Luxury Casino falls under the wings of the Casino Rewards group – the largest group of Microgaming download casinos. They seldom generate complaints – and if or when they do, they can be dealt with swiftly by either their i-Gaming rep, us, or the Kahnawake Gaming Commission which has a “hands on” policy concerning player issues.
Unfortunately, they lost their Accreditation for breaking the marketing standards we require our Accredited Casinos to abide by, thus they were removed and are now in the Grey Zone.
