A NETENT GAME AFTER WINNING TO CLEAR A FEW HUNDRED WAGERING AND NEVER WON ANYTHIN

i literally feel like dying right now. i am pretty much broke and now this.

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
If you bet once above 2.25 or gambled a win totalling above that you breached their conditions and you lose!
Shite happens and seems rough but you need to follow their terms and conditions or you risk losing any winnings if you get lucky.

I have every sympathy with you. Bonus rules like this are really irritating - "equal to or in excess of the lower of £/$/€5 or 5%" is very un user friendly. Actually, if you bet 5 (which is the usual fixed amount on most decent sites) would still have screwed you.

I'm afraid there is realistically nothing you can do here.

i thought was 5£ max bet..

and this just shows how confusing it is. It appears to be the max bet - but it says equal to - so betting 5 would have had the same effect. I'm sure lots of people fall foul of this, which I guess it the objective .

surely there is somethin i can do. this is the biggest win ive ever had and probably will ever have..and i get this for the first time ever.

i feel like topping myself

im closing all my casino accounts everythin..
never gambling online in my life again

that was the win i had.

This is what put me off signing upto any ProgressPlay casinos but I have won in the past at one of them
but don't remember this clause, you made deposits via debit card right? because their terms seem to say this applies if you made a deposit via skrill or neteller

"in excess of the lower of £/$/€5 or 5% of the value of the bonus or the lower of £/$/€2 or 2% of the value of the bonus if you made a deposit via either Neteller or Skrill "

what the fuck is this of the lower of shit, just stop making it confusing and say the maximum bet is £5, so they are saying max bet is £5 but
it is actually £2 max bet it's a trap, why bother saying the max bet is £5 when it is actually £2, it is just a cunning Orwell 1984 doublethink trick.

Then take a screenshot with the time and date stamp showing of those terms on their web page before the twats change them and you have a case, as the terms clearly state if the deposits were made via skrill or neteller.
I would take legal action for sure as those terms quite clearly say if you made a deposit via skrill or neteller, call them and explain the terms say this and if you cannot deal with this amicably, then you well lodge a complaint with MGA and
start legal proceedings as their terms clearly state skrill or neteller oh and record the conversation :).

Actually I've changed my mind. The second set of figures are for Skrill, the £5/5% are for others, including debit cards, meaning your highest bet should have been £2.25.

I'm not sure you are going to get anywhere with this, sorry :(

Now I am lost, the guy deposited with a Debit card, the £2 applies to Skrill / Neteller? and not debit cards that is how I read the terms.
Otherwise why would they say £5 max bet but also max bet is £2 the only way it makes sense to have 2 max bet amounts is if one applies to debit cards
and the other applies to Skrill / Neteller.

The terms are basically...

max bet is £5 or 5% of the bonus, whichever figure is the lowest

or in the case of neteller/skrill £2 or 2% of the bonus, whichever figure is the lowest

So in the OP's case the max bet on a £45 bonus would be £2.25 (5% of the bonus amount)

Had he deposited with neteller or skrill the max bet would have been £0.90

Yep the penny just dropped, OP is screwed basically

If it had of been a £60 deposit then £3 would have been fine, unlucky as that was a nice win.

The bold or is the important word.

The max bet when using a bonus is £5 or 5%, whichever is lower, UNLESS depositing by Skrill or Neteller, when it is £2 or 2%, whichever is the lower.

Not the best written terms, and they should really have used 'unless' like I did, but don't think theres much room for argument tbh :(

i just feel completely sick tbh.. going to smoke 10 fags and lie in the shower for an hour

1 of there other sites has just closed my account aswell

it is completely my own fault for not being more carefull.... i was happy for a day .. thinking my credit cards were going to be payed off.

I feel really sorry for you - I honestly do. Especially as you got such an enormous and VERY rare win on Bonanza.
But you broke the rules - no argument.

I can't imagine how sick you are feeling - but if nothing else, hopefully this thread will remind EVERYONE to always read and make sure they fully understand the rules for ALL bonuses before starting play.

The terms are very clear, that only applies if you make a deposit using Neteller or Skrill . I would be arguing that point with them.

Don't get  there. For me terms are clear, nothing new.

"placing single bets equal to or in excess of the lower of £/$/€5 or 5% of the value of the bonus"

is the rule applied here, for the bonus of 45.00 GBP the 5% is 2.25 so the maximum bet allowed is lower than 2.25 GBP.

Also the wording is very clear, most have max bet, and a lower max bet for e-wallets. Term says "max bet is this" OR "max bet is that for e-wallet".

"placing single bets equal to or in excess of the lower of £/$/€5 or 5% of the value of the bonus or the lower of £/$/€2 or 2% of the value of the bonus if you made a deposit via either Neteller or Skrill"

I feel for the OP, I really do, but should always reed terms. And only gamble online!!
Think it over, learn from this and if you really want to quit or take a break from all gambling then do it. But from your post I think you mean quit just online. That would be a "suicide", online is safer and the only way you have some protection. Online is the only way you stand a chance ''not to lose a fortune".

i only gamble online.. for some reason ive never gone to casino when i go out.

the worst thing is though.. the 3£ bets were all dead spins on jungle spirit.. and i did about 70 of them

People are still getting this wrong - even affiliates who should be able to explain bonus policies.

Max bet should have been LESS than £2.25 - not £2.25 (see the casino email in the first post).

Or if the bonus had been £100 or more - max bet would be LESS than £5 - not £5 as people keep saying.

I think even if I had read this, I would probably have thought £5 was ok. It's very poorly worded and I am sure deliberately.

99% of the casinos I play at do not even bother with a max bet with e-wallets, almost all of them don't allow Skrill or Neteller deposits on welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses, this is a rare time I have seen this
what this is is a term upon a term, most good casinos make it nice and easy by saying max bet is £5 and these are the restricted games.

won this aswell actually..right after the bonanza hit. Screenshot (4).jpg
so i broke the the terms and conditions there aswell.

its because im so used to the normal 5£ max bet rule.. i did check the terms and i seen max bet £5 and then closed it quickly without reading further..
if i had kept reading a few lines more i would have known exactly the situation and the 5% rule..
i had 2 pending withdrawals for 2000£ and 2850£
