RealTime Gaming (RTG)...

First Impression

Ruby Slots Casino – previously VIP Lounge Casino – is a Realtime Gaming-powered casino part of the Virtual Casino Group. While they have a pretty awful past reputation, Casinomeister has recently brought the site out from the Rogue Pit, and we are giving them a second chance due to a dramatic decrease in the number of player complaints we’re receiving each month.

The casino is available in instant play and download format, although the layout and visuals seem stuck in the past. The color scheme and graphics come across as pretty basic, and even the name ‘RubySlots’ evokes outdated vibes of the early 2000s era online casinos.

While there’s a decent range of games, we’re concerned about the lack of responsible gambling tools and self-exclusion options. For a site with a history of unethical behavior, not providing deposit limits, reality checks, or ways to self-exclude doesn’t look great, at best.

Regarding payments, the deposit and withdrawal options are decent enough, including credit cards, EWallets like Neteller, and Bitcoin. However, the $2,000 weekly withdrawal limit is very low, especially when combined with the site’s past reputation for delayed – or refused – withdrawals.

Nonetheless, we are giving the casino a second chance, although this review will reflect their brand as a whole. Let’s begin by looking at the current bonuses and promotions at Ruby Slots.

Pros

  • A large number of RTG slots

  • Bonuses with no wagering requirements

  • Downloadable client available

  • Jackpot games are available

Cons

  • There are no live dealer games

  • Withdrawal limit of $2,000/week

  • Abysmal past reputation

  • Many bonuses have a one or two-times max cashout limit

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

To kick off this review of Ruby Slots Casino review, we will examine the deposit bonus, cashback offers, and other promotions. At first glance, the offers may seem promising, but as with anything, the devil is in the details.

Whether it’s the welcome bonus, cashback promotions, or the Comp Points scheme, each offer comes with its own set of terms and conditions that you’ll want to be aware of. We’ve reviewed each promotion to give you an in-depth understanding of what to expect. Keep reading to find out if these offers are as good as they seem or if there are hidden caveats that might make you think twice.

Welcome Offer

When you first visit Ruby Slots Casino, you might find their welcome bonus offer of a 250% matched deposit rather enticing. On the surface, it looks pretty generous, especially with no wagering requirements and no maximum cashout limits specified. However, digging deeper into the terms and conditions reveals some limitations that make this bonus less appealing than it initially appears.

For starters, all bonuses at Ruby Slots Casino without wagering requirements or max cashouts are very restrictive regarding game selection. You’re limited to playing Slots, Keno, Bingo, and Scratch Card games if you decide to take advantage of this bonus. Any attempt to play other casino games will result in the voiding of any winnings you’ve acquired while using the bonus.

Additionally, although the promotion boasts no wagering requirements, it does have a minimum 1X playthrough requirement on the deposit plus the bonus amount before you can withdraw any funds. This means if you deposit $100 and get a $250 bonus, you’d have to wager at least $350 before you could make a withdrawal. It may not seem like a lot, but it’s not exactly a ‘no strings attached’ situation that the no-wagering claim suggests.

Another downside is that the bonus amount itself is non-cashable. So, when you decide to withdraw your winnings, the original bonus amount will be deducted. If you think you can withdraw the bonus along with your winnings, you’re in for a disappointment. This term significantly reduces the actual value of the bonus, making it far less lucrative than it might seem at first glance.

Also, note that even after you’ve met the playthrough requirement, if you play a restricted or prohibited game, all of your winnings will be voided. The bonus rules continue to apply even after you’ve met the wagering requirements, which we find incredibly predatory. It underscores the importance of reading even the slightest rules in the terms.

While there’s no max cashout from the main deposit bonus, the stringent terms and conditions are worth considering. With Ruby Slots Casino and its sister sites having a history of delayed withdrawal tactics, expect winnings from any deposit bonus at the casino to come under extra scrutiny.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

The subject of no-deposit bonuses at Ruby Slots is somewhat unclear. While their terms and conditions do mention terms for no-deposit bonuses, there’s no explicit offering listed on their site. This ambiguity leaves room for speculation. They may offer such bonuses on a promotional or seasonal basis, but there’s no concrete information to confirm this.

What’s certain, though, is that as of this review, you won’t find any no-deposit bonuses available. The mere mention of no-deposit bonus terms in their conditions, without a corresponding offer, adds another layer of confusion and should make prospective players tread carefully.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

The Comp Points scheme at Ruby Slots Casino might sound like an easy way to earn some extra cash, but once you dig into the details, it’s less appealing than it first appears. First, you can’t earn comp points using a no-deposit bonus or playing games with previously redeemed comp points.

Moreover, the conversion rate for comp points isn’t very generous. You’ll need 100 comp points to get just $1. To convert your comp points into bonus funds, you must earn at least 1,000 points.

Redeeming those hard-earned comp points also comes with conditions. Your account balance must be zero, and you can’t have any pending withdrawals. Now, add the wagering requirement of 40X on Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo, Scratch Cards, and 60X, and that’s a pretty high bar for a comp points bonus.

Plus, just when you think you’ve met all the requirements, you’re hit with withdrawal limitations. Comp Points come with a 1X maximum withdrawal limit – which implies you can only withdraw one times the amount you convert!

Cashback Promotions

When you look into Ruby Slots Casino’s cashback promotions, you’ll find a few catches that could make you reconsider their worth. First off, wagering requirements are attached to all cashback promotions. Whether it’s the regular bonus cashback or the monthly cashback, you’re looking at a 40X wagering requirement. Plus, if you’re a fan of table games or video poker, that number jumps to a 60X wagering requirement. These wagering requirements must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

There are also game restrictions; details can be found in the full Ruby Slots Casino terms and conditions. Plus, there are also withdrawal limits. The cashback bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit equal to the cashback amount. This means you can’t win big with these bonuses – again, making us question what the point of them even is. Now, if you’re interested in the Weekly Cashback, there are other limitations to consider, too. To begin with, the cashback is only credited on Sunday afternoons and only if you have yet to make any approved withdrawals in the last seven days.

Plus, you must have made net deposits of at least $50 over the previous week. Again, there’s a max cashout limit – just 2X the total bonus amount – and that’s low, especially given it’s not a deposit bonus.

Also, if you have a balance of $10 or more, the Weekly Cashback won’t be credited to your account. Essentially, you’re stuck in a position where the casino controls when you can receive this so-called benefit.

In a nutshell, while Ruby Slots Casino’s cashback promotions might seem like a good deal at first glance, they come with numerous terms that could make them less valuable than they appear. From high wagering requirements to limited game options and very low maximum withdrawal limits, if you’re contemplating taking advantage of them, read the fine print carefully.

Other Promotions

Beyond the welcome bonus, Ruby Slots offers various reload bonuses and promotions. However, absurdly high wagering requirements and low withdrawal limits decrease their value, in our opinion. Below, we will look at a few of these additional bonuses.

Firstly, there’s the RUBYRAIN bonus code that gives you a 100% match on slots and table games. But it comes with a 30X wagering requirement when you play slots and a 60X wagering requirement when you play casino table games. Even worse, your maximum withdrawal is just 10X the total deposit + bonus amount.

So if you claim a $100 bonus, you’d need to wager $3,000 on slots or $6,000 on blackjack. Then you could only withdraw $1,000 – meaning $100 of your own cash is tied up pursuing a pretty pointless bonus, in our opinion.

The GEMSTONE code works similarly – 160% extra on table games but with the same 10X withdrawal cap. RUBYGLASS is one of the better bonus code offers, giving you a 200% matched deposit bonus without any wagering requirements or cashout limits. However, it’s only available for slots, negating its usefulness for many players.

Ruby Slots Casino imposes a $30 minimum deposit to claim ANY bonus code or promotion, although this is pretty standard at Realtime Gaming casinos. If you do go ahead and claim any of the deposit bonuses at Ruby Slot Casino, ensure you read the terms and conditions very carefully.

BANKING AND PAYMENT METHODS

Regarding payment methods at Ruby Slots Casino, you’ll find a relatively large selection. They accept both Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and both of these payment methods are instant.

Neteller is also available, suitable for many players as it’s a popular, well-known EWallet for online gambling. Like credit and debit cards, it also funds your casino account right away.

The casino’s most significant selling point these days, however, is its acceptance of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. While the site only mentions these two, some of their sister casinos accept more, like Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin, so these may also be available at Ruby Slots Casino.

Note: New players using Credit and Debit Cards for the first time must fill out a credit card agreement form. This is mentioned in their terms and conditions and on their “Banking” page.

Ruby Slots Casino Withdrawal Methods

Ruby Slots Casino has – frankly – a horrid reputation when it comes to withdrawals. This is a common denominator across all Virtual Casino Group properties, and it’s one of the reasons they were rogued here at Casinomeister in the past. Regarding withdrawal methods, they offer withdrawals via Check, Bank Wire, Neteller, and Bitcoin. It’s unclear if other cryptocurrencies are available; their Banking page only notes that Bitcoin is available.

If you want to withdraw to your bank, the minimum withdrawal limit is $200. There are also likely to be fees involved, and it can take up to ten working days for your funds to reach your bank. Withdrawals worth more than $300 can be withdrawn via a Check. However, Ruby Slots Casino will deduct a fee from your withdrawal (they don’t specify the amount), and it will take up to eight working days for your Check to arrive.

Neteller withdrawals are processed within 48 hours (according to the casino’s terms and conditions), with no fees. The minimum withdrawal is $100, though, which is higher than we’d typically expect to see. Finally, if you withdraw using Bitcoin or other cryptos, the casino – on their website – states a 24-hour processing time. However, a staff member told us recently:

“Most Bitcoin-depositing players have the option of withdrawing using Coindraw.  This function is fully automated, meaning our Withdrawals and Finance Departments are not involved.  We’ve also employed Hooyu, a document validation service.  With Hooyu, players simply upload their documents, and we are notified if the docs are acceptable or if further scrutiny is necessary.  Between Coindraw and Hooyu, our Withdrawals and Finance teams are less overwhelmed, and as a result, payments have been consistent and far swifter.”

Subsequently, it’s unclear what the reality is.

Withdrawal Limits and Verification

One significant issue with playing at Ruby Slots Casino is the low weekly withdrawal limit. Players are limited to withdrawing just $2,000 per week. While VIPs can request a higher limit, there are no guarantees, and if you win big, brace yourself for your winnings to be paid over several weeks (or months!)

Your first withdrawal will also require your account to be verified. As noted a moment ago, Ruby Slots Casino claims to use Hooyu to automatically verify player accounts. However, it’s unclear how reliable this is and whether it’s working in practice as it should on paper.

Responsible Gaming

Like (almost) all Virtual Group sites, Ruby Slots Casino scores zero points in the responsible gambling area. When writing this Ruby Slots Casino review, there were no responsible gambling tools, nor was there a dedicated responsible gambling page. This means no deposit limits, no reality checks, no cool-off periods, and no self-exclusion options. Exactly why a casino doesn’t offer self-exclusion in 2023 is beyond us; it’s hard to see this as anything other than a predatory tactic.

Unfortunately, the lack of self-exclusion is a feature you’ll find at all Virtual Casino Grouper properties. Being based in Costa Rica with no regulatory body to report to means they aren’t accountable for things like responsible gambling, but that’s no excuse.

Subsequently, suppose you feel you have – or could have – issues controlling your gambling. In that case, we’d advise you to steer clear of Ruby Slots Casino and all Virtual Casino Group properties altogether until such a time when they implement proper responsible gambling tools and facilities.

Customer Support

Ruby Slots Casino offers just one way to contact its customer support team: email. They state: “We will reply to your email inquiries within 48 hours. Please direct your specific questions to the following email addresses: help@rubyslots.com.” It’s disappointing not to see live chat available, although we have heard from a member of their team that a revamped customer support facility is in the works – which includes a specially-trained live chat support team.

In addition to their customer support email address, Ruby Slots also has an FAQ section. While there are some useful answers, much of the information is outdated, so we wouldn’t recommend relying on it too much.

KYC

Regarding withdrawals, Ruby Slots Casino has a fairly standard verification process. Their terms and conditions state: “Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID and a clear selfie of themselves. Additionally, the player may be asked to verify their BTC crypto wallet address by making a small BTC deposit before any payout can be sent to said crypto wallet address. These measures are taken to ensure the security and integrity of our players’ accounts.”

In the past, Ruby Slots Casino (and VIP Lounge Casino) were known for stalling withdrawals under the guise of completing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. Voided winnings from Virtual Group properties were common, and often, these issues started with slow verification checks. However, if you remember earlier, we posted a quote from the rep saying the site is now using automated verification software from Hooyu. Hopefully, this will minimize the risk of this happening in the future.

We should point out, however, that while automated Know Your Customer (KYC) software is being used, manual verification may still be required. To minimize long and delayed payments, again, we recommend verifying your account fully as soon as you sign up.

Website Experience and Features

Desktop and Mobile Gaming

Ruby Slots Casino has two versions of its casino. You can opt for instant play through your web browser or the Premium Play desktop software. But, in our opinion, today, there is no real need to download desktop-based software. The available instant-play version further negates this need for a download-based online casino.

ruby slots mobile casino screenshot taken on 11/15/2023

Regarding design, Ruby Slots Casino could use a refresh, although it’s far from the worst-looking RTG site we’ve seen. Still, the layout is basic with the main navigation menu at the top. The color scheme isn’t the most modern, and navigation could be more intuitive. You might also encounter some glitches, like pages failing to load correctly and much of the website’s content appearing to be out of date.

ruby slots mobile casino screenshot taken on 11/15/2023

On the mobile front, Ruby Slots Casino has a mobile-optimized casino, and while it’s nothing remarkable, it does its job. Loading speeds seem fine, and the navigation menus work well enough.

How to Join Ruby Slots Casino

Joining Ruby Slots Casino is a straightforward process. Head to their website and hit the “Sign Up” button. You will then be prompted to input personal information like your full name, date of birth, and email address. Ensure your information matches your ID to avoid any verification issues.

Once you have verified your email address or phone number, you can make your first deposit. However, at Casinomeister, we always recommend verifying your account fully before playing games – especially at casinos with a tarnished reputation like Ruby Slots Casino.

While writing this Ruby Slots Casino review, it’s impossible for us to detach from the past of the online casino. Even players who like the site expect slow, delayed payments, and to minimize the payout process being stalled, we strongly recommend verifying your account pre-deposit.

Brand games

Providers

At Ruby Slots Casino, you’ll find the gaming library powered by Realtime Gaming (RTG). While RTG is known for its broad array of games, especially slots, it’s important to note that you won’t see titles from other leading software providers here. If you’re a fan of NetEnt, Push Gaming, or any other major developers, you’re out of luck.

Additionally, if you’re looking for a live dealer experience, you’ll need to keep searching; Ruby Slots Casino currently doesn’t offer live casino games. Read on to get a comprehensive understanding of what Ruby Slots Casino’s game library has, or more accurately, doesn’t have, to offer.

Slots

To be fair to Ruby Slots Casino, their video slots offering isn’t too bad. They offer a decent selection of RTG slots, including new and classic releases. Below, we’ll take a look at a few of the “top” games we found when writing this review.

Gem Fruits

gem fruits by realtime gaming

Gem Fruits is an online slot by RTG that combines the classic fruit machine experience with a modern twist. The game has five reels and 25 fixed paylines, and it offers a top prize of 50,000 coins. You can place bets ranging from $0.25 to $6.25. The game features stacked wild diamonds on reel five, increasing your chances of winning.

You can also trigger free spins by landing three, four, or five gem fruit scatters, which give you 10, 15, or 25 free spins, respectively. During the free spins, stacked wilds appear on all reels, improving the odds of you landing a big win. The game also offers five different jackpots: mini, minor, major, maxi, and grand, which you can win by landing a specific five-of-a-kind combo.

Great Temple

great temple by realtime gaming

Great Temple is a Mayan-themed slot by RTG that offers a 5X3 layout with 25 paylines. The game features high priest wilds and temple scatters. Landing three of these scatters triggers ten free spins with all wins multiplied by 2X payouts. The high priest symbol is the highest paying, offering a top prize of 5,000 coins.

There are also two progressive jackpots, which are awarded randomly. While the jackpot amounts don’t come close to those found from software providers like Microgaming, many players consider Realtime Gaming’s jackpots easier to win.

Cash Bandits 3

cash bandits 3 by realtime gaming

Cash Bandits 3 is a popular slot game from RTG that’s the third installment in the Cash Bandits series. The game features a cops-and-robbers theme, with five reels and 25 paylines. You can bet as little as 25 cents and as much as $25 per spin. The game’s main attraction is the Vault Feature, where you can win up to 390 free spins with a 23X multiplier. To trigger this feature, you need to land three or more scatter symbols.

The game also includes wild symbols, represented by the Robber, which can substitute for other symbols to create winning combinations. The game has a high volatility, which means you might experience dry spells, but when you win, it’s usually a decent hit.

Lucha Libre 2

lucha libre 2

Lucha Libre 2 is another entertaining slot from RTG that revolves around Mexican wrestling. The game has five reels and 30 paylines, and you can place bets ranging from $0.30 to $30. The game features two wild symbols, represented by the wrestlers, which can appear on reels 2 and 4. When they do, they either double your prize or jump onto at least one more reel.

The game also has a Time to Rumble feature, where you choose a move for your wrestler to defeat his opponent. If successful, you’ll earn free spins and multipliers. The game also has a Fist of Fury feature, where you can get re-spins with sticky wilds. The game has medium volatility, offering a balanced mix of smaller and larger wins.

Bubble Bubble 2

bubble bubble 2 by realtime gaming

Bubble Bubble 2 is a sequel to the popular Bubble Bubble slot, featuring a witchy theme. The game has five reels and 50 paylines, and you can bet from $0.50 to $50 per spin. The game features two wild witches, Winni and Wanda, who can expand to cover the entire reel and triple your wins when they’re part of a winning combination.

The game offers three different bonus features: Wilder Witches, Greater Ghosts, and Ultra Bewitched. Each feature offers a different number of free spins and special perks like extra wilds or win multipliers. The game has medium volatility, so you can expect a decent frequency of wins. While it doesn’t feature a progressive jackpot, the maximum win is 9,000 times your bet, making it one of the better RTG slots in terms of win potential.

Asgard

asgard by realtime gaming

Asgard is an RTG slot based on Norse mythology featuring gods like Odin, Thor, Loki, and Freya. The game has five reels and 243 ways to win, with bets ranging from $0.30 to $30. The game features four bonus rounds, each associated with one of the gods, offering free spins, multipliers, and special wilds.

The game also has a Thunderbolt feature, which can be triggered randomly on any normal spin, turning up to 5 reels completely wild. The game has medium to high volatility, so while you may have to wait for wins, they can be pretty decent when they come.

Live Online Casinos

One significant downside of the game library at Ruby Slots Casino is the lack of any live dealer options. The casino has no live table games whatsoever, only RNG virtual titles. For players who enjoy the interactive experience of real human dealers, this is likely to be a turnoff.

Nowadays, most online casinos offer at least a modest selection of live games. Casino table games like Pai Gow Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat are readily available at most online casinos, although, at Ruby Slots Casino, you won’t find any.

For many players, the absence of any live tables eliminates Ruby Slots from consideration entirely. The RNG-only setup feels outdated compared to casinos offering lively action with real people.

Hopefully, Ruby Slots will eventually add live table games. Even a small studio offering basic blackjack and roulette with real dealers would be an improvement. Realtime Gaming does not produce live dealer games. Still, it wouldn’t be hard for Ruby Slots Casino to partner with a third-party game developer like Evolution (previously Evolution Gaming) – something that would exponentially improve the overall player experience, in our opinion.

Table Games and Video Poker

If you take a look at Ruby Slots Casino’s table games, you’ll quickly realize that the selection leaves much to be desired. With just one version each of Baccarat, Tri Card Poker, and Classic Blackjack, the options are few and far between. You’ll also find European Roulette, but oddly enough, it’s tucked away under the “specialty games” tab rather than featured with the main table games.

There are no exciting side bet Blackjack variations to try your hand at, and if you’re someone who likes mixing it up with different versions of Blackjack or trying out new styles of poker, you’re out of luck here. Strangely, Ruby Slots Casino mentions – in their terms and conditions – many casino table games like Pai Gow Poker and Scratch Cards, none of which appear to be available at the time of writing.

Thankfully, Ruby Slots Casino does a better job regarding video poker. There are 15 video poker games available, including single and multi-hand variants like Deuces Wild and Jacks or Better. However, it’s clear that video poker, like table games, isn’t the main focus of the site. Ruby Slots Casino primarily caters to slot players, although that’s to be expected, given the site’s name.

In terms of specialty games, you might not want to get your hopes up. Other than the aforementioned European Roulette, you’ll find just Keno and Banana Jones. Once again, not a lot to get excited about, especially considering the RTP of Keno can be as low as 55%!

Progressive Jackpots

You will find a decent selection of progressive jackpot games at Ruby Slots Casino powered by Real Time Gaming. However, given the casino’s rocky history and reputation for slow payouts, you might want to think twice about playing jackpot games here.

Here’s a closer look at what you can expect from the progressive jackpots at Ruby Slots Casino:

Rudolph’s Revenge

rudolphs revenge by realtime gaming

Rudolph’s Revenge is a five-reel, 50-payline video slot from Real Time Gaming with a Christmas twist. Rudolph is tired of being overworked and takes his revenge by tying up Santa and the elves. The game features detailed graphics and symbols like Rudolph, Santa, and a time bomb scatter. When you land at least two higher-value symbols or three lower-value symbols, you trigger a win. The game also offers unique features like double-speed reels and an auto-spin option.

The game has a bonus feature triggered by landing three or more wrapped gift “bomb” symbols. You get seven free spins, and your wins during these spins are multiplied by 2X, plus the number of Rudolph symbols that appear. Santa symbols can act as additional Rudolph scatters, and you can earn more free spins by landing three more bomb scatters during the free games round.

Rudolph’s Revenge also offers a progressive jackpot that grows as more people play. You can win this jackpot in the base game by landing five Rudolph symbols on an active payline.

God of Wealth

god of wealth by realtime gaming

God of Wealth is another progressive jackpot slot from RTG available at Ruby Slots Casino. It’s based on the Chinese deity of prosperity and is designed to attract those looking for big wins. The game features five reels and 25 paylines, with symbols like the God of Wealth himself, dragons, and gold ingots. The God of Wealth symbol acts as the wild and can replace other symbols to create winning combinations.

The game offers a free spins feature that’s triggered when you land three or more scatter symbols. During the free spins, the God of Wealth can turn other symbols into wilds, increasing your chances of winning. The progressive jackpot can be won at the end of any game and is triggered randomly, adding an element of surprise and excitement.

Mighty Drums

mighty drums by realtime gaming

Mighty Drums is a five-reel, 30-payline progressive jackpot slot from RTG. The game takes you on a jungle adventure with symbols like drums, tribal masks, and wild animals. The drum symbol acts as the scatter, and landing three or more triggers the free spins feature. During free spins, wild symbols can appear stacked, increasing your chances of big wins.

The game offers a unique “Mighty Drums” feature where you can win multipliers or even the progressive jackpot. This feature is triggered randomly, something that is common in many progressive Realtime Gaming slots.

5 Wishes
5 wishes by realtime gaming

5 Wishes is a five-reel, 25-payline progressive jackpot slot from RTG, inspired by the Aladdin and the Genie tale. The game features symbols like Aladdin, the Genie, and a magic lamp. The Genie symbol is wild and can replace other symbols to create winning combinations. Landing three or more magic lamp scatter symbols triggers the free spins feature.

During free spins, the Genie can turn Aladdin, the girl, or the monkey symbols into wilds, increasing your chances of winning. The game offers two progressive jackpots: a minor and a major one. These jackpots can be won at the end of any game and are, again, triggered randomly.

About the Team and History

Ruby Slots is – essentially – a rebranded version of VIP Lounge Casino, a change that happened in late 2012. RealTime Gaming powers the casino and falls under the ownership of the Virtual Casino Group, a Costa Rica-based company. Here at Casinomeister, we have a long (and tainted) past with the group, although, in the last couple of years, they appear to be working on turning things around.

In the past, they were known for slow, delayed payments, often voiding winnings for supposed “player breaches” or “bonus abusers” – while, in reality, the site was simply operating unethically and borderline scamming players.

There are numerous sites in the Virtual Casino Group, including Club Player Casino, Palace of Chance, Wild Vegas, Dreams Casino, and Cool Cat.

Regarding countries served, Ruby Slots and other Virtual Group brands generally focus on the North American market. There are many country restrictions. While this is mentioned on the site’s terms and conditions page, the link to view said restricted countries doesn’t work.

Ruby Slots Casino also claims to be licensed and regulated. In reality, they’re based in Costa Rica. While online gambling is legal there, the country doesn’t require casinos to hold a license or undergo regulatory oversight. Therefore, despite their claims, there’s no real regulatory body watching over them, which should be a cause for concern for any potential player.
