"A fully licensed casino site offering plenty of free spins!"
Spin Hill Casino is a solid online casino with plenty of games and free spin bonuses. The operator is licensed by the UKGC for players from the United Kingdom and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission for users from other countries.
The casino’s welcome bonus can potentially result in 500 free spins, with many other similar bonuses awaiting long-term customers, including a well-constructed loyalty program.
When we started making this Spin Hill Casino review, we weren’t sure whether it will make the cut on our list of suggested casino sites. That’s mostly due to the casino’s website, which looks a bit outdated, with all of its blurry promotion banners and pixelated pictures.
Nevertheless, a little bit of digging around led us to believe that Spin Hill is actually a legit online casino. It’s just that it focuses on offering quality games and rewarding bonuses rather than looking flashy.
The first thing that caught our eye was the intriguing welcome bonus that consists of up to 500 free spins to use on a couple of popular slot games. Meanwhile, regular players can find all sorts of free spin bonuses through tournaments, giveaways, and other periodical promotions.
Spin Hill also has plenty to offer in terms of gaming. It features just over 1,300 games on its website, with new games often added to the library.
If you want more details about this operator’s games, promotions, payment methods, and other features, you’ll find them in our detailed Spin Hill Casino review below.
People running Spin Hill Casino are well aware that the best way of attracting new players and keeping the existing ones is by regularly awarding them bonuses and promotions. That’s why you can find over a dozen offers in Spin Hill’s promotion section, including a lucrative welcome bonus and plenty of other periodical promotions.
All new players who register an account on Spin Hill and place their first deposit will get a chance to spin the Mega Reel, which gets unlocked after you complete your first deposit. The prizes on the Mega Reel vary from free spins to Amazon vouchers, with the top prize consisting of 500 free spins on Starburst or Fluffy Favourites. Of course, you will need to get extremely lucky to get this reward, as there are plenty of other spots on the Mega Reel, like 10 or 20 spins and £10 Amazon vouchers.
The free spins winnings are limited to £8 per every ten spins. So, if you earned 500 free spins, you can hope to win as much as £400. However, note that the wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are a bit on the high side, as they are 65x for any prize won on the Mega Reel.
Spin Hill Casino currently doesn’t offer a no deposit bonus, but this is easily compensated by the sheer number of various other promotions. Namely, the operator has over a dozen periodical free spins promos available to all players.
For example, the Free Spins of the Month promotion runs every month and awards between 20 and 500 free spins based on the player’s deposit. Players can claim the offer once every 30 days, and each month the casino offers new ways to use up your spins in the form of new games.
Of course, you don’t need to wait a full month to get some free spins. Spin Hill Casino also runs the Happy Hours promotion through which they reward players with ten or more free spins every day for simply logging in between 3 PM and 7 PM.
Another regular promotion is the birthday bonus that lets you spin the wheel and win between 5 and 500 free spins on the first log-in during your birthday.
Spin Hill online casino does not have a classic loyalty scheme, but it nevertheless has an interesting way of keeping players engaged. While you’re playing, you will get a chance to collect trophies by completing certain tasks and milestones. Every five trophies you collect will move you up a level, and every new level will earn you a spin at the Mega Reel.
The higher your level is, the better the rewards on the Mega Reel will be:
Spin Hill Casino accepts several payment methods through which you can complete deposits and withdrawals easily and safely. The operator allows players to fund their accounts using Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Paysafecard, PayPal, and various pay-by-mobile services.
The minimum deposit is £10, but you’ll have to deposit £20 or more if you wish to get a bonus via the Mega Reel. Players can use the same methods for withdrawals, and the withdrawal limits are flexible. However, note that withdrawals under £30 include a £2.50 withdrawal fee and that you must contact the casino’s customer support team if you wish to request a withdrawal under £10.
Spin Hill Casino only accepts payments in GBP.
All withdrawal requests on Spin Hill Casino are put through a 72-hour pending period, which is far from ideal considering that most online casinos have you wait between only 24 and 48 hours. Once the withdrawal request is approved, you’ll typically wait between one and three working days for the money to reach your account, depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
Spin Hill Casino doesn’t have the most modern website design, but it is at least well-organized, intuitive, with fast loading times. The casino’s homepage consists of promotional banners, a list of the most popular slots, names of some of the biggest jackpot winners, and a nice welcome message.
At the top of the page are shortcuts leading to three of the most important sections — Trophies, Promotions, and All Games. The Trophies section explains Spin Hill’s loyalty scheme, and the Promotions tab has a list of all currently running casino bonuses with clearly defined terms and conditions.
The All Games section is divided into game categories. However, it would be more helpful if the website had filters for finding titles with specific structures or features or looking for titles from a particular software provider. Nevertheless, the use of the search box makes things a bit more convenient.
Spin Hill also has a functional mobile casino website that compensates for the lack of a dedicated mobile app and provides a solid mobile gaming experience. The site is a mirrored version of the desktop platform, containing all the same games and bonuses.
Several things make Spin Hill Casino stand out from its competition. To start with, the casino is an oasis for video slot fans who enjoy getting a lot of free spin bonuses, as pretty much every promotion allows you to win extra spins.
Speaking of promotions, you can also win Amazon coupons and vouchers and physical prizes, which is not very common with casino sites.
From the gaming standpoint, Spin Hill doesn’t differ that much from other quality gambling platforms, other than the fact that it has a single exclusive game called Coin Bash.
Being licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, Spin Hill Casino must comply with the KYC protocols to protect itself from outsiders while also protecting UK players. Therefore, you will be required to share some of your identification documents when signing up and completing payments. These documents will include a government-issued ID (ID card, passport, driver’s licence) and a bank statement or utility bill.
Spin Hill is a strong advocate of responsible gambling, which is proven by the fact that they are linked with some of the most prominent gambling protection services, such as GambleAware and GamStop, the ladder of which lets you sign up for a self-exclusion protocol. The casino also has its own responsible gambling platform called Jumpman Cares.
Spin Hill doesn’t have a long history as it only entered the iGaming scene in 2019. The casino is owned and operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited, a B2B casino network company that has been around since 2010.
Apart from Spin Hill, Jumpman operates several other reputable sites, including Amazon Slots, Aztec Wins, Cash Arcade, Loot Casino, Slots Kingdom, and more. The team has completed many milestones over the years, like introducing the unique trophies loyalty program in 2017, adding live dealer games to their sites in 2019.
Spin Hill Casino doesn’t have a bad track record in terms of legitimacy. It offers fair games from reputable software providers and is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. What’s more, the casino’s software is tested and approved by SQS, it owns seals of approval from multiple casino review sites, and the site is protected by SSL encryption and other security protocols.
However, players often complain about several things that the casino can truly improve upon, such as the lack of 24/7 live chat support, slow withdrawals, high wagering requirements, and payment fees.
Players on Spin Hill online casino can contact customer support by sending an email to [email protected] or by reaching out to live chat agents that work between to hours of 9.30 AM and 6 PM. Additionally, players can browse through the casino’s FAQ section that contains plenty of helpful information. Spin Hill currently doesn’t have phone support.
You’ll find around 1,300 games on Spin Hill Casino, coming from a variety of providers. The majority of the games are video slots, joined by a nice selection of table games, live dealer tables, bingo games, and more.
The games you can find on Spin Hill Casino come from some of the industry’s most prominent software providers, including Microgaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Eyecon, WMS, and others. The operator’s live casino games are all powered by Pragmatic Play.
Considering that the casino heavily focuses on spins (after all, the word “spin” is in the casino’s name), it comes as no surprise that the vast majority of games on Spin Hill are video slots.
There are over 1,200 slots on the website, including both less popular games and some of the hottest titles in the industry. Going to the Hot Slots tab, you can find games enjoyed by most of the casino’s players, such as Twin Spin, Thunderstruck II, Wolf Gold, Aloha! Cluster Pays, Immortal Romance, Great Rhino Megaways, Starburst, Fishin’ Frenzy, and Rainbow Riches.
Spin Hill Casino also features a single exclusive slot game called Coin Bash.
The selection of live casino games on Spin Hill is not that versatile. However, considering that many online casinos don’t have any live dealer options at all, we can still look at it positively.
All live dealer games on the website are run by Pragmatic Play, and they include several blackjack tables and a couple of roulette games. The games run smoothly in HD and feature friendly and professional dealers.
If you’re a fan of roulette, you’ll be happy with what Spin Hill Casino has to offer. Apart from the aforementioned live roulette tables, Spin Hill also features several RNG roulette games. These include European Roulette, American Roulette, Roulette X2, 100/1 Roulette, 20p Roulette, Auto Roulette, and Multifire Roulette, to name a few.
You can expect all these games to have vivid graphics, fast-paced gameplay, and a few customization options.
Spin Hill Casino didn’t miss out on the opportunity to offer the most popular card game in the world. Players will find over 20 blackjack games on the website, including six live dealer ones, which is plenty for a casino that mainly focuses on slots. Some of the game’s variations include European Blackjack, One Blackjack, Atlantic City Blackjack, Vegas Single Deck Blackjack, and Vegas Downtown Blackjack.
Regrettably, we couldn’t find any video poker games while doing our Spin Hill Casino review, which is a bit strange considering that the operator features pretty much all other casino classics.
Nevertheless, you can find plenty of other exciting table games, including baccarat, solitaire, and bingo. Bingo fans will be particularly pleased to find around a dozen bingo rooms, some of which run games several times a day and offer prizes of up to one million pounds. What’s more, several of the casino’s promotions exclusively relate to bingo games.
If you’re on the hunt for big wins, you should definitely check out Spin Hill’s Jackpot section, where you’ll find over 30 slot titles, including Stampede, Irish Luck, Ozwin’s Jackpots, Shaman’s Dream, and many more.
Support is available via FAQ, email and Live Chat, 24/7
Seems like this casino is not too great according to our experienced players. The majority of them find this casino to be shite. After signing up,depositing, winning and withdrawing I will give Spin Hill a 5 out of 10.
The site is smooth running and quite easy to navigate and I witnessed no issues with gameplay. They have a fair selection of games although they do not seem to keep up with new releases very often. Having a UKGC licence is a comfort.
The games that I played and checked out where all at the highest RTP which is a huge plus. 65x wagering requirements are a big ask but I was able to forfeit the bonus after getting lucky before I needed to dip into it.
Your account is locked from the moment that you attempt to deposit pending the verification period. Getting my verification details rejected without justification slowed the process up so much that I twice requested them to close my account-which where totally ignored. Instead of requesting all docs at once they ask for one doc at a time which is rediculous. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
Once verified I took the welcome bonus and managed to request a withdrawal which resulted in my account being locked “Pending review”.
* I had very carefully calculated what I needed to complete the wagering requirements and in the end I had wagered at least 600 spins over that. Yet wagering was still in operation. I could not find a wagering update anywhere on site.
72 hr pending period before processing with 2 days before hitting my account. Obvious delay tactics in the hope that you reverse and play your winnings. No flushing. No live help at any time and they refuse to engage in answering perfectly reasonable questions that they don’t wish to answer.
Any bonuses that you may acquire during gameplay seem to get removed should you request a withdrawal.
Very tiring sign up process with unnecessary hurdles.Long pending period with hurdles that encourage reversals. Staffed by folk who seem encouraged to frustrate you into reversing a pending withdrawal and ignore questions and requests that are not in the casinos interests.
A casino that does the bare minimum to comply with UKGC guidelines but with the potential to be every bit as good as trusted CM accredited casinos.

I gave it a 2 for the solid licence and game choice. Plus, AFAIK, they do pay reliably after the endless pending period ends.
All the rest is though not something a modern online casino is supposed to be, not even close.
– Long pending periods on withdrawals
– No weekend payments
– Huge WR on bonuses
– Convoluted bonus terms
– Low limits on bonus to cash conversions
– Live Chat not 24/7
– Jumpman Group has dozens of skins live right now, not really a sign that they care for players or do a lot with regards to player retention.
There is surely more but the above is sufficient for me to never even think about signing up with any of their brands.

Awful limiting terms
– Maximum bonus win of £8 per 10 free spins credited
– x65 wager of bonus
– The maximum amount (for accounts that have made a deposit) which can be converted to your REAL (withdrawable) balance as a result of fulfilling the bonus wagering requirement is £250. For example, if you have accumulated bonus funds of £400 once the wagering requirement has been fulfilled, £250 will be transferred to your real money bankroll. The remaining bonus balance will be removed permanently.
– 72 hours pending period for withdraws before they are then actioned.
All this would make me want to stay away from this site, I gave it a 2 because they do have responsible gaming tools, good payment options by the looks of it and is UKGC licenced.
