First of all I would like to say sorry if I have posted in the wrong section as I find this to be the section which is best to post this.
I deposited initially 700 (new and first time account) and received a 500 bonus.
I started playing live BJ and slowly increased my stakes as my balance became larger.
I read the T&C
23. To further protect Ladbrokes from the prospect of Promotion Abuse, customers must not:
bet more than 30% of the bonus amount in a single bet or game round on any of Ladbrokes Casino games for the duration of the bonus; or
for the duration of any "New Player Bonus" (meaning all registration bonuses, first deposit bonuses, second deposit bonuses, third deposit bonuses and/or equivalent offers provided to new registrants when opening an account with Ladbrokes Casino), place bets in any single bet or game round which is greater than 30% of the bonus amount or higher than £50 or currency equivalent, calculated in accordance with the rates set out in section 12 of these General Terms and Conditions.
and Ladbrokes reserves the right to void any bonus and all associated winnings where a customer fails to observe these limits.

So I at one point I was betting 500's. but this is on LIVE casino and not the Ladbroke Casino games.
at my withdrawal request I noticed they -500 bonus...

So what are your thoughts guys?

PS: Betting 30% of bonus max on live black jack (150) is kind of small when you have 10k+..?

I play at different websites and they give me a 500 welcome bonus and deposit bonus without these bad/misleading TNC.

If they simply voided the £500 bonus but let you keep that 10K it would be best to keep quiet, at least until you see the money.

These kinds of terms are currently being investigated for fairness under UK law, but at the moment there has not been any indication of where the line is to be drawn, and whether terms such as max bets and excluded games will be regarded as "fair".

Most casinos would confiscate the whole lot under the current regime.

The downside is that if such terms are to be banned under UK consumer law, I expect UK players will no longer see such generous bonuses as the casinos would simply offer low enough match percentages that it wouldn't give players the advantage no matter how big their bet.

Casinos DO have an alternative, they could offer lower table bet limits when a bonus is in play, making it impossible for players to bet big for the advantage. This WOULD be fair because they would be refusing to accept the bet, rather than accepting it and then trying to void it using the terms.

One of two things will happen - the bonus was non-cashable and they are paying you the rest OR (more likely) the -500 is marking your withdrawal and play for inspection at such time somebody can examine it, maybe Monday or tomorrow in which case your breach of the terms will be noticed, especially due to the amount of the w/d.

Your questioning of the words 'any of the casino games' is simply semantics and holds no water for me, as I clearly read it to mean you cannot play a bet that big under bonus at ANY game you find in Ladbroke's Casino. I hope you get paid but I doubt it.

It all under PROMOTIONAL ABUSE which I think I didnt abuse anything.
From the first game of BlackJack I was betting 125x2 hands every round, and when I started accumulating, it is only normal to raise your bets. I wasnt playing ROULETTE where the odds are high and hoping for a good spin...
I normally play at sky vegas and they give me the same bonus without any complicated tnc. And the payouts are literally instant.

I have asked for a withdrawel of 5000, and I hope they do understand that I am not abusing anything.. will reply if I get paid or not.

Ladbrokes on the other hand has a very disorganised system. Ask me to send in documents one by one.. first driving license then waiting for reply followed by bank card front and back, followed by face holding ID.. whats next.

Customer support team is great! Spoke to a guy named Charles at customer support who was always updating me on whats happening.

They are just following procedure, albeit badly (they should ask for all the documents they need in one go). Until they state "we are not paying", the only problem you have is one of patience. Even "instant pay" casinos don't "instant pay" large withdrawals from new players without going through all the KYC.

Currently, it looks like they have subtracted the bonus from your €5000, leaving you with €4500. If you get the €4500, then you can ask why you didn't get the other €500. If you start making too much of a fuss, it might raise suspicions that cause them to look more closely and more negatively at your account, placing the €4500 at risk.

As well as large bets, casinos are wary of Blackjack players as this was the old way to "abuse bonuses" before we had all these max bet and game restrictions. Slots play tends not to arouse suspicions, unless a group of players seem to win above average from playing specific slot games in a somewhat peculiar manner.

You are just going to have to sit tight and hope for the best. You will know next week whether or not you have a fight on your hands.

There are many casinos that WOULD confiscate the payout under these circumstances, and would have said so right away. Here, they have subtracted the bonus and started the KYC procedures.

the -£500 is the bonus they take off you after wagering completed. you cant cash out the bonus just the deposit and funds won..
