Complaints regarding Luxury Casino are few and far between: five PAB (Player Arbitration) complaints in 13 years! That’s an exceptionally clean record for any casino and one to be rightly proud of. Complaints on our forums are even scarcer, only two significant issues posted and both resolved promptly.
As mentioned elsewhere in the review, Luxury Casino is part of the Casino Rewards group. Over the years they’ve proven to be totally reliable and responsible when dealing with player issues and/or complaints: issues are almost always settled within hours. The group rep — Renee — is one of the very best and has become a trusted contact for getting anything related to a Casino Rewards property dealt with promptly and professionally.

First Impression
Luxury Casino is one of the flagship casinos of the Casino Rewards group. They have been around for years and have very few complaints – relatively speaking, as you will see from this in-depth Luxury Casino review.

Luxury Casino may not offer the most versatile or impressive selection of payment methods we’ve ever seen but when our team of experts was putting this Luxury Casino review together they were pleasantly surprised to find that players have access to PayPal – a payment method which is usually pretty rare to see at online casinos today. A few users complained about slow withdrawals – with St0rm0r kicking off a thread with this comment: “I have an account with LuxuryCasino.co.uk (part of a casino rewards group). I requested a withdrawal for £4,800 eight days ago, and it has still not been paid.
I have repeatedly contacted customer services, only to be fobbed off by excuses, the latest one being “oh it was a bank holiday yesterday in Australia so we have a backlog”… I’ve also been told that customer services can’t help me, only the “Risk Management” department. Risk Management is not available on the phone. I’ve repeatedly emailed them but they have not replied. I really don’t know what else I can do now, except go to the Gambling Commission in the UK, with whom this company is registered.
I must note that there was no bonus involved and I actually lost money. The withdrawal amount is less than my original deposit, and I am withdrawing using the same method I deposited with. I have complied with all their ID requirements and support has confirmed that my account has been verified.
I have PM’d the rep just now informing her of this complaint as per the forum’s rules.”
Another one of our members, rogertb had an issue with wagering requirements: “Hi chaps – I had a small win with Luxury two nights ago but couldn’t withdraw it all as there was a wagering requirement. I thought I had refused all bonuses but they ‘discreetly’ slipped it in – or so they say. I complained and then played again last evening … lost the lot so I had a zero balance and then had a win but there is another wagering requirement when I try and withdraw. How can they be allowed to give these VIP points without asking me if I want them … I deposited £150 and said NO to any bonus.”
And perhaps most notably was that Luxury Casino suspended their loyalty points system. Here’s the post from theGman about it:
“I recently ( month and a half ) joined Luxury Casino and have enjoyed playing there. I particularly enjoy Thunderstruck 2 and Major Millions and have been having quite a go at them for the entire time. In this time period I have built up quite a bit of loyalty points on Casino Rewards. For those of you that are used to playing at Casino Reward properties, you will know what I am talking about.
My feeling of dissatisfaction comes after me repeatedly trying to cash in these loyalty points, points that I presume I have earned due to my game play on Luxury Casino, only to be told that the ability to use them has been suspended.
This has happened for the last 3 times I deposited. I decided to contact their support – initially live chat and then email – and to say that I am a bit dismayed re the response is putting it a bit mildly.
It appears that CR simply does not let players cash in on their loyalty points and will not provide a specific reason. They state that if a player continues playing then that suspension might be lifted. This is the email I got.”

Whilst you may see VIP points available for redemption in your Casino Rewards account, these points will not be released until you further demonstrate the intention to deposit & wager at the casino. This will then in time restore your ability to redeem your casino rewards bonus points.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with the specific criteria by which the suspension will be lifted.
You will be able to collect bonus points while the suspension is applied, once lifted you will have the points available for you to redeem.”
While it’s clear Luxury Casino has made some mistakes along the way, we should point out that in almost all cases they have, eventually, resolved any issues – and they’re still considered to be one of the more trustworthy names in the online casino world.
