got a mail this afternoon about a bonus i must not forget from customerservice.follow the link in email,deposit a just 20 euro and think i got 40 to play whit.no bonus come so i contact the chat but they say i use thebonus some days ago.i tell them i got mail from them about the bonus 6 hours earlier.but the only thing they could do about it was just say sorry.i say that not help much.ask if they could add abonus because i thinkthis was their mistake and say they shold take responsability of it.they refuse this so i ask maybe give me some freespinn but got refused again.they only couldxsay sorry and thats it.this was very disapointed .not big money but the way they handle this was amazing.never seen that bad customerservice before.they drop from top 3 to ".....................3 bottom in just 5 min.rest of the weekend i think i go for unibet or leovegas who have a totally another treat for theire customers.sorry for my bad english.have a good weekenf.
