Major Tom Casino - Won't honor promotion

I have deposited a fair amount in the past at Red Flush and Casino La Vida, so I was very excited to see Major Tom Casino hit the scene.
In it's infancy stage, I was emailed to be a beta tester, and was given 50 free spins on Dr Watts Up...and a promise of $50 casino bonus for helping to test out the site with gameplay. I was informed that due to a technical error, I was not on the correct list, and I would not receive the $50. Fine. I moved on.
About a month later now, and I get a huge package in the mail. It is a welcome package for Major Tom, offering once again 50 spins, and a decent match bonus. As I had suspected, I was not eligible for the 50 spins twice, but was informed that the match offer was valid.
The match offer very clearly states "Deposit $50 or more to earn a 150% Match Bonus. Buy $50 play with $125. Buy $100, Play with $250. I have had some issues with this group not honoring mailer promotions as stated before, so I had enough sense to chat with the casino prior to depositing, and thank god I did. Ronald informed me that I would only get a 100% match for $50, and that I needed to deposit $100 now to get the 150% match. I have had a few minor issues such as this in the past, mailers being sent to me and this particular casino group not honoring what is in black and white on a mailer. I have taken the time to fight them on it on a couple of occasions, and won....as they cannot deny a scanned copy, but it is becoming a regular thing with this casino group and a colossal waste of time. My advice would be to check out 32 Red or Roxy Palace....and avoid yourself the long term hassles associated with trying to claim bonus offers that this casino group are always trying to wiggle out of.

had the same problem, but i wasnt sane enough to talk to live help first, even took a photo of the post i got but they wouldnt budge sayin i had already claimed the bonus so anyways i'm staying a million miles away from this casino until they sort their own promos out and get accredited at CM

Another player @mrmark had the same problem with them so they are not doing a great job with so many unhappy players

Maybe a rep from their group (Red flush) can chime in

Yes. I also won't be playing there. Check out these threads:

I'm staying far away from Major Tom casino, they are only new and already there have been multiple threads complaining about them.

I also don't believe the $50 NDB was an error, IMO it was a bait and switch, seems like they have made a habit out of this behavior.

Plus the CS is terrible.

There were known issues with that beta promotion of theirs. There also appears to have been a fairly widespread fraudster effort connected to it as well.

My suggestion to anyone with problems related to that promo is read the PAB FAQ (the link is in my sig) and proceed file a PAB claim. If your claim is legit -- in this case that means that you were on the beta promo invitees list and received a valid invitation -- then you will be paid, assuming the casino continues to process these cases as they have been.

If you are not a valid recipient of the promo invitation then you're not going to get paid because you had no business being part of the promotion to begin with. In other words if you crashed the party you are SOL insofar as trying to claim any winnings goes.

It comes as no surprise to me as I've been receiving their promotions in the mail for the last 5 years and not once have I been allowed to claim them.

It's the same story every time. A colourful glossy pamphlet arrives filled with gaint £ signs and promises of free spins and a deposit bonus. I check with support to make sure it's valid and I am told no, it is for new accounts only. I ask why it was sent to me, I'm told it was an error. I mention that it's not possible because the only way they know my name and address is because I have an account with them. I get told that someone will look into it and get back to me, they never have.

Upon receiving the Major Tom letter last week, it went straight into the bin.
