To release the $20 from the first deposit bonus, or rather turn them into withdrawable money, you will have to meet the wagering requirements of 5x. This has to be done within 30 days of bonus activation. In the grand scheme of things, this is a pretty low wagering multiplier, even for such a small-sized bonus.

Not all games will contribute towards clearing the wagering requirements of the bonus at an equal rate. Slots and game shows count 100%; Dream Catcher 50%, while other games have 0-10% contribution.

Once you use up the $20 bonus cash, you will have to opt in for the additional $10 via the promotions page. This instalment of the welcome package carries a $10 wagering requirement and can be used only on specific games from the live dealer lounge. RNG table games are excluded from the bonus.

With regards to the stake limitations, Grosvenor casino hasn’t made it particularly clear as to which is the maximum bet allowed when playing with the welcome bonus funds. Going into this review, I expected to find a loyalty scheme that resembles that of what’s offered in brick-and-mortar casinos. However, after asking customer support about it, I was informed that it currently does not offer such a program on the site. There are a couple of things Grosvenor casino could do better, and banking is one of them. That’s not to say that users won’t be able to find suitable deposit and withdrawal means; it’s just that the selection is much weaker than we’d expect from a top-tier casino operator.
