Ring Master Casino is a small, mysterious casino that we would advise against playing at. They appear to be very secretive with ownership information, and it’s not even apparent if they hold a valid online gambling license.
No licensing information
First Impression
When we first wrote this casino review, we were pretty confused. RingMaster Casino states that it is a free casino. This implies that players can only play the games available for free money.
However, when we looked at the promotions page, we found a no deposit bonus awarding players a $300 free chip. We aren’t overly sure what the deal is with this casino, although we do not recommend playing here as there is too little information about the site.
We could not locate any information about an online gaming license, and there is no information about who owns the website or operates it. One of the only things we know is that Realtime Gaming powers the games provided at RingMaster Casino.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
RingMaster Casino is quite bizarre. For example, when you click on the promotions page, it claims that you have been awarded a $300 free chip to use on any game you want. The casino states that no deposit is required, and there are no terms and conditions. It is not apparent whether this is real money or simply a free demo credit for the games.
Further down the page, Ring Master Casino also states that you are eligible to claim a four-part deposit bonus promotion. This includes things like a 200% matched deposit bonus and a 150% matched deposit bonus – but, again, there are no terms and conditions. What’s more, we can’t see any information on how to claim these bonuses and promotions.
We do not know what is going on with RingMaster Casino, and we would strongly recommend against playing. There are many good Realtime Gaming-powered casinos to choose from, and you will find some of these on the Accredited casino’s page here at Casinomeister.
Banking & Payment Methods
We could not find any information about banking and payment methods at RingMaster Casino. We have no idea whether they even accept real-money deposits at the time of writing, and we certainly have no information as to whether they process cashouts promptly.
To reiterate, we strongly recommend against playing at RingMaster Casino. We do not know what is going on, and they are giving very confusing mixed messages regarding whether or not they are a free casino or a real-money casino.
Responsible gaming
To our disappointment, RingMaster Casino doesn’t have a dedicated, responsible gambling page. This is not acceptable in today’s iGaming industry. We don’t know why RingMaster Casino hasn’t set up a responsible gambling page. It’s likely they don’t care enough about responsible gambling to get it set up.
What’s more, we also couldn’t find any information about where the online casino is licensed. These are all pretty big red flags, and we’d strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution if you’re thinking about playing here.
Customer support
RingMaster Casino states on their “Contact Us” page that customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. While this may well be the case, we’re not sure this is implemented.
For example, when we looked at the “Contact Us” page, we didn’t see any option to open up a live chat conversation. We’d typically expect to see this from an online casino that offers customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Instead, RingMaster Casino tells players to reach out to a customer support email. They state that they will respond to your request within 48 hours. It’s a poor customer support facility, and there’s not even an FAQ section for players to read through.
KYC
One of the biggest giveaways that RingMaster Casino isn’t a reputable casino is their terms and conditions page. It’s only around 200 words long – and this is crazy for an online casino in today’s day and age.
The terms and conditions page is also where we expect to find information about the know your customer (KYC) checks carried out. As you can imagine, RingMaster Casino does not list any information about account verification.
If you choose to play there yourself, they may arbitrarily ask you to complete a verification check. There are no standards or protocols for how these checks will be conducted. Yet again, this is a BIG reason to avoid RingMaster Casino.
Website Experience and Features
As we’ve seen with virtually all Realtime Gaming casinos, Ring Master Casino is incredibly outdated. It looks like something you would have seen 12 years ago in the online gambling world.
The website uses a relatively bland red color scheme, which is present throughout all pages. Black color is used in the background, and almost all text is either yellow or white.
In fairness, navigating around the casino is relatively simple. This is thanks to the main navigation menu, which is found on the left-hand side of the screen. This allows you to view the different game categories available, and it also has a “promotions” button at the bottom which takes you to the main bonuses page.
To our surprise, Ring Master Casino is mobile-optimized. They do not offer a dedicated mobile casino app. However, you can head directly to RingMaster Casino from your mobile device’s Internet browser. You will then be automatically redirected to a mobile-friendly version of the casino.
Like the main desktop version of the site, the mobile casino isn’t anything overly special. The same color scheme is used, and everything feels clunky. However, we did not have any significant issues with loading speeds. We also found it reasonably straightforward to create an account and log in. We would like to see RingMaster Casino develop a dedicated mobile casino app in the future.

RingMaster Casino uses software from Realtime Gaming. Even though it is also a free casino, the site offers players a fairly decent selection of games.
Unfortunately, you won’t find any games from other game developers. In the following sections of this review, we will look at some of the different game categories you will find.
Slots
Online slots are the most prolific type of casino game you will find offered at an online casino. RingMaster Casino offers most of Realtime Gaming’s slot machines. To access them, head to the game navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen and press “online slots.”
At the time of writing, we found more than 200 different slot games to choose from. Unfortunately, none of the games we saw particularly stood out to us. As mentioned earlier, Ring Master Casino is powered entirely by Realtime Gaming. This means you will not find yourself able to play games from mainstream software providers like NetEnt, Microgaming, or Big Time Gaming.
At the time of writing, some of the different online slots available included: Run Rabbit Run, Copy Cat Fortunes, Thai Emerald, Bubble Bubble Three, Egyptian Gold, Big Center, Hyper Wins, Princess Warrior, Lucky Catch, Miami Jackpots, Asgard Deluxe, Spring Wilds, Cash Bandits Three, Stormont Lords, Trigger-Happy, and Mermaids Pear.
Live Dealer Games
One of the big problems at Realtime Gaming-powered casinos is that live casino games are rarely available. This is due to several factors. First of all, Realtime Gaming does not develop any of its own live dealer games. While this is something they may be looking to do in the future, they have not stated any plans to develop live casino games.
This means that online casinos that run on Realtime Gaming’s platform are not usually able to offer players any live games to choose from. Some casinos have partnered with external game providers like Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play. However, from what we can see, this does not appear to be the case with most of the casinos running on the Realtime Gaming platform.
Websites like RingMaster Casino are losing out quite a bit by not offering players the chance to play live casino games. Today, they are more popular than ever before. Many players will not join a casino if they do not see live casino games. This is something to keep in mind if you consider joining RingMaster Casino.
Table Games and Video Poker
When it comes to table games, Ring Master Casino offers one of the most disappointing selections we have seen in quite some time. There are just four titles: Blackjack, Tri Card Poker, Blackjack Perfect Pairs, and Suit’ Em Up’ Blackjack.
We were amazed that there is only one variation of Roulette available, European Roulette. In addition, there are also three specialty games. This includes Keno, banana Jones, and fish catch. These are instant win games that are designed for casual, recreational play.
You are unlikely to find any serious gamblers playing these games. We should also point out that the house edge of these specialty games – especially Keno – can be incredibly high.
RingMaster Casino does a slightly better job when it comes to video poker. At the time of writing, they offer 14 different video poker machines for players to try, and these can all be found from the dedicated video poker tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Like most Realtime Gaming casinos, Ring Master Casino offers all of the game developer’s video poker machines – and some of these allow you to play multiple hands at once.
Some of the video poker machines we found while writing this Ring Master Casino review include Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, Double Jackpot, Aces and Eights, Deuces Wild, All-American Poker, and Sevens Wild.
Progressive jackpots
For some reason, Ring Master Casino does not have a dedicated progressive jackpot games page. However, if you look through the online slots available, you will find that some of these games have a blue banner overlaid on the game image. This banner displays information about the current jackpot – this means the casino does offer a selection of progressive jackpot games to players.
Unfortunately, because you won’t find progressive jackpot games from industry leaders like Microgaming or Red Tiger Gaming, the value of the jackpots tends to be pretty low. For example, we found slot games with jackpots worth as little as $104 – and that’s probably not going to cut it for most gamblers.
However, there are a few games that have jackpots worth significantly more. For example, Epic Holiday, one of Realtime Gaming’s newest online slots, features a current jackpot worth just over $5,000.
5 Wishes is another jackpot game you will find at RingMaster Casino. At the time of writing, the progressive jackpot is worth $1062. None of these jackpots offer a life-changing amount of money, but they can be an excellent addition for those who seek the thrills of jackpot games.
About the Team and History
RingMaster Casino has a very complex background. This suspicious background is one of the key reasons we don’t recommend playing here. For example, this little-known RTG Casino appears to have links to Costa Rica, the South Sandwich Islands, the Democratic Republic Island, and Mcdonald Islands.
However, it also shows online as having an address in the UK, which is shared with a Mexican restaurant in Southampton. It appears as though RingMaster Casino may also have links to Raging Bull Casino, True Blue Casino, and Vegas Casino.
Like many online casinos set up quickly – and often by rogue operators – RingMaster Casino appears to be trying to evade authorities. There are many better options for you to choose from in today’s online gambling world.
Another confusing thing is that it’s not immediately apparent that the online casino offers real-money online gambling facilities. For example, they state that all of their games are free-to-play. They don’t mention any payment methods, and there’s only one mention of a deposit bonus on their “Promos” page.
Complaints and Track Record
During the writing of this review, we could only find one thread in the forums about the online casino. Nothing much is said, but you can read it here.
We could not find much information about the online casino on the internet. Whether it’s other casino reviews, mobile play reviewers, or deposit bonus-focused websites, it appears that RingMaster Casino is operating in the shadows.
