This is my first message as a new member, so I hope it's okay. (Otherwise please let me know ;) )

I have been looking for a new bingo site and started with your list of accredited bingo sites, and I noticed the following:
-I have been chatting with Betsafe and they don't offer bingo anymore.
-I have been searching the websites of Nordic Bet and Grosvenor Casinos and they also don't seem to offer bingo (anymore?), or at least, I couldn't find it.
-I have started a chat with Coral Casino, and it took over 70 (!!) minutes to get any response. This was reason enough for me not to become a customer there. I'm not sure what the standards for accredited casinos are, but personally I think this is unacceptable.

Maybe someone could check if I'm right and the list could be updated, so other members don't have to look at some sites in vain too? (It all takes a lot of time to search through.)

Hi Quizzie:)

You know me from the Unibet Bingo room 'incrediblebingo'
I believe i recommended this site to you:D
I hope the little rabbit (fluffy i believe?) is doing well, and would like to welcome you to the forum!

I am no big Bingo player myself, so not the expert, but it does happen on Casinomeister, that there may be outdated data in some area's.

There's a special forum here, where you can suggest updates etc., but this thread should do the trick too: now the meister himself can be quite busy at times, and the other mods don't always see threads like this immediately, and to make sure you get their attention, you can use the little triangle with the exclamation mark in it, you see below your own post, to report the post, and you'll be presented a comment box, where you can put something like 'question regarding accredited bingo sites'...

70 minutes to get any response is definitely not the standard, but it could have been a really busy day, or the support crew, for whatever other reason, was understaffed for the day, and such was unable to answer your question sooner...

It doesn't give customers a good impression, and as you stated, they have obviously lost a potential customer, in failing to man their chat adequately. But on the whole, i think live chat support isn't the main factor in deciding if a Casino is an overall good one.

Next time, as a tip, you could pose the question again via email, and add the fact that you were waiting 70 minutes in chat, and see how they handle it. You could be surprised, or otherwise your initial assumption would be underlined :)

On a side note, Nordic Bet was one of my favourite places, but they made a move a good while back, to only focus on Scandinavia, and have since closed all accounts from other nationalities, so you shouldn't even be able to play there anyway.

I hope some more experienced Bingo players join in soon, and share their experiences with you, so that you may find your new place:)

Hey, Incredible! Thanks for answering :) I won't make this into a chat, but yes, I am here on your recommendation (and Fluffy is doing very well  Hope Lady Snowfell and Drugs Bunny are doing fine too, I'm not sure of the names :D )

I think good customer service is very important. It is so frustrating to me that a lot of support employees at Unibet are pretty rude and incompetent, in my own experience. (Although I must say they are rude in a very timely manner :D) But if a chat is that busy as Coral's, they should close it down temporarily, or give an estimated waiting period, I think. And I tried mailing them, but that didn't work properly for me either, so I gave up after two tries. If they don't take their customer service seriously, I have my doubts about their priorities.

It's very hard to find a nice bingo site (with various chat games) that also accepts Dutch customers. Scouting for it has already taken me hours, so I'm open to all suggestions of other members :)

^.^

Nothing wrong with a little banter here..
Miss Winterfell is doing great, Drugs Bunny is gone with the wind...

Good customer service is very important, but goes beyond live chat. Basically live chat is great to have, and almost unthinkable to not have, nowadays, although not too long ago, it wasn't even the norm.
I'm not up to speed with Coral, but from what i remember, they are supposed to be a very solid brand.. they are a U.K. based or facing operation, iirc, and it may have something to do with the Brexit, that they were busier then normal, they may even be closing down operations as we speak, but i am just guessing here, trying to prove my point that there are many factors that could temporarily influence an otherwise well functioning customer support service..

I do understand that you gave up after two tries, and if they are indeed a good Casino, i assume they will get back to you soon.

On Unibet, i've had similar experiences in the past, at least with the Dutch department (i have to say that most of the Bigger Casino's/Sportsbooks, appear to focus much less on their live chat departments, in general) and i have also send several messages to rep's here, and mails to their customer service, about rudeness, unresolved issues etc., and since that happened i rarely make use of their live chat anymore, unless i can get a hold of the international support (sometimes you are redirected there automatically after regular business hours) but rather contact their rep's here.

I do have to say however, that since then, their chat has noticeably improved, at least those few times i had a query, it was solved immediately, and i even received a bonus offer from them too, which was a new one for me:)
Unibet is absolutely one of my most favorite places, but the Dutch live chat was/is not their strongpoint :p

Shame you aren't more of a Slots/Casino-games player, because then i would have plenty of alternatives to recommend!
I could leave you with the tip of 32Red Casino, which has always been one of the best Casino's around, especially in terms of customer service, but even though i know they have Bingo site, i can't really say much about it, as i am not really making use of it.

You could take a look there for sure, although their live chat was much more accessible only a few months back, and instead now takes a wee bit of browsing to get a hold off, i am pretty sure you won't have to wait long for a detailed answer:)

If for whatever reason they also have you waiting, then please try their email, or send a P.M. to their rep here:

Ah, Miss Winterfell, that was it! :D RIP Drugs Bunny :(

Unibet is my first bingo (gambling) site, so I don't know what the norm is. But since their new bingo software in August 2015 things have only gone downhill: Chatgame hours were cut drastically, there's virtually no quiz being played anymore, vouchers from the loyalty wheel can't be used on minislots anymore and their wagering requirements have gone up from 3 to 4 times. Add to this that the number of bingo players has gone up considerably, while the number of rooms is still only 4. It's almost impossible to win a line these days, or even a 1 to go-prize. To me it's becoming more of a lottery (minimal chances on big prizes) than a bingo (bigger chances on smaller prizes). The latest change is that chatgame vouchers also can't be used on minislotgames anymore, so to me they are useless lottery tickets. (I find never winning very frustrating :D )

But I'm beginning to think I'm looking for some Utopia. I actually like slots better than bingo, but the main attraction for me are the chatgames, and nobody offers those on slots ;) . You could say I'm more of a skillgame-type (quiz, Mahjong), and those opportunities are hard to find online. It was a nice surprise to me that games like quiz are offered on bingo sites.

I have also looked at 32Red, but their bonusstructure on chatgames I don't get: Your real money gets used first, and if you withdraw that, you forfeit all bonusmoney. Maybe I got spoiled on Unibet bingo, where they first use your voucher money instead of your real money. Maybe that's unique, I have no idea. But I still don't see the use of bonus money that you can only use if you are broke. But maybe I'm just dense in that department

I won't get into the details about those minigames etc, at least not on 32Red, as i simply don't know about them, but i would suggest you use my link to contact Jonathan, for any Bingo related questions..32Red have very friendly terms and conditions overall, although some may beg to differ, since they have applied a few changes lately :p

This is an outfit i really trust with all i've got, and i am sure that you will be in good hands there.
Just ask him what you need to know, and then you can decide if it's worth a shot.

Normally, if you win something there on a freebie, but also have cash in your account, i think you can forfeit a Bonus, without losing any cash. It shouldn't be a 'trap' or anything like that.

Now, if you say you like slots even better then Bingo (i had no idea) then i have two more recommendations for you:
First address would be 3Dice, which is a standalone Casino (unique software) with a social chat function, and they were the first to have anything like that. Their chat is really fun, most of the times, the moderators are there 24/7, if not in the chat itself, then definitely in the live chat, and that said, their customer service is exemplary: they have won numerous awards for it, also here on this site.

They did lose their accreditation status recently, due to some communication issues, but that should not be anything to worry about: i highly recommend them, and even though they only have like 25 slots or so, it really is worth it to check.

They pay very fast to European customers, and also are really cool in terms of chatgames, free tournaments etc., if you don't watch out you will be there 24/7 :D

The second recommendation is accredited, and has had great amounts of positive feedback, since they joined not too long ago. They have some unique tournament system (Battle of Slots) with free and paid tournaments, which is quite cool, a cool cashback race, and many more social type rewards (achievements > unlock rewards etc.)

Now, i personally have only deposited there twice or maybe three times, so this is purely from what i saw so far, and all the feedback from members, here taken in.

Their chat function is to be found inside that Battle of Slots section.
These three tips (with 32Red) should at least keep you busy for now, at least until someone with more Bingo experience has chimed in:)

Thanks a million, I'm going to look into your 3 tips. Like you said: That will keep me busy for a while :D

I think you didn't mention the name of the third site, but I take it (after some googling) that you are talking about Videoslots.com?
