I am in need of help as casino 770 are taking my winnings off me,
i have 2 parts to my problem
firstly i received the £25 free no deposit bonus, after having a run of good luck i made this up to £360, so i contacted casino 770 to withdrawl the money, they said i could not withdrawl as i hd to rewager the bonus 25 times, i asked what games i needed to play and the online support told me to carry on with the game i had been playing as this was reducing the amount i had left to play, i did this for the required amount of times and through more good luck increased my winnings to £700 so i tried to withdrawl again, this time to be told i had to deposit £30, i did this and tried to withdrawl my money only to be told i had also been give a £30 bonus for first deposit and had to rewager this £25 times, but as i had already rewagered part of it i only had 15 times left, so i rewagered the required times and got lucky again and won £1000, so i withdrew this £1000, they agreed to this and i was happy, then the money never arrived in my bank account and i contacted casino £770 who said it was a problem with their payment partner, this went on for a month.
the second part came after 1 month when they told me i had played the wrong game (roulette) so they were taking the £1000 off me and givingme the £25 back.
I understand i was playing the wrong game but only did so under the advice of casino 770 (they have addmited they gave me wrong advicewhich i have email evidence of) so beleive i am entitled to the winning, but if they will not move on this i cannot understand why the money has been taken off me, surely it should be at worst put back into my account for me to rewager on the correct game.
in my opinion this is wrong and i am being robbed by the casino

It certainly looks like you have been scammed. They changed the goalposts repeatedly each time you met the previous condition. Then came total bullshit, them having tried to pay and encountering this problem with their processor, only a month later to claim you played the wrong game. Since you repeatedly had to rewager the bonus on the previous changes of the goalposts, there is no reason for them not to ask you yet again to rewager. It seems they hoped you would lose everything after being told to wager more, but you just kept ending up with an ever bigger balance. It seems they never intended to pay in the first place due to play on the wrong game, but rather than say so up front, they tried to get you to lose your balance back so that you would not see that there had ever been a problem, and thus might deposit again.

You could ask Max whether he will accept a PAB for this casino, as it has been the subject of past casino warnings, and rogue casinos are not usually considered viable for the PAB service.

@evilmonkey: Hi, Max here, I'm the PAB guy at Casinomeister. Bryan -- aka [profile]Casinomeister[/profile] -- is heading off to the conference in Barcelona so he may not get a chance to reply to you. No worries though 'cause I'm your man when it comes to kicking of the PAB process.

Ok, here's the deal: there have been serious problems with this casino. In particular read the last post in our Warning about them. On the other hand they have claimed that they wanted to clear their names insofar as past mistakes go so ... who knows?

Bottom line is I'll happily take on your PAB if (a) you clearly understand the situation with them (per that post in Warnings) and (b) you read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ before proceeding. I'll give it a shot once I receive your PAB. No guarantees though, it'll be a shot in the dark, but hopefully they'll step up to the plate and deal with this responsibly.

thank you max,
i have read the other post and have had my fair share of being told "it is with our other(financial, technical) dept response.
I am currently awaiting another reply off casino 770, if that comes in as expected as 'we are confiscating your winnings'
i will definately do a PAB.
again thank you

Just to update, good news, I contacted the malta gaming licence authority to complain about casino 770 and within a week I got my money credited back to my account in full, I have withdrew the money, hopefully should be in my bank account in the next few days.

The funniest part of this story is they told him to do something new he won more and they'd tell him to do something again and he won more and again and he won more.

I wonder if someone was in the back office yelling out "Jeeezus stop telling him to do stuff!"

WTF:what:

I must be dreaming:rolleyes:

If they are that scared of you telling the LGA they must KNOW they have done something very rogue - or this is just another stalling tactic and they will again encounter "processor problems" when trying to pay you.

Don't tell the LGA the issue has been resolved till the money has actually been paid and received by you.

The money has arrived in my account and has now been withdrew and arrived in my bank account, sure sign that they knew I'd played fair and won fair. First and Last time I ever use online casinos, hope other people who have been scammed by casino 770 can contact malta lga and get their money back too.

770 isn't the only online casino. There are actually quite a few.

Did you ever receive your money from them?
