Problems submitting PAB

Hi Casinomeister,

I am first to admit that I am not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to emailing etc. First I tried to send an email to the I-Gaming contact for iNetBet Casino. I was not able to attach any screenshots to the email because the icon that I can now see above was missing.

I then tried to submit the form to open a PAB. The only email address I have is a Hotmail address but you ask that we don't use Hotmail. I don't know how to get around this?

I also tried to attach screenshots to the PAB form but was not able to. I clicked on the Manage Attachments button but was not able to figure how to attach the screenshots I have taken.

I am sooo fed up that I feel like just giving up. I am however wanting to dispute a denied withdrawal for $1850 and this is too much not to try to sort out.

For now I will attempt to send the PAB to you using my Hotmail address. If there is any way around this I would really appreciate you advice please.

You might want to re-read the PAB FAQs

I'm not certain, but I think hotmail is one of the emails that won't be accepted.

I know gmail works.

Also, Inetbet has a pretty active facebook page. I suggest you don't post to the thread with a complaint, but maybe try messaging there as well.
 
@ jodib71 : as suggested please do read the PAB FAQ, the questions you've asked are already answered therein.

FYI, I've sent you a Private Message (PM) regarding your PAB with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
