Larry Casino refuses to pay winnings from wagered bonus.

So i was playing on larrycasino.com

I noticed there was an 100% on 50 EUR bonus there.

I was thinking that jackpot6000 would be the best to gamble on, i mean on 5 eur bet that's nearly 90% of the wagering or smt if you hit it.

So i started to play there, i got the mystery bonus and it gave me the top prize (3k Euro)

i checked the terms carefully, nothing there about jp6k.

I opened 4 games at once, those were not in the terms either, put EVERYONE on 5 eur bet and went for 100 spins on each.

When they were done i was done wagering, then it logged me out and my account was blocked. (i was on 4,3k Euro at this time)

I contacted support but the only thing they said is that They are investigating some accounts and they didnt know why my acc was blocked..

They even removed jackpot6000 from their side, (it's still gone)

it has gone 6 days now and my acc is still blocked

They told me 2 days ago that they will try their best to open my acc and spoke about that "someone" or "something" has altered my acc.

I got a feeling that they will add JP6k to the terms and deny me the winnings ...

What can i do?
 
5 Euro bets on a 100 bankroll, on a slot that is banned for bonus play in most casinos? Followed by 4 concurrent sessions on the slot at 5 euros.

Not saying you did anything wrong, but that is exactly the kind of behaviour that's considered 'bonus abuse', and gets the rest of us tied down with more and more bonus terms and conditions. Thanks.

If you are indeed official, I'm not a fan of this kind on nonsense that customer support add to posts. Casumo do it on live chat and annoys the hell out of me.

Yeah, look at their website. I think he's posting in line with the "spirit" of their casino but it is really crass. Larry looks like a wrong person that won EuroMillions.

When you bet €5 on Jackpot 6000, then each spin is €10 IF you decide to play in Supermeter-mode.

Maybe this is the reason why they confiscated your win?

To answer your question: No.

you are betting 5 Euro, when you go on the supermeter you bet 10, but your credits that is bound to the bonus doesn't go down, hence it doesn't get detected or counted for before you take the amount down , then it still shows as a 5 Eur bet win and is perfectly legal (you are betting your 5 Eur winnings so it still counts as 5).

All rules are followed to the maximum, and no casino would ever close your account and investigate it for a week if a wagering was broken, they got a trigger for that and you usually get an answer within 1 day about that, you also get your Deposit back usually.

My account is still blocked and they are yet to give me further information about what is going on.
