Just a heads up for anyone who wants to take the monthly reload at casinoluck.

The wr requirements in the past were always 13x deposit+bonus.
Now they changed the bonus terms without changing the timestamp when terms were changed.
It is still this, while they definitely changed the 13x into 17x without remainder or notify. "These terms and conditions were last changed 13:00 CET 26th of October 2013"

Asked support chat to send me the transcrypt, but he left the last 2 sentences before he closed the chat while i was still typing.

21:50:14 [Peter] Hello steven, my name is Peter, how may we assist you today?
21:51:04 [steven] Hi peter, i have a question about the bonus terms, i see it was last updated at "These terms and conditions were last changed 13:00 CET 26th of October 2013"
21:51:08 [steven] is that right?
21:51:37 [Peter] our bonus terms where just changed to be 50x on most bonuses
21:52:10 [steven] no the reload bonus terms, this are the terms from the monthly reload bonus
21:52:30 [Peter] monthly reload is 50x too now
21:54:09 [steven] okay but where can i find it in the terms, i just made a deposit and played it away, have read the terms just before my deposit and it is changed but the "last update date is october 2013
21:55:32 [steven] it used to be 13x deposit + bonus and now it says 17 times d+b but didn't receive a notification about updated terms and the date from last update is still oct 2013, you should notify people that terms were changed i think?
21:56:14 [Peter] I agree with that please email support@casinoluck.com and the people in charge of this will get back to you the changes should been emailed to you.
21:56:36 [steven] can you send me this chat transcrypt please?
21:57:07 [Peter] that would just be a cut and paste but ok
21:57:22 [steven] yes please ******@******.com

wildslots and nextcasino are changed to 50x bonus and still a sticky bonus.

edit: i see that nextcasino is changed to 17xd+b and wildslots to 50x bonus, both without notify to updated terms and the old timestamp.

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
None of their bonuses are 'sticky', never have been

sorry, you are right about that one.
i always thought "sticky bonus" means that you can not withdraw winnings and forfeit bonus if you didn't dip into bonus money. ( like V&J, betat etc.)
Because at wild slots it's now 50x bonus, and usually when trh wr is x amount times bonus only, you can forfeit bonus if won with original dep and didn't touch bonus money.

but they still changed it without notify, or change timestamp at the terms.

The SUB has also changed to 50xB, which is fair enough, if they want to cut down on the number of people signing up for the sub, never to deposit again.

But to penalise loyal customers, is something else.

an increase from 13x D+B to 17xD+B, doesn't sound much, until you work it out.

On a 50% that's 51xB from 39xB

I usually deposit £50-£100 for the monthly reload at all three casinos. But I'm afraid I won't be in the future. 50/51xB just isn't competetive.

Ah yes, that would explain why last night after 4-5hours play at next last night with a small 50% bonus that i took, that when i thought i must be near wagering with a 40 quid balance left over of which i was looking to cashout most of if possible before bed, i suprisingly still had a hefty wagering left on it and couldnt understand why.. which i then managed to finish eventually but with a balance of abojt 2 quid left lol.

I always just scroll down and check the "last changed on 2013" date so i dont have to bother to check if ofher games have been added to the excluded list.
Nice to see that the date of last changes to the terms still indeed reads 2013....

Thanks for this info, i was just about to deposit within the next 30 minutes and take the 50% Monthly there at casinoluck as well, of which again i would have, like always, only checked the date to confirm nothings apparantly been changed.
:(

Not being in UK, I'm not subject to all the in and outs of UK regulations for notices.

But I think it is only general terms and conditions that require acceptance. Back when I started playing, it was often in terms that you agree to read them at least once every 30 days.

Each and every bonus is it's own beast, and always has a link to terms, and often a checkbox to agree you've read them

Am I ever guilty of not reading bonus terms at a casino I play at regularly? Well of course, but that's on me. I do try to usually, at least partly because I play enough casinos I can't always remember who has what rules.

Appreciate the heads-up by all means.
