Casino not in database Add new category between "Accredited" and "Not recommended"

As far as i can see the C2O has the following categories of casinos:

- accredited
- baptism by fire
- reservation
- no-can-do
- not recommended

Not long ago we discussed the idea of a "separate but safe" section, including a incoherent selection of casinos which you should feel safe to play at but still don't bother to get accredited.

Another approach would be to extent the reservation section "No man's land...".
Maybe this is the more practical solution.

This is pretty much where the reservation comes into play. There are casinos that used to be Accredited but are no more, casinos that never have been accredited but seems to be okay, and then those that have had issues in the past (rogued or not recommendable) and are out of the pit.

Anything more than that may get a little overwhelming.

If you see casinos you think are great, nudge the management a little bit to see if they would be interested on coming on board. That works as well.
