Hi, i requested a withdraw and after 2 days had passed i asked how long withdraws takes and i recived this response.

"This is Josephine from the Fly Casino Support Team.

Please be advised that all withdrawal requests are processed one-three business days after the request date unless otherwise defined by your VIP level. Your withdrawal request will be displayed in the casino Cashier in the "Pending Withdrawals" section until the day it is processed.

Once approved, you need to allow an additional period of time for the funds to reach you depending on the payment method used."


It currently states 24-48h on the Accredited list wich should be changed to 24-72h.

Just to clarify that 90% of all submitted withdrawals and completed within 24 to 48hrs. However there are occasions when a withdrawal will take 72hrs as stated above, this is mainly for newer members to Fly Casino or whereby a members overall play will be given extra review if bonuses were involved.

I dont think thats what he meant, what he means its wrongly stated on the CM accredited list, there it says 24-48 hours not 24-72 :)
i had a look here on CM before i signed up at FLY through CM. My withdrawal took 66 hours, and i also asked them to manual flush, and they also dont do that they can only lock my account while i wait ( big diffrents) to be honest i had some good playtime and some good hits,and enjoyed the time, but because of thos 2 statements that dont add up to what you really do im in no rush to hurry back :(

Would like to know if its only for some players depending on the VIP level, or they dont do it at all?
asked them to flush my withdrawal from Thursday on Friday morning but got this reply.
and i can still reverse it now 40 hours from my withdrawal :)

Yes and also no reply to your last statement, Not really fair to be given a pending time than its not as stated when try to withdraw, Not blaming CM as many things change and does not get informed,

Usually the Omni/Fly rep has a LOT of stuff to do, and especially coming up to the LAC. They don't spend that much time on the forum, but I've found Elliott (when he was still the rep) and Adam both very responsive to PMs, did you try sending him (Adam) a message?

No i have not as its only been 48 hours since my withdrawal, and i expect to get paid tomorrow :)
never waited more then 70 hours for a payout from them.
its more the point were it says in the review that they flush when they actually dont :)

I wonder if it's based on VIP level? I think that withdrawal timeframes are different for different VIP levels, so maybe flushing is for the higher levels. But for us peasants :rolleyes: they're still fairly quick, especially compared to lots of other Playtech casinos.
 
i don't think omni or fly casino has ever flushed when i played there, it was always pending for at least 24 hours , if i made a withdrawal on friday it would be there on monday i think .
 
I won a bit at Flycasino & requested a withdrawal & sent in my papers directly.
Asked CS to flush/manual flush but she said they dont do that.
They can only "freeze" the account during the withdrawal time.

Ok bumping up an old thread on the same topic that you've already posted on a new thread you started is not gonna get you a quicker response....or very good forum etiquette especially when you're calling the casino to be blacklisted on both threads.
