Mega Riches is a new addition to the Videoslots portfolio, and it’s looking promising from the get-go. It has a good selection of games, a very fair welcome bonus, an excellent set of responsible gaming tools, and has a highly responsive customer support team.
The only notable downsides are a somewhat limited selection of payment methods compared to some other casinos, as well as an as-of-yet unimpressive selection of ongoing bonuses and promotions. Still, all the bonuses you’ll find here are quite player-friendly, so it’s difficult to treat any of these things as major flaws.

Great responsible gaming tools

Mega Riches (MR) arrived only a few months ago, so it’s no surprise that there hasn’t been any complaints activity regarding MR here at Casinomeister thus far. Given that MR is owned and run by the Videoslots group, we would expect it to be a cleanly run and completely trustworthy site. To date, licensing is UKGC only, which is perfectly respectable.
The only caution I’d want to give to players considering MR is to ensure they’ve read and understand the Terms. This sounds like generic casino advice but Videoslots properties have proven to be tightly run operations that stick VERY close to the letter of the law insofar as the Terms go: ignorance is no excuse and deviation will not be tolerated. Other than that players can proceed with confidence knowing that an exceptionally experienced and professional team is at work behind the scenes.
First Impression
Mega Riches leaves a strong first impression, with its gaudy website design that feels straight out of the 2010s, because… well, it is. I found it quite nostalgic, both due to the aesthetic in general and since it’s almost a carbon copy of the Videoslots layout that has remained largely unchanged for over a decade now. Someone else might find it a bit too cluttered, but I may be biased since I’m used to it.
That said, if you weren’t familiar with Videoslots, you’d be surprised to learn that the casino was only recently founded in 2024. The operator is about as reliable as it gets — lots of industry experience, a steadfast reputation going back to 2011, and they’re quite active in our forums. That said, even though Mega Riches is brand new, I had no doubts this is a perfectly legit casino.
At the moment, the casino offers a lot of variety with over 5500 games from a number of reputable providers, including slots, jackpots, table games, a live casino, and more. All in all, a very positive first impression all around.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
The casino doesn’t offer much in terms of promotions — there’s one seemingly underwhelming but rather player-friendly welcome bonus, along with what is effectively weekly cashback.
Mega Riches Welcome Bonus
The casino welcomes new players with a 100% match on their first deposit of at least 10 GBP, up to 300 GBP (or equivalent in their chosen currency). This may seem a bit underwhelming at first glance compared to some high roller bonuses you might see floating around, but what makes this bonus appealing is the wagering requirement.
Namely, players have to meet a 35x wagering requirement within 30 days of the bonus activation, with a maximum amount per bet of 2 GBP. So, while the match offer may be smaller than what you can find at other casinos, you have a better chance of actually cashing in the bonus.
The bonus also comes with 50 free spins you can use within 24 hours of activation on Ancient Fortunes Poseidon Megaways. The value of each spin is set at the minimum 0.10 GBP but they all count towards the jackpot and there are no wagering requirements on the winnings.
All in all, a solid, player-friendly bonus. However, keep in mind that the wagering requirement contribution is calculated based on RTP — lower RTP slots have increased contribution, higher RTP slots have reduced contribution. Terms are always subject to change, so be sure to read them carefully before activating any of the bonuses.
No-Deposit & Bonus Spins Offers
Mega Riches currently doesn’t have any bonus spins bonuses, but there’s one weekly bonus available to all players who have made at least one deposit at the casino, and that’s WinBooster.
Technically, WinBooster is a daily cashback bonus — the casino calculates an amount based on your total bets and the RTP of the games you played, and pays out real money on Fridays, up to 300 GBP per day. Best of all, WinBooster winnings aren’t subject to any wagering requirements, so it’s quite appealing and rewarding for returning players.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Mega Riches doesn’t have a traditional loyalty program, but they reward returning players through various achievements. The way it works is simple — you play at the casino, you meet the requirements for the achievements listed on your profile, and you accumulate XP points to level up. With every 5th level, you get to spin the Wheel of Riches and have a go at winning one of three exclusive jackpots.
Now, similarly to wagering requirements, RTP is a factor when earning XP points. Every XP point is worth 1 GBP placed on wagers in slot games with an RTP of 96%. However, each 0.01% above or below this RTP decreases or increases the XP contribution by 0.25%, respectively.
All in all, the loyalty program at Mega Riches isn’t terrible, but it’s not something to write home about either. It would be more appealing if it had some other rewards in the mix, but as things stand, I wouldn’t see it as a big incentive to keep coming back to Mega Riches.
Banking & Payment Methods
Mega Riches has a solid, if limited selection of payment methods compared to some other online casinos. Players can make deposits and withdrawals using direct bank transfer, Rapid Transfer, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, EcoPayz, and MuchBetter.
There are no withdrawal fees on one withdrawal per day, which is a big plus. However, subsequent withdrawals on a given day does incur a 2.5 GBP fee. The minimums and maximums are set at 20 GBP and 10,000 GBP respectively, and they apply to all payment methods. Keep in mind, these are per transaction limits and there are no set maximums, but withdrawals over 30,000 GBP must be paid out by direct bank transfer.
Mega Riches Withdrawal Speed
With its current selection of withdrawal methods, Mega Riches isn’t the best option in terms of variety, but all of the methods listed are quite fast. Withdrawals may take up to 48 hours to process, which is fairly quick. Most casinos leave a buffer period for themselves, and withdrawals are likely to be faster in practice. However, if you want guaranteed fast withdrawals, then you should definitely consider playing at a fast withdrawal casino instead.
Responsible Gaming
Ah, if only all casinos could have the same approach to responsible gambling as Mega Riches. The UKGC already has specific requirements on this front, but this casino goes even beyond that.
To start at square one, the “Play Responsibly” page is featured prominently at the top of the site with support options, and it starts off by listing several support groups you can turn to if you think you might have a gambling problem, and they inform you of the possibility of self-exclusion.
Actual features can be found in your account page under the Responsible Gaming tab where you can set wager, loss, and deposit limits on daily, weekly, and monthly bases. There’s also a betting limit that you can pair up with a cool-off period of either a day, a week, or a month — great if you’re prone to doubling down and chasing your losses against better judgment.
If you want to maintain a grip on your session time, you can set up reality checks — in fact, the site automatically prompts you to do so the first time you start up a game, and there’s a running timer in the upper left that starts automatically upon sign-in. Additionally, you can also set up an automatic time-out once a set time limit is reached.
Finally, if you feel like you need a break, you can lock your account for up to 6 weeks. And if you want to self-exclude for a longer period of time (6 months to 5 years), you can do so through your account page or by contacting support. Customer Support at Mega Riches
All customer support channels are easy to access, as they’re all featured at the top of the home page. These include live chat, email, and phone.
As usual, the live chat is the best way to get in touch with agents. It’s available 24/7, and after going through some common issues with a chatbot, you can get in touch with an agent. They always replied within minutes and were quite thorough with any questions I had. Email responses took a few hours, so they’re not as fast as live chat but still fast compared to some other casinos I’ve reviewed over the years.
Phone support was a bit unusual since there is no number you can call. Rather, you send an inquiry much as you would an email, and the casino calls you back at your provided phone number. I normally see phones as the “urgent” contact channel, so having to submit a written form and wait on a call seems a bit counterintuitive, but I guess it can still be preferable in some cases that are too complicated for a written back-and-forth via live chat.
There wasn’t much in terms of self-help resources, but the chatbot takes care of that for the most part, and they’re not a high priority for casinos with responsive live chats.
KYC
The UKGC is quite strict with its KYC requirements, and that’s readily apparent as soon as you register an account. You’re required to provide your personal details when signing up, and you must undergo the verification procedure before you can even begin playing at the site.
The casino requires users to provide the usual:

As mentioned above, the website’s design is straight out of the 2010s, which may be a good or a bad thing, depending on your tastes. The aesthetic is downright gaudy, with a background image featuring supercars, piles of coins, and a gold-plated casino front. The color scheme of the site itself is predominantly black and gold, so it all comes together quite well.
The site is organized well, and is divided into online casino, live casino, and jackpots sections. There are additional subcategories in the sidebar for specific types of games, so finding what you need is easy. The bottom bar gives you quick access to games (including recently played and favorites) while support options are featured prominently at the top of the screen.
All in all, the site can feel a bit cluttered at times due to the dated design and I felt the game thumbnails were just a tad too small to comfortably skim, but my experience using the site was predominantly positive.
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
The mobile version of the site reminded me of the time I played around with the first iPhone at the Apple Store, but it worked quite well. The most obvious difference I noticed is that it shows the bonuses and promotions much more prominently in the sidebar, but all the features were on point and adapted well to mobile devices.
But the most striking difference? The filtering options seem to be much more comprehensive on the mobile version of the site for some reason. You can even filter slots by volatility, bet sizes, and bet lines, and I couldn’t find those options on the desktop site for the life of me.

Mega Riches Casino Game Providers
The casino allows you to browse games by provider, so it’s easy to take a look at what’s available. Scrolling through the selection, you can find many reputable brands such as Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Pragmatic, Quickspin, and many other lesser known companies.
I did notice some notable names were missing, most prominently Spribe, which is sure to disappoint Aviator fans. Still, with over 130 providers, you’re sure to find something to suit your tastes.
Mega Riches Slots
As it usually goes, slots make up the bulk of the games on the site, with about 4500 titles available at the time of writing. There are also separate sections for table games (poker, blackjack, roulette) and for scratch cards.
The most impressive thing about the slots section at Mega Riches was the number of filters by which I could narrow down the selection. There are some 20-ish filters that let you view games by type (e.g. megaways, jackpots) or by specific game features (e.g. re-spins, expanding wilds, slots with win multipliers).
On top of that, there’s a convenient bottom bar where you can view the most popular slots, new releases, and some featured games. Here, you can also find your favorites and see the games you played recently, which is extremely convenient.
Live Casino
You’re unlikely to be disappointed by the live casino either, as there’s hundreds of games from several established providers: Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Authentic Gaming, OnAir, RAW iGaming, and Stakelogic. As you might expect, Evolution and Pragmatic dominate the selection, but it’s always nice to be able to check out some lesser-known providers.
You can find a wide range of games, including blackjack, roulette, poker, baccarat, poker, sic bo, and various game shows. Sadly, there’s no way to filter by game or variant, but simply narrowing the selection down by provider lets you skim through everything easily enough.
