First Impression

Virtual City Casino is a Casino Rewards casino that was brought on as an Accredited casino in 2016. It’s been around since about 2000, so that’s how long it took to get Accredited.

Anyway, they were recently removed from the Accredited Section since Casino Rewards insisted on running a promotion that violated our Accredited Casino Marketing standards:

Will not aggressively entice players to reverse cash withdrawals with bonuses or other incentives.

The Casino Rewards group continued to push this promotion even though they were warned. So, it pretty much indicates that the player’s needs are not a priority to the casino. Bummer for them. They are in the Grey Zone now.

Which is a true shame – there was a lot of work put into this by both the Casino rep and I.
