Casinomeister's Verdict

Trino Casino is a recently launched platform with plenty to offer. They’re packed with thousands of games, a VIP program that actually delivers, and a generous welcome bonus.

The only thing that doesn’t really hit the mark at Trino Casino is their short supply of responsible gaming tools and withdrawals being on the slower side. Still, all the rest is up to standard — enough to earn our stamp of approval.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

From the Complaints side, there is nothing of concern regarding Trino. Their Curaçao license has been recently updated, and the sister casinos of the Fortuna Games N.V. group have equally clean records here at Casinomeister. We see no reason to give Trino Casino anything but a thumbs up.

First Impression

Rolled out in 2024 by Fortuna Games N.V., Trino Casino is a new player in the iGaming arena. The platform is licensed in Curaçao, holding the new GCB license as of July 2024.

Their website stocks thousands of games — including slots, live casino, table games, and an impressive sportsbook, and you can kick off any of those by depositing funds using a wide variety of payment methods. They support traditional credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies.

Yet, those are just some of the basics we go over while checking out each platform. To stay true to our casino review methodology, we always dig into every corner until we’re 100% sure we can give you nothing but the whole truth.

Let’s take a look at what we’ve uncovered about Trino Casino.

Pros

  • Hefty welcome bonus

  • Worthwhile VIP program

  • Strong mix of games

Cons

  • Sluggish withdrawals

  • Limited responsible gaming tools

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

Trino Casino takes rewarding their players quite seriously. They boast three different variations of welcome bonuses, reload, cashback, and plenty of tournaments.

But let’s see how Trino Casino’s promotional offers actually work once you try to claim them.

Welcome Bonus

New players at Trino Casino get to claim three different types of welcome bonuses. Here’s what’s on the table:

  • Welcome Bonus from Engineer: 300% up to €3000 + 300 free spins on first 4 deposits
  • Welcome Bonus from Major: 330% up to €4000 on first 4 deposits
  • Welcome Bonus from Convener: 400 free spins up to €1200 on first 4 deposits

Whichever bonus you go for, they all work the same way. As you keep depositing, you’ll see the total percentage spread across your first four deposits. The same goes for free spins — each time you deposit, you’ll receive 100 free spins — adding up to 400 in total.

The wagering requirement decreases as you make more deposits, starting at 40x the bonus amount for the first deposit and decreasing to 25x for your fourth one. In our books, that’s a pretty decent offer.

Keep in mind, however, that you’ll have a maximum of 10 days to play through the bonus funds before the offer expires.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

Trino Casino does not run any no-deposit or no-deposit free spin offers at the moment. If and when they decide to launch any such offers in the future, we’ll try to update this casino review right away.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

The VIP program at Trino is fairly solid. They’ve got an 8-tier system where you work your way through levels to unlock benefits that get better as you move forward. They’ve also gotten really creative with naming each level, so you’ll see titles such as Lunar Base, Star Village, and the pinnacle level — Trino-Megapolis.

Each level comes with a mix of cashback, increased withdrawal limits, and special exclusive bonuses, but the rewards get sweeter as you move up. To give you an idea, reaching Level 1 — Galactic Haven — unlocks a 2% cashback, a €10,000 monthly withdrawal limit, and a bonus. But, once you hit the final Level 8, you get 20% cashback, a 24/7 VIP Live Chat, a bonus, and a monthly withdrawal limit higher than €20,000.

Banking & Payment Methods

Payment methods-wise, Trino Casino focused its efforts on covering a variety of processors. They accept major credit and debit cards, eWallets such as Neteller and Skrill, as well as cryptocurrencies like Litecoin, Bitcoin, and Tether, among others.

Although the crypto options may not be as broad as you may be used to if you’ve been playing at other crypto casinos, Trino still offers a decent spread of choices.

Most options require a minimum €20 deposit, although, with some cryptocurrencies, you’ll notice the minimum goes as low as €10

Withdrawal Speed

Unlike the payment options, withdrawal methods are slightly more limited.

It may be tough to pin down exactly which options you’ll see available (since they’re geo-dependent), but once we wanted to withdraw cash, we were faced with crypto options only. So, just a heads up that you may not be able to cash out using the same option you used to top up your account.

Then, you’ll need to wait up to 3 working days for Trino to process your withdrawal — a bit sluggish for our taste. Also, this goes for all payment methods they support.

Responsible Gaming

With responsible gaming, Trino Casino falls a bit flat. You’ll see that they have a dedicated Responsible gaming page loaded with resources and helpful tips, but when it comes to tools — that’s where they don’t really deliver.

They only offer a self-exclusion option, and you’ll need to send an email to customer support to activate it. Although you won’t be able to create an account while you’re excluded, these days, this option is the least they can do.

We hope to see Trino Casino put more focus on responsible gaming, especially since everything else we’ve seen while checking out this platform was on point.

Customer Support at Trino Casino

Checking out each casino’s customer support has become an integral part of our casino rating algorithm a long time ago. So, that’s what we did with Trino Casino, too.

We got in touch with their support via the chat widget. You can also reach out to them by email, but live chat is the safest bet that you’ll receive your response almost instantly.

What immediately stood out was the option to pick a language. You can speak to support in English, German, and Portuguese — and you’ve got to give them credit for that.

Then, once you get through to a support rep, you’ll likely be greeted by friendly, efficient, and pretty knowledgeable staff.

Sometimes, however, if you try to get hold of them during rush hour, you’ll be left hanging for a while. That’s what happened to us at one point, but once we restarted the chat, the reply came pretty quickly.

KYC

At Trino online casino, you can expect them to run a KYC check before your first withdrawal. That’s when you’ll be required to provide the usual — a copy of your ID, passport, or driver’s license, proof of address, and payment method verification.

As a rule of thumb, we always recommend verifying your account ASAP to keep things easy later on. Luckily, at Trino Casino you can handle that yourself in the account settings.

Website Experience and Features

When you first load the Trino Casino website, you’re immediately greeted by a cyberpunk-like aesthetic that promises a thrill ride from the start.

Getting around the page is pretty simple — you’ll easily spot the player favorites and new titles right on the homepage. They’ve also got a whole Halloween section packed with spooky titles — something we don’t get to see very often.

Browsing through the games is also quite easy, and you can narrow down your search by choosing a specific collection from a drop-down menu next to the search bar. That’s where you’ll find Drops and Wins, Egypt, Buy Feature, High Volatility, and several other categories.

However, one thing that’s definitely missing is a dedicated Trino Casino app. Even though this doesn’t spoil the fun because we didn’t encounter any hiccups while playing on our mobile browser, having an app would definitely be a solid upgrade.

Brand games

Trino Casino Game Providers

Trino Casino hosts titles from both top-tier providers and rising stars in the industry. Once we headed over to their providers section, we spotted names such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Platipus, Evoplay, Red Tiger, and around 60 more.

Trino Casino Slots

After over two decades of writing casino reviews, we didn’t end up mouth-opened by the number of providers Trino Casino hosts. Yet, the variety of games they store is still up to the mark.

Once you head over to the Slots section, you’ll find everything from games like Vikings Go Berzerk, Aztec Treasure Hunt, and Valley of the Gods to classics like Starburst, Wolf Gold, Sugar Rush, and Fire Joker.

What really hits home for all the ‘Book of’ games enthusiasts is the entire section dedicated to such slots. Just click the drop-down menu and choose your favorite collection to find them.

Live Casino

The Live casino section at Trino Casino doesn’t disappoint either. There’s a whole bunch of titles coming straight from the hands of the live casino industry leader Evolution. On top of that, you’ll see Pragmatic Live, SAGaming, AsiaGaming, and VivoGaming titles, among others.

Once you go to the Live Casino section, you’ll find different variants of roulette, from French, European, and American, to Philosopher’s Roulette. Blackjack and poker fans won’t find anything lacking either. There’s classic Texas Hold’em, Speed Blackjack, All American Poker, and Multi-hand Blackjack.

Trino Casino also boasts a great deal of popular game shows, including Snakes and Ladders, Deal or No Deal, and Dream Catcher.

Something that would be really neat to see here, however, is the option to filter games based on their type. The game shows we found were actually something we had to look for using the search bar, so not the most user-friendly option.

Table Games

Trino Casino doesn’t fall behind other casinos in terms of their table games offer. There are over 50 poker variants, from Video and Triple Edge Poker to Caribbean Stud and Oasis Poker Classic.

Their virtual floor stores many roulette variants, including Zoom, French, and American roulette. There are also a great deal of less typical games, such as Tens or Better and Lucky 7.

But even though the offer doesn’t disappoint, finding exactly what you’re looking for can be tricky if you prefer using the search bar. For example, typing “roulette” will show you all roulette variations, including live games, even though you’re in the Table games section. Here’s hoping that Trino Casino will do something about it.

Progressive Jackpots

Trino Casino’s selection of jackpots isn’t exactly mind-blowing, but you’ll still find some decent titles here. You’ll see games such as The Dog House, Big Bass Mission Fishin’, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Fire Portals, and Hot to Burn Multiplier.

As of now, big-name games such as Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune, or Age of the Gods are missing from Trino Casino’s virtual floor.

About the Trino Casino Team and History

Trino Casino hit the scene in 2024 thanks to Fortuna Games N.V., a Curacao-based company established in 2014. It’s licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under license number OGL/2024/112/0974.

At the time of writing this review, Fortuna operates eight more casinos and seems to keep things in check.

Complaints and Track Record

So far, there weren’t any issues reported with Trino Casino. Although this is nothing unusual with freshly launched platforms, we’re counting on them to keep it that way.
