You seldom get aggro with PP if at all, so maybe he/she only responds when a PM or Max communication is sent, and then logs in?

It's no foul as long as he/she responds promptly if contacted.

Casino reps ought to be logging in on a regular basis. I have sent a number of PMs to the iGaming reps since May, and he hasn't logged in to read these. I'll follow up on this.

I see. I was thinking along the lines that as long as they respond to players when needed it was ok, even if they don't participate on the forum.
In this case it seem they wouldn't respond to a player as they are AWOL. My bad!:oops:
 
The only way to read a Private Message is to log in. All casino reps get auto notified via email that a PM hits their inbox with the title of the PM. Just like the ones you get.

They can lurk all they want via a civilian account or as a guest, but to be considered active, they need to log into their account. Failure to do so can jeopardize their accred status.
