Betfair doesn't pay bonus

Hi,

Two weeks ago, I got a mail from Betfair, stating I would get 50 Euro in my casino account at 30.082007, if I would deposit at least 50 and playthrough 500 Euro until 30.08. in their casino (NO ZERO LOUNGE).

As I always want proof for email offers, I mailed them back, asking if the offewr is valid. I ALSO called them up, and they said it is valid too.

I deposit 50 and played. After a while, I mailed Betfair, if I mez the wagering requirements and how much I wagered. They wrote back the details. I MET ALL. I asked them again, if I'm ready with the promotion and will get the 50 Euro. Answer was: YES.

I got all the mails.

At 30+31.08.2007, there were no money in my account. I mailed the german and support at deutsch@betfair.com AND casino@betfair.com. Both said, they will do all to credit the bonus.

2 days later, no bonus was there, I asked again. They said they will give it over to their casino people. (I mailed casino@betfair.com too).

2 days ago, I got a mail from casino@betfair.com, that my bonus was NOW credited. I look: NO BONUS....

I write: NO answer till today. German support said on Saturday, they will def. get back to me Monday: Nothing.

I wrote a PM to Betfairs representiv here at CM, no answer until now.

I don't know what the hell they think....

Hi Poser,
I've had pretty much the same problems as you over the last 6 months - just keep grinning & bearing it, is my advice... as there is no intent or inability to pay you, is just down to poor administration or software. The rep here is pretty good at resolving complaints - my guess is he only checks in here about once a week now, so give him a bit of time.

Thx for your post. I hope AND think you're right. Still. But if I wouldn't mail anymore, I would not get anything. I'm sure.

Just in this moment, I got a mail from them, that I should mail them the old mails. I DID this 2 times now. And they even responded to those mails.

I think one doesn't know what the other is doing...

BTW: I hope you didn't mean you waited 6 MONTH for the money, no ?

HI and sorry for this delay. If anyone is having these issues please advise me and i will manually process this. This has been a custom bonus as per casinomeister portal and very few others. I have given hundreds of bonuses by now and had 2 or 3 issues. If anyone experiences this issue please email me ASAP or try playing on the FUN casino that will ensure your activity as per this promo. :eek2:
