Vegas24 is fully licensed and regulated to offer online gaming services under the laws of Costa Rica and adheres to the code of behaviour defined by the government

In other words, they have no gaming license and they answer to relatively no one.

The problem:

My problem is, that casino wants me to DOUBLE UP wagers before I make a withdrawal, unless I did all the wager requirements listed on their web page. Besides, a person from a support team can’t explain to me, why I have to play ANOTHER $25,000 before I can make a cashout $8230 she just don’t answer me and leaves the chat. I made a deposit of $500 USD, received a bonus of $500 USD and played $26,387.25 USD. WR was 25 x D+B Here are the screenshots of our chat and my balance at the casino. It’s $6524.00 USD

Checked this out and yes – in the chat session, the CRS states that the player must play out another 25x – no explanation, nothing else she can do, and she leaves the chat session. The player contacts Casinomeister – we make several attempts to contact the casino….and nothing.
