From the player complaints point of view Jackpot Capital is a pretty clean shop. In the 15 years I’ve been handling player complaints at Casinomeister I’ve seen only five (5) formal complaints about them. An average of one complaint every three years is exceptionally low and in my experience these things don’t happen by accident: somebody is running a tight ship.
When it comes to getting complaints looked into things are pretty straightforward with Jackpot Capital. Up until about 2015 we had a personal contact, albeit different ones, which was great because you develop a rapport with that person, mutual trust is built and the whole thing proceeds smoothly. Since 2015 or so we’ve been dealing with a separate department and while that often means bad things for the complaints resolution process that hasn’t been the case at JC. Again, these things don’t happen by accident and I suspect the “tight ship” ethos is the explanation here again.

First Impression
Jackpot Capital Casino is an online casino established in 2008 and owned by Greavestrend LTD. It is powered exclusively by Realtime Gaming, although it’s recently been upgraded, making the site much more user-friendly and easy to use.

You’re limited to one of these weekly withdrawals; the minimum withdrawal is $150. The maximum withdrawal is $3,000. Unfortunately, a fee of $30 per transaction for withdrawals made this way is not too bad, given the casino is physically mailing you a check.
Note: Withdrawals made via Overnight Express cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes. You need a physical address. If you prefer to receive your money electronically, you can withdraw it back to your Payz EWallet. To do so, simply fill out the “Pay-Out Request Form”, and your winnings will be available in your EWallet as soon as the casino processes your withdrawal. One crucial caveat to be aware of for those who deposit with credit or debit cards; the casino state: “Please note that once you request your winnings, you will be required to complete ACCOUNT VERIFICATION / AUTHORIZATION FORM for each card used and send it to us via email before a payout can be processed.”
This is pretty unusual and a real hassle, in our opinion. While – presumably – it’s designed to reduce fraud (and the subsequent chargebacks associated with them), it’s a major hassle for players. As a result, we’d recommend using a different withdrawal method.
