The problem:

My problem is, that casino wants me to DOUBLE UP wagers before I make a withdrawal, unless I did all the wager requirements listed on their web page. Besides, a person from a support team can’t explain to me, why I have to play ANOTHER $25,000 before I can make a cashout $8230 she just don’t answer me and leaves the chat. I made a deposit of $500 USD, received a bonus of $500 USD and played $26,387.25 USD. WR was 25 x D+B Here are the screenshots of our chat and my balance at the casino. It’s $6524.00 USD

Checked this out and yes – in the chat session, the CRS states that the player must play out another 25x – no explanation, nothing else she can do, and she leaves the chat session. The player contacts Casinomeister – we make several attempts to contact the casino….and nothing.

Avoid this casino at all costs.
