Last week I managed to make a little win with a 20 free spins offer, 5 lines, €0,01 linebet on Avalon: bonuswinnings after freespins were around €2,80. After that I played BDBA Megaspin 4 x 9lines @€0.01 and was lucky to boost my balance over €50 and decided to withdraw. Since 4 days have past (2 working days + the weekend), I checked whether the funds have reached my NT-account. As they haven't, I logged in for a chat session yesterday with a CS-agent about the withdrawal I made last week. The CS-agent was friendly and helpfull.

According the transaction details the withdrawal took place on May 30th. CS told me that the transaction is in process since June 2nd and that the funds should be in my account within 3-5 working days and the withdrawal timeframe is 3-7 working days. That seems quite a bit different than the timeframe published here and in the TC's of Cabaret Casino.

Nevertheless, I'll just have to wait a little bit more, no problem, but think it's good to let you know.

That is standard for a lot of MGS casinos. The likes of 32red are the exception not the norm! I encountered the same process at 7Sultans the other week. Weekends and bank holidays also make the process longer. That said it will probably hit your account before the 7th day

Thanks for your reply! I wasn't aware of this standard. IMHO 7 working days is quite a long time. I am used to withdraw times with max. 12 hours, i.e.
@ Unibet, the funds are hitting my account in less than 12 hours, sometimes even 6 hours;
@ Betfair after exactly 12 hours.

But ok, I'll wait, thanks anyway.
