Hi,

Last week I signed up with primeslots. They offered a nice bonus (some free spins and like 100%) so I deposit 25,-.

At the end I won almost 2K and by then I've fully wagered the bonus so I could made a cashout. So I did. After a few days, fully (successfully) verificated the account I thought the withdraw would be processed.

But then, NO. I got an email that I've made abuse of their system.
In the terms it says when you're playing with a bonus you aren't allowed to spin with more than 5,50 euro each time.

I was spinning for like 2 hours with bets from 1,25 or 2,50 euro.
I simply forgot that rule and made just a few spins of 6 euro (My winnings aren't from this spins though).

And that's the reason they declined my cashout and take everything from my account.

Hello,

Max Drayman here, I handle the player complaints side of things -- PABs -- here at Casinomeister.

I see that you posted here moments after submitting your PAB. Are you aware that doing so could kill your PAB?

I have to ask if you have you read the PAB FAQ? The FAQ is necessary reading for all those who wish to use the PAB service. The FAQ tells you the scope of our service, what you can expect from us and -- also very important -- what we expect from you. If you don't understand and/or cooperate with the PAB process then your PAB will very likely fail. So please do read the FAQ asap.

Once you've read the PAB please let me know -- here or at my email which you'll find in the PAB FAQ -- whether you want to continue posting here OR you want me to work on your PAB: it can't be both.

Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Let this thread serve as a warning for other newbie players...
It DOESN'T MATTER if you win from your higher bets or not - you BROKE THE RULES and are likely to suffer the consequences.
(I wonder how many "a few spins" turns out to be...)

I know nothing about this particular casino, but I hope Max can get this resolved in your favour this time.
Either way - lesson learnt!

KK

Alright, let's get rid of this topic please. And let's start a PAB.

No need to mess with the thread. As you'll see in the PAB FAQ -- required reading for PABers -- you'll want to stop posting here about your complaint once you've submitted your PAB.

I've submitted the PAB a few days ago right? According to the FAQ I shouldn't submit more than one

Now I'm confused. You've already submitted a PAB against PrimeSlots. Are you asking about submitting another PAB against a different casino? If so then yes, as the FAQ explains, we take one PAB per person at a time. If you have another issue you wish to submit a PAB on then I recommend waiting until your PrimeSlots PAB is finished.

Or have I misunderstood? If so please explain.

As KK said you've broken the terms, another DRATT case. (Didn't read all the terms.)

So you'll be lucky to get anywhere as the casino has every right not to pay should Max be satisfied by them that you did overbet. The best you're likely to get is a deposit refund and maybe a second chance with the bonus. If you're very lucky some casinos may add wagering on for the spins you overbet on and any winnings they paid and let you carry on but don't expect to be paid in full.

You submitted on PAB for Primeslots, that's all you need to do, not another one because you posted here after submitting the first. Just remember to keep off this thread from now on and don't mention it or start off about it in any other threads.
