Wild Vegas Casino Review

They offer a full selection of RTG games

By Jess Plowden, Last updated May 10, 2024

Casinomeister's Verdict

Wild Vegas Casino has a checkered past, being one of the flagship casinos of the Ace Revenue group of casinos. They were in the rogue pit for a while – then out – then in again.

They had gotten their act together a couple of years ago, but they were recently sold, and their support moved from Costa Rica to Eastern Europe. That’s when it went to hell in a handbasket.

Since the move, we have had many complaints from several casinos in the group — mostly unresolved payment issues. There are better RTG casinos to be found – this obviously is not one of them.

First Impression

We’ll preface this Wild Vegas Casino review by stating that, while this review is pretty scathingly negative (for good reason), Wild Vegas Casino has approached us very recently, assuring us that serious changes are coming this time. As such, we may update this Wild Vegas Casino review soon once we get more information on how they’re running their new operation and whether proposed changes have been made. But first, a little history on Wild Vegas Casino – and why they have such a tainted reputation here at Casinomeister.

Originally part of the Ace Revenue group of online casino sites, Wild Vegas Casino became part of the Virtual Casino Group. The group was known for extremely slow payments, slow, delayed payments, long and delayed payments for breaking even the slightest rules, and most players at their sites had come to simply expect slow delayed payments. They figured the casino would “pay eventually,” so they could not do much more.

However, the idea that an online casino will “pay eventually” isn’t good enough for Casinomeister. If withdrawals are stalled for weeks or months because a player broke even the slightest rules at the online casino, that’s not good enough. Subsequently, all Virtual Group brands were placed into the rogue pit here at Casinomeister. Head to the end of this Wild Vegas Casino review to read a quick snippet from MaxD’s Virtual Group piece, which we expect to publish soon.

In terms of casino games, Wild Vegas Casino is powered entirely by Realtime Gaming (RTG). This means you won’t find casino games from software providers like NetEnt, Quickspin, Pragmatic Play, or Microgaming, studios some players would classify as ‘safe.’ However, Realtime Gaming (RTG) themselves aren’t too bad; they just have a habit of offering all the games they make to online casino sites based in Costa Rica, outside the regulator’s reach.

In this Wild Vegas Casino review, you’ll learn all about the deposit bonuses on offer, whether you should still expect slow, delayed payments, how to avoid having your winnings voided after claiming free chips or deposit offer bonuses, and you’ll also learn why this Wild Vegas Casino review is being rewritten and updated at all.

Pros

  • They offer a full selection of RTG games

  • There is a decent selection of video poker games

  • They still offer a downloadable software client

Cons

  • They do not offer live dealer games

  • $2,000/week withdrawal limit

  • Very poor reputation

  • Cashback and Comp Points have 1X or 2X maximum cashout limit

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

One of the things we see almost universally at casinos that have been in the rogue pit before is a bonuses and promotions section that offers the world but delivers anything but. Wild Vegas Casino, like all Virtual Casino Group properties, looks to offer some appealing bonuses and promotions.

They aren’t the worst in the world, but when you dig a bit deeper, the terms and conditions can be quite predatory, with high wagering requirements, low maximum cash-out limits, and many other things you must be aware of.

In the following sections of this Wild Vegas Casino review, we will examine the different bonuses and promotions available. Firstly, we will examine the main welcome/first-deposit bonus available.

Welcome Offer

The main welcome bonus at Wild Vegas Casino offers new players a 250% matched deposit bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, you must enter the bonus code WILDVEGAS when making your first deposit. The minimum deposit to claim this welcome bonus is $30. At face value, a 250% deposit bonus seems pretty generous. However, as with all Virtual Casino Group properties, there’s more than meets the eye regarding bonuses and promotions.

Firstly, there are the wagering requirements, which aren’t too bad. You’ll need to wager your bonus funds 20 times, although game exclusions and maximum bet restrictions apply. Ironically, despite advertising its welcome bonus as “one of the best welcome bonuses ever,” there’s a 10X max bonus cashout limit. For example, if you claimed a $100 bonus, the most you could withdraw would be $1,000.

Ironically, despite advertising its welcome bonus as “one of the best welcome bonuses ever,” there’s a 10X max bonus cashout limit. For example, if you claimed a $100 bonus, the maximum you could withdraw would be $1,000. That’s pretty, especially for a first-deposit bonus that coins itself one of the best in the world.

In addition to these terms, you should know that the welcome bonus is only valid for playing video slots, scratch cards, keno, and bingo. All casino table games, including blackjack and video poker, are prohibited from using bonus funds. You must be careful here, as, to our knowledge, Virtual Casino Group casinos do not use automated blocking software. If you accidentally place a bet on an excluded game using bonus funds, your entire bonus may become void.

While we are doing our best to give the group a second chance, given what we know about their past and looking at the terms and conditions of the bonuses they offer, we would lean towards recommending against claiming any type of welcome bonus or promotion at Wild Vegas Casino.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

Reading through the online casino’s terms and conditions page, you will notice an entire section dedicated to no-deposit bonuses. Previously, Virtual Casino Group properties were known for offering no-deposit bonuses like candy.

This was actually pretty good for the players. Unfortunately, it wasn’t long until fraudsters picked up on it and began creating multiple accounts to cheat the casinos out of money. As a result, they significantly reduced the number of no-deposit bonuses they gave out, and even if you do manage to find one, the terms and conditions are incredibly restrictive.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

Wild Vegas Casino offers a VIP program, weekly and monthly cashback bonuses, and a comp points scheme. However, as you can probably tell by now, significant terms and conditions are attached to all of these, details of which will be covered below.

For example, to claim any cashback, your account balance must be under $10, and you must not have any recent withdrawals. This clause has always confused us; we could somewhat understand it if you had a pending withdrawal on your account. However, the loosely worded “recent withdrawal” clause seems strange and predatory.

To make matters worse, even if you receive any cashback, the wagering requirements are 40X or 60X the total bonus amount, meaning you will invest far more time trying to withdraw the bonus than it’s worth. Why do we say that? Because all cashback comes with a maximum cash-out limit of just two times the bonus amount. In our opinion, this entirely negates the point of claiming the cashback in the first place.

Online casinos offer cashback as a way for losing players to recoup some of their losses. Limiting players to just two times the cashback amount is unbelievable, and it’s no surprise why so many players complain about this ridiculous promotion.

If you thought the monthly VIP cashback program got any better, you’d be wrong. The same account terms apply – meaning your account must have no active balance and no pending or recent withdrawals – and the wagering requirements are still pretty high, 40X or 60X, depending on the games you play.

In addition to this, the VIP monthly cashback has a maximum withdrawal limit of just 1X the total bonus amount. When you combine that with the wagering requirements, trying to claim this bonus makes virtually no sense.

Things don’t get much better with the comp points scheme, either. Each time you place a bet at the casino, you will earn comp points, and at most casinos, you can exchange these points for cash, which – hopefully – you can withdraw. At Wild Vegas Casino, however, you are limited to just one times the total value of the points you exchange, rendering the promotion completely and utterly useless.

Wild Vegas Casino dangles numerous weekly, monthly, and loyalty bonuses in front of new players, making them look as generous as possible. However, a quick skim of the terms and conditions shows that, in most cases, they’re not worth claiming, and it’s unbelievable that a casino in 2023 is still offering promotions with these predatory terms.

Banking & Payment Methods

Wild Vegas Casino offers a standard selection of deposit methods for funding your account and playing real money games. You can use several payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, and Bitcoin.

Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards are processed instantly. Just enter your card information in the cashier section, and the funds will be credited to your casino account right away. One thing to note is that if you’re making your first-ever deposit with a credit card, you must complete a Credit Card Agreement Form. This is an identity verification measure implemented by the casino’s Accounting Department.

Neteller is another popular payment option accepted at the casino, offering fast and secure deposits. However, Neteller is NOT available to players from the USA, Canada, France, Spain, Germany, and Singapore. So, for players from those countries, it is not an option.

The casino strongly encourages using Bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals. Bitcoin transactions are facilitated through your BTC wallet, allowing you to deposit and receive funds instantly. As the world’s largest cryptocurrency, Bitcoin appeals to players thanks to its fast speeds, enhanced security, anonymity, and convenience. The casino states that Bitcoin is the fastest and most secure way to deposit funds and collect payouts.

When depositing with Bitcoin, your funds are usually available in your casino account within ten minutes or less. However, specific timing depends on the confirmation speed of transactions on the blockchain. To deposit, simply scan the QR code provided or copy the BTC address into your wallet app to initiate the transfer. Interestingly, the casino has compiled a very detailed Bitcoin gambling page showing you exactly how to buy, transfer, and play with Bitcoin at their site.

Other payments are not awarded the same courtesy, and it’s pretty hard to find concrete information about the available methods. For example, the terms and conditions page discusses completely different payment methods than those listed on their banking page – and limits and fees aren’t mentioned anywhere.

Withdrawal Speed

When it comes time to withdraw your winnings, Wild Vegas Casino – like all Virtual Casino Group properties – has a terrible reputation. The casino group is known for slow or delayed payouts, finding reasons not to pay players and more. That said, we are attempting to give this casino a fresh start. In a rather promising move, a representative from the casino informed us they are now using an automated identity verification service called Hooyu.

This is designed to allow players to verify their accounts without any human intervention, and, on paper, it means that once your identity is approved, you can request withdrawals using specific payment methods with no pending period. Here is what the representative told us:

“Most Bitcoin-depositing players have the option of withdrawing using Coindraw. This fully automated function means our Withdrawals and Finance Departments are not involved. We’ve also employed Hooyu, a document validation service. With Hooyu, players simply upload their documents, and we are notified if the docs are acceptable or if further scrutiny is necessary. Between Coindraw and Hooyu, our Withdrawals and Finance teams are less overwhelmed, and as a result, payments have been consistent and far swifter.”

This streamlined process suggests Wild Vegas Casino is taking concrete steps to accelerate withdrawal speeds. However, manual verification checks may still be necessary in some cases. Given the casino’s tattered past, we remain skeptical as to whether or not this will actually work out in the player’s favor or not.

Generally speaking, you can withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit, although the casino again touts Bitcoin as the quickest method. Shockingly, the casino’s terms and conditions page states withdrawals are paid after a pending period of between five and seven days. This goes entirely against what the representative told us and is a perfect example of how disjointed Virtual Casino Group properties are. Their pages are outdated, information on their site contradicts others, and it’s a nightmare to get accurate information.

Another thing to be aware of is that Wild Vegas Casino has a maximum weekly withdrawal limit of just $2000. This is standard across all Virtual Casino Group properties, but again, it’s incredible that in 2023, we still see casinos with such incredibly low withdrawal limits.

If you were to hit a five-figure win, it would take you more than five weeks to simply withdraw it. We generally advise against playing at Virtual Casino Group properties unless you have no choice. If you decide to play here, we would strongly recommend using Bitcoin, as it appears – on paper at least – to be the fastest way of getting your winnings out of the casino.

Responsible gaming

Regarding responsible gambling, Wild Vegas Casino and all other Virtual Casino Group properties should, we feel, hang their heads in shame. They make zero effort to offer any tools or advice to players, and get this; they don’t even have a responsible gambling page on their site.

In today’s online gambling world, having a responsible gambling page is the absolute bare minimum, and it’s something we see even the most rogue casinos doing. There is absolutely zero excuse for them not to have one, and in not doing so, they are telling all of their players they could care less about their well-being.

Even when we started to dig deep inside the casino’s FAQ section and terms and conditions, we could not find a reference to any gambling tools like deposit limits, timer session limits, or wager limits. We could not find information about how a player could take a timeout from the casino. Make no mistake; this is absolutely predatory behavior.

If the casino was licensed in a jurisdiction that cared more about its players than its back pocket, this site and all of its sister sites would have been shut down or have had their licenses suspended until they took responsible gambling seriously.

Again, there is no excuse for the lack of responsible gambling tools and information at the casino. It is very clearly predatory behavior that is designed to target problem gamblers who may need help and support at their lowest.

Customer support

Wild Vegas Casino provides customer assistance through several channels. The customer support team appears helpful and is able to answer basic questions. Don’t, however, expect any award-winning service or anything like that. Thankfully, the customer support team works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can reach them via live chat or email.

Here at Casinomeister, we are big advocates of live chat. Live chat allows you to speak with a trained operator directly from your Internet browser window – or, in some cases, your mobile phone. You simply click the live chat button, enter your email username, and, sometimes, a brief description of your query, and you will then join a queue to speak to the next operator. At most casinos, this process usually takes one or two minutes, and once you are connected to a staff member, they will stay online with you, discussing your queries and problems in real-time until they are resolved.

Now, as with most things the group touches, customer support issues were also problematic in the past, with many players complaining of lengthy waiting times, conversations that got disconnected when difficult questions about delayed withdrawals were asked, and even those claiming the casino simply ignored them.

In our recent interaction with a representative from the Virtual Casino Group, they assured us that this is another area they know they need to improve in. To our surprise, they presented an action plan to improve their customer support service. Here’s a snippet from another article we wrote on the group and their current efforts to improve:

Other changes of importance are planned for the near future: improved Live Chat, more Support and VIP agents (with advanced training), an expanded Quality Control team, and further rollout of new payments systems.”

So, it’s promising that significant live chat changes are on the way, but only time will tell if they materialize – and stay – or not. In addition, to live chat, you can also email Wild Vegas Casino’s customer service department. Their contract address is help@wildvegascasino.com. While email response times are slower than live chat, it’s better for sending sensitive documents, lodging a complaint, or for times when you prefer to have a solid paper trail of your conversations with the casino.

We should also mention that the casino provides an FAQ page, which is great if you’re looking for outdated, unreliable , and, quite frankly, ridiculous information. For example, they still provide details on how to install their software on Windows 95 PCs; that’s an impressively long time not to update your website’s page!

KYC

Before the casino will approve your withdrawal request, you must verify your account through a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Their terms state:

“Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID and a clear selfie of themselves. We might also ask the player to verify their identity by making a small Card deposit to make sure the player is genuine and who they claim to be. The Casino reserves the right to request additional information to validate accounts.”

So, at a minimum, you’ll need to submit a photo ID like a driver’s license or passport proving your identity. You’ll also need to take a clear selfie showing your face if requested by the casino. This allows Wild Vegas to cross-reference your facial features against your ID to confirm you are who you claim.

The casino may also require you to make a small credit card deposit strictly for identity confirmation. This proves you genuinely own and can access the card registered under your casino account. Alternatively, you can fill out a Credit Card Authorization form; yes, another ‘thing’ that seems to be from decades past!

Additionally, the terms state that Wild Vegas Casino reserves the right to request further personal documentation to validate your account before approving cashouts. So, you may need to provide supplemental proof of address, income statements, or other private information upon request.

Verification Delays: A Quick Breakdown

In the past, Virtual Group sites like Wild Vegas Casino were notorious for abusing the verification process to avoid paying players. However, the casino recently began using an automated verification system called Hooyu to streamline the confirmation of submitted documents. However, some manual checks may still occur, which has historically caused problems.

While the automated verification process may help, Wild Vegas Casino’s history of extremely slow payments and withdrawal delays means players should still exercise caution. Given the casino group’s track record of confiscating winnings for even the slightest rule violations, you can expect long and delayed payments even if you meet all wagering requirements and don’t breach terms – unless they’re true to their word and do change.

The same RealTime Gaming suite of games is available at better online casinos with faster payouts. So, while recent changes seem positive, the risk of slow, delayed payments from this casino group remains. Expect stalled withdrawals and an extensive, manual verification check, which, if they’re acting like they did in the past, is designed to stall payments as much as possible. Ideally, verify your account before playing. This should help to minimize the risk of these checks affecting your withdrawals.

Website Experience and Features

Wild Vegas Casino offers players with two options to gamble at their casino. Firstly, you can play instantly through your web browser without required downloads. Secondly, you can install the “Premium Play” software client directly onto your Windows PC.

The Premium Play casino download promises the complete portfolio of Wild Vegas games, claiming it offers exclusive tournaments and many more titles. However, given today’s lightning-fast internet speeds and the reliability of mobile devices, downloadable casino clients are, for the most part, redundant. Ten years ago, it was a different story, but today, downloadable clients are only really for those wanting to feel nostalgic while playing.

During testing, the Premium Play client performed well enough. However,it took several minutes to download, install, and open. Compare this to the near-instant time frame you get when playing at the online casino through the instant play site.

Design-wise, there’s nothing new for the Virtual Casino Group here. The website is – OK – but contains much out-of-date information; pages often lead to 404 warnings, and contradictory info about payment methods and terms and conditions is widespread. The loading speeds were acceptable, but there’s certainly nothing groundbreaking here. And don’t bother to ask if they have a dedicated mobile casino app on the iOS or Android app stores.

Regarding mobile gaming, one problem with Realtime Gaming (RTG) was that they were incredibly slow to adapt their games away from Flash to HTML5. Subsequently, there was no rush for Realtime Gaming (RTG) casinos to follow suit. Subsequently, the site looks outdated, although this is starting to change at some Virtual Casino Group properties.

Brand games

Providers

The entire lineup of games at Wild Vegas Casino is powered exclusively by Realtime Gaming (RTG). Founded in 1998, RTG is an industry veteran known for its broad range of slots, table games, video poker, and other casino games.

At Wild Vegas Casino, the focus lies heavily on RTG’s selection of slots. As you browse the lobby, you’ll discover a decent selection of classic and newer themed video slots, with many boasting exciting bonuses and features. Unfortunately, the site does not currently offer any live dealer table games. So, players seeking the interactive experience of live iGaming must play elsewhere.

There are also some table games, but nothing to get too excited about. In the following sections of this Wild Vegas Casino review, we will examine the casino games you can play at the site.

Slots

As an RTG-exclusive platform, all of the 200+ slot games at Wild Vegas Casino are powered by Realtime Gaming. Given the extensive range of games Realtime Gaming (RTG) has produced, you can expect to find a pretty decent selection at Wild Vegas Casino. This includes many classics alongside newer, more modern releases.

Some popular RTG slot titles you can play at Wild Vegas Casino include Achilles Deluxe, Aladdin’s Wishes, Asgard Deluxe, Bubble Bubble 2, Cash Bandits 2 and 3, Count Spectacular, Eagle Shadow Fist, Enchanted Garden, Fantasy Mission Force, Fu Chi, Gemtopia, Gods of Nature, I Zombie, Jackpot Piñatas, Legend of Helios, Lucha Libre 2, Megasaur, Naughty or Nice III, Nova 7s, Panda’s Gold, Penguin Palooza, Plentiful Treasure, Popiñata, Purrfect Pets, Regal Riches, Rudolph’s Revenge, Samba Sunset, Small Fortune, Snowmania, Stardust, Storm Lords, Sweet 16, and Witchy Wins.

As you can see, the slots cover a diverse range of themes like Asian culture, festivals, mythology, holidays, animals, gems, and more. Many games also incorporate expanding wilds, free spin bonuses, pick bonuses, random jackpots, and other rewarding features.

For example, Cash Bandits 2 is a 25-line cops and robbers-themed game with a “Vault” bonus feature where you crack codes to win up to 390 free spins at 23X multiplier values. It’s one of the most popular Realtime Gaming (RTG) slot games and a fast-paced, action-packed game. It’s well worth checking out if you have the chance!

Another popular slot at Wild Vegas Casino is Sweet 16 Blast, a candy-filled cascading reels slot where cluster pays lead to chain reactions across the six reels. Giant multiplier symbols can appear, too, massively improving your chances of hitting a big win.

Live Dealer Games

One significant downside of the game library at Wild Vegas Casino is the current lack of live dealer table options. You won’t find live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, or other live titles, so if you want to play live dealer games hosted by real croupiers, you’re out of luck.

For players who enjoy the interactive experience of playing alongside other gamblers with a live dealer running the action in real-time, the lack of such games at WildVegas will likely be disappointing. Chatting with the dealer and other players also enhances the social dynamics compared to playing alone against a computer. Many players prefer the transparency and ability to interact with other players and will simply refuse to play non-live casino games now.

While Realtime Gaming does not yet create live table games of its own, it’s now commonplace for RTG casino sites to partner with third-party providers like Evolution or Pragmatic Play for live gaming libraries. It’s unclear why Wild Vegas Casino hasn’t done so, although this is not unexpected, as all Virtual Casino Group casinos are the same.

It would be great to see even a smaller, more affordable live studio offering a few titles at WildVegas. Doing so will allow players to at least enjoy some live iGaming, but for whatever reason, the online gambling operator appears determined to avoid doing so.

And, to once again highlight why we take issue with WildVegas Casino’s website, here is another snippet from their terms and conditions page:

While playing with the balance from any bonus, the original rules of the bonus will continue to apply even after the wagering/playthrough requirement of such bonus has been completed. This means it is not allowed to play Live Dealer games with coupons intended for “Slots and Keno only” or “Blackjack and table games.” Playing Live Dealer with such bonus/coupons will make the winnings voided.”

Here, they act like live dealer games are available at their site. They even go as far as to discuss the terms and conditions of using bonus funds on these live games. In reality, though, they don’t exist – and it’s just another classic example of shoddy, lazy casinos.

Table Games and Video Poker

Wild Vegas Casino sticks to the basics regarding table games, offering just Blackjack, Blackjack + Perfect Pairs, and Suit ‘Em Up Blackjack. So, if you enjoy diverse table game variants and side bet options, you’ll be disappointed. There is no Casino Hold’em, Craps, Casino Poker, or other popular staples you’d expect. Even finding the lone European Roulette game requires heading to the inconspicuous “Specialty Games” section.

However, one area WildVegas Casino does deserve credit for is video poker. Here, their game selection is pretty good. Wild Vegas provides around 15 single and multi-hand video poker machines. You can enjoy popular titles like Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Double Bonus, and Loose Deuces. There are also some less common variants on offer.

However, we can’t say the same for the specialty games lineup beyond video poker. Under this category, there are just four games, and we’ve already covered one! These other games include Keno, Banana Jones, Fish Catch, and European Roulette. So essentially, it’s just Keno and Roulette padding out an extremely limited specialty lineup.

Progressive jackpots

Regarding progressive jackpot slots, Wild Vegas Casino offers a pretty standard Realtime Gaming (RTG) jackpot range, with a couple of minor omissions. What are progressive jackpot slots?

Progressives are a type of slot machine game where the top prize – the jackpot – increases over time as more people play without winning. RTG’s progressive slots work by networking machines across multiple casinos that offer the same game. Each time someone spins, a small portion of their stake is dedicated and added to the jackpot pool. So, as more people play these linked games without winning the top prize, the jackpot keeps getting bigger.

RTG’s progressive network shows players the current jackpot that’s up for grabs above the reels. However, unlike many software providers, Realtime Gaming (RTG) awards most of its jackpots randomly. This means any spin has the potential to award you life-changing money! Let’s examine the progressive jackpot offering at WildVegas Casino.

5 Wishes

In the mood for magic and fortune? Give 5 Wishes a spin, and enjoy the Aladdin-themed adventure on this five-reel, three-row video slot with 25 paylines. This exciting progressive jackpot slot machine brings the classic tale of Aladdin to life across the screen, featuring colorful symbols like the genie, Aladdin, Princess Jasmine, the monkey, and the Magic Lamp scatter.

Landing 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view awards up to a whopping 100 free spins, and during this bonus round, all wins are multiplied by 2X. The game’s most potent genie only appears on reel one, but when he does, he also awards a multiplier.

Aside from great gameplay, 5 Wishes also looks fantastic. You’ll enjoy an authentic Arabian Nights soundtrack and fluid animations as you uncover magic carpets, rub lamps in the palace, and even befriend Aladdin’s sidekick!

With an RTP of 95% and potential local jackpots worth 5,000 coins or more, 5 Wishes offers a high volatility experience that feels like you’re befriending genies with Aladdin himself. Plus, the two progressive jackpots also ensure the game offers significant win potential!

Aladdin’s Wishes

You may have thought you’d only find a magic lamp and unleash a wish-granting genie in 5 Wishes, the jackpot game we just looked at. We’re here to tell you that mesmerizing win potential can also be found in another progressive Realtime Gaming (RTG) slot, Aladdins Wishes.

Landing three scatter symbols anywhere in view awards the free spins bonus, where you can begin with as many as 25 bonus spins! All wins are doubled during the bonus, and Aladdin acts as the game’s wild, substituting all standard symbols and doubling any wins he helps complete.

With an RTP of 93%, this highly volatile slot offers a below-average payout percentage, but this is almost always true with progressive jackpot games. If it’s your lucky day, you could see that “Jackpot Won” message popping up on your screen!

Ghost Ship

Board the infamous Flying Dutchman ghost ship and see if you’ve got what it takes to re-discover her long-lost treasure in this spooky five-reel jackpot slot. With incredible HD graphics and a creepy night setting, it’s all action when you start spinning and hoping to form wins across the game’s 25 paylines.

Form three-of-a-kind or higher combos of the cannons, treasure chests, the ship’s bell, or low-value symbols to win, or land 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view to enter the bonus round where you can win up to 10 free spins with all wins multiplied by up to 10X!

There’s more, too; look out for the Ghost Captain wilds. When they land, they substitute all paying symbols and expand across entire reels. Of course, all players will have their eye on the lost treasure – which can be awarded to you as a progressive jackpot if it’s your lucky day!

Caesar’s Empire

Step back over 2000 years as you experience the historical marvels found in ancient Rome in Caesar’s Empire. This five-reel progressive slot features imagery and music that beautifully showcases what life was like back then. You’ll see several iconic buildings and items on the reels, from the magnificent Colosseum surrounding the reels to the game’s symbols, including Roman helmets, shields, chariots, and scrolls.

The ruler, Julius Caesar, appears on a wild coin symbol that substitutes for all other paying symbols. He also applies a 4X multiplier to any win he manages to form.

Landing the Colosseum scatters at the right time awards instant cash prizes of up to 100X. Don’t forget the lucrative progressive jackpots that can trigger on each base game spin!

Cash Bandits 2

Grab your balaclava, breaking-in tools, and a bag, and try to outrun the cops in Cash Bandits 2, the highly-anticipated sequel to the original Cash Bandits video slot. This five-reel, three-row game offers even more action and win potential than the original, and it’s also seen as a significant visual upgrade. Now, you’ll find colorful cartoony graphics, 25 paylines, and a Western bank heist theme.

This RTG progressive slot is perfectly designed; just look at the reels, and you’ll see wanted poster symbols, sheriff badges, bags of cash, and more theme-specific imagery. Crack the Vault Feature to unlock free spins and begin the free spins with multipliers worth as much as 17X!

Cash Bandits 2 also features two random jackpots that can be awarded on any spin. Plus, there’s also a fixed game jackpot, which is worth a staggering 50,000 coins!

About the Team and History

Wild Vegas Casino originally launched in 2004 and falls under the notorious Virtual Casino Group’s ownership in Costa Rica. The group has operated online casinos since the late 1990s but developed an infamous reputation over 20 years marred by unethical practices like voiding legitimate winnings and deliberately delaying player payments.

The Virtual Casino Group encompasses around 30 casino brands, though the exact properties keep changing. Its ‘operational’ sites include Cool Cat Casino, Dreams Casino, Prism Casino, Palace of Chance, Ruby Slots, and more.

Regarding licensing, Wild Vegas Casino claims to be licensed and regulated. However, being based offshore in Costa Rica, there are no real licensing or regulatory requirements. So, while online gambling is legal in Costa Rica and the casino operates entirely within the law, that’s only because there IS no law to regulate them! They need a quick business registration and can operate as they please.

The Virtual Casino Group and Wild Vegas Casino specifically have accumulated countless complaints over delayed payments, confiscated winnings, and poor customer service over the past two decades. However, recent signs point to genuine improvement in responsiveness and faster payouts.

Regarding restricted countries and supported markets, Wild Vegas Casino blocks players from many European nations, most of Asia and Africa, and various countries in South America. The casino primarily focuses its operations on North American and Australian players. For example, players from the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, and other European countries are restricted.

Complaints and Track Record

Wild Vegas Casino and the notorious Virtual Casino Group that operates it have a complex and rocky history, with Casinomeister spanning over 15 years. During the early 2000s, our forums were flooded with complaints about slow payment tactics, confiscated winnings, and poor customer service from casino brands run by the group.

By 2007, the weight of grievances from players led Casinomeister to blacklist all Virtual Casino Group properties, including Wild Vegas Casino. They earned numerous “awards” highlighting their unethical behaviors like “Worst Casino Group” and “Worst Player Experience.” Still, the group gave assurances they had changed their ways, leading us to give them multiple probationary periods to improve their operations.

Unfortunately, the Virtual Casino Group failed to deliver on its promises of reform time and time again. Whenever we allowed them another chance to treat players fairly, it wouldn’t be long before complaint levels spiked once more, and they’d find themselves back on our rogue casino blacklist.

This cycle repeated for many years until recently. Around 2021, we started noticing a sharp decline in negative player experiences being reported from Virtual Casino Group sites. Formal complaints submitted to us dropped by nearly 80%, and those we did receive were handled promptly and reasonably by their staff.

By early 2023, we saw compelling signs that meaningful changes may have finally taken root after 20 years of unscrupulous behavior. Implementing new automated payout systems, more responsive support teams, drops in public player grievances, and assurances of further improvements convinced Casinomeister to give them one final chance to continue improving their operations.

Wild Vegas Casino and its sister sites now have a chance to show they care about ethical conduct and honoring their obligations to players. However, suppose we see rising complaint levels or other indicators of returning to their abusive business practices. In that case, we won’t hesitate to place them back on our blacklist, where they’ve earned a permanent spot so many times before.

For now, we remain cautiously optimistic real progress may emerge, given the drastic decrease in recent issues reported by players. But make no mistake – we watch closely for any signs of backsliding.

Our Rocky Relationship With The Group

If you’ve been online gambling for a while, you will probably remember sites like Cirrus Casino and other Virtual properties. Cirrus Casino and others were renowned for slow casino payouts, casino bonuses with unfair terms and conditions, and sometimes sites that would happily take all your money without paying you when you won.

As a result, they’ve got a pretty bad reputation in the Casinomeister forum. So, why are we updating this review, removing them from the rogue pit, and putting them into the Neutral Zone? Well, in this part of our Wild Vegas Casino review, we’ll explain why this Realtime Gaming-powered online casino has been given another chance.

However, we will briefly summarize some of his key takeaways now. Firstly, what’s happening today? There’s been a noticeable change in the Virtual Group – and how they handle issues – and the number of formal complaints against Virtual Casino Group, and by extension, Wild Vegas Casino, has been steadily declining. Unlike in 2013, when they first went on Probation, this time, it feels different – like a real turnaround.

The group has made changes in its management. There’s new staff onboard, and they appear to be committed to doing things right. Wild Vegas Casino, following in these new footsteps, shows signs of genuine improvement, especially when handling player complaints.

They’ve also made significant changes in their payout system by utilizing automated Verification and Payout systems – thanks to Coindraw. These tools have helped streamline the verification and withdrawal process, ensuring players get their money faster and fewer complaints.

And if you’re curious about the numbers – let’s look at the number of complaints from all sites in the group. They’ve dropped significantly, from around 100 complaints per month in 2021 to roughly 30 complaints per month in 2023. That’s a significant drop, not just because players are leaving. The group is opening new sites.

So, while the Virtual Casino Group isn’t entirely out of the woods yet, they’re on the right path, and Wild Vegas Casino is part of that journey. They’ve moved from being an industry rogue to (we hope) a casino that’s showing it can change for the better.
