Rogue with a capital "R"

Casinomeister's Verdict
More dodgy bullshit coming from the bowels of Israel – licensed in Curacao. Avoid at all costs.
First Impression
So here we go:
- SmashingCasino (www.smashingcasino.com) is owned and operated by Game Tech Group N.V., of Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg Z/N, UTS Gebouw, Curaçao © 2015 and its wholly owned subsidiary, Supaze Limited of Kyriakou Matsi, 10, Liliana Building, 2nd floor, Office 203, Agioi Omologites, 1082, Nicosia, Cyprus. SmashingCasino operates under Master License No. 1668/JAZ, granted by the Government of Curaçao.
That’s the first warning that you, the punter, are in store for some serious rogue action. For one thing, this casino – smashing casino (a contender for the stupidest named casino of 2017) – is directly connected to Affpower – winner of the coveted Worst Casino Group of 2016. So right there – you need to not walk, but to run away.
Secondly, take a look at Smashing Casino’s mendacious terms and conditions. You can’t withdraw less than £100 (??!).
- Withdrawal requests will be limited to a minimum of £100 per withdrawal request. Any request lower than this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to the player’s balance. A player may then place a new withdrawal request in line with this limit.
So deposit £30, get lucky on the slots and meticulously increase your balance to £99 – you are screwed. Dodgy with a capital “D”.
Then there is this gem:
- Should you place deposit limits on your account, any withdrawal request will be limited to five (5) times the deposit limit, and not exceed £5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.
What?? That is predatory term that preys on the gambler who is trying to control his bankroll. But what would you expect from an Affpower casino – based in Tel Aviv, and exuding the business ethics of true scammers.
They are also in violation of the regulations set down by the UKGC. They take bets from the UK and they hold no UKGC license. Proof lies here: one of our Meister Minions was able to sign up from the UK.
This means that punters from the UK are playing at an unauthorized online casino – they better hope that they run into no problems. Which they will.
Their licensing jurisdiction has proven to be flaccid, possibly colluding in the cheating software scandal of 2016.
The bottom line is – no one should be playing at this casino, and no one should be advertising for them as well.
Recent update:
