hi, just wandering the opinions on this matter... i deposited £50 on to spinland casino. got free spins and a small bounus. with the usual wagering and bonus terms...
HOWEVER! i managed to win BIG! and in all that excitement. i accidentally clicked the dreaded. MAX BET! button.. that i think is only there to make you slip up on bonuses in the first place... anyway. so i went straight onto live support to tell then id made this accidental bet. as you can blatantly see from my betting pattern id never gone about £2 per spin although i was allowed up to £5. the support person said she or he, cannot remember. would put a note on my account to say that id accidentally pressed this button just ONCE!
so i carried on playing. whilst playing the slots with bonus i also played roulette and blackjack, which they only allow with CASH! balance.. and i was also winning on there... so that in theory is nothing to do with the bonus.. i then went on to clear the bonus and to carry on playing roulette and blackjack over the course of 3 or 4 days. withdrew a 2k and a 1.5k withdrawal, only to get an email today. stating this:
Dear Mr Perry,
Your account has been found to be in breach of clause 7 (vi) of our Promotional Terms and Conditions:
7 (vi) The maximum bet allowed while the Welcome Bonus is in play is £5. Should You bet higher than this while the Welcome bonus is in play, the casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings.
Therefore, your withdrawal has been cancelled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of £50 has been returned to your gaming account.

Accounts Team
now i think this is a crazy abuse of the system! i went and told them exactly what i had done. blatant accident. surely it only warrants taking away the value of the max bet. not the whole amount which was not even all won by using the bonus as it was on CASH ONLY! roulette and BJ....
where do i stand here?
