Gamix Casino Review
A crisp new platform with a promising VIP program
Casinomeister's Verdict
Gamix online casino hasn’t been around for that long, but it’s already on a roll. They boast a shedload of bonuses, a promising VIP scheme, and a decent lineup of titles.
Their customer support and responsible gaming tools, however, are still rough around the edges. Until they sort these out (which we expect them to do pretty quickly, since they’re still fresh on the iGaming scene), it’s best to exercise caution.

From the desk of Max Drayman
Gamix.Bet is unknown to us: no complaints, no mentions, no nothing. Same applies to the other casinos run by the parent company Fair Game Software (FGS). So far so good because, as they say in the movies, “no news is good news”. A bit of complexity comes into play here because Gamix.bet and 30+ sister casinos are listed in the Anjouan Gaming registrar as current and active licensees: this is not particularly good news because there is no reason so far to believe that the Anjouan license is anything more than an off-shore rubber stamp. However, for some jurisdictions Gamix.bet is now displaying a Curaçao GCB provisional license which there is reason to believe will be a respectable step up from the bad old days of Curaçao licensing. Unfortunately the news is not all good here because for other jurisdictions it’s a Costa Rican license — often believed to be the worst of the worst — that is being shown. So what conclusion? Suffice it to say that if the license being shown in your jurisdiction is Curaçao GCB then you should have far fewer worries than it it’s one of the others. Proceed with extreme caution, be sure to check the license for your jurisdiction and make your decision regarding Gamix.bet based on that.
PS. Gamix.bet is not to be confused with Gamix.vip which is a much less promising operation as it appears that only a Costa Rican license is on offer there. Our experience with Costa Rican licenses is very poor indeed so “Avoid” is what we’d say here.
First Impression
Launched in 2024 by FairGame G.P N.V., a Curacao-based company with 14 other brands under its belt, Gamix seems to be putting in the effort to bring in as many players as possible.
They’re home to thousands of slots, instant and table games, jackpots, and live casino, and you can get started with any of those by depositing money using a bunch of different methods — from credit, debit cards, and e-wallets to cryptocurrencies.
But all these details barely scratch the surface of what Gamix has in store. When reviewing casinos, we at Casinomeister always go a step further in line with our casino review methodology.
Here’s what we’ve sniffed out about Gamix.
Pros
-
Promising VIP program
-
Decent number of games
-
Fiat and cryptocurrency payment options
Cons
-
Rarely available customer support
-
Limited responsible gaming tools
BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
By and large, Gamix seems to be catering to new players — they offer a decent lineup of welcome bonuses. Four of them, to be exact.
Loyal players, however, can claim up to 15% cashback or exclusive bonuses once they start working their way up the Gamix online casino’s VIP ladder.
But let’s break down Gamix’s promo offers and see what’s truly in it for players.
Welcome Bonus
New players at Gamix online casino can claim up to €500 coupled with 100 free spins on their first deposit. Not a bad setup overall.
But to actually grab the welcome bonus, you’ll need to meet the following conditions:
- First off, you need to deposit at least €30,
- Then, you’ll have to wager your winnings 40x, and
- Finally, you’ve only got 10 days to meet the wagering requirements.
There’s also one more catch regarding the welcome bonus. If you’re a resident of Sweden and Finland, don’t hold your breath — you’ll be restricted from claiming this offer.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
Gamix online casino doesn’t run any no-deposit offers or no-deposit free spins right now. If they decide to introduce any such offers in the future, we’ll be glad to update this casino review as soon as possible.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Gamix runs a solid 9-tiered VIP program that players can enroll in as soon as they register and start playing. As you may expect, the more you play, the higher you climb up the tiers.
But a quick heads up: only slot games count for leveling up. So, for every €1 you bet on slots, you rack up 1XP.
Naturally, the more XP you earn, the better your level and rewards get. For reference, once you get to Level 5 (Warrior), you can expect to be awarded with a €50 bonus + 100 free spins, an 11% cashback, your personal VIP manager, and some sweet personalized offers. But if you make it all the way to the pinnacle Level 9, you’ll score a 15% cashback, €1000 bonus + 500 free spins, priority for withdrawals, and loads of other exclusive bonuses.
Banking & Payment Methods
Based on the number of payment method options, it seems like Gamix casino focused their efforts on catering to a wide range of players. They support everything from Visa and Mastercard to Jeton, MiFinity, Paysafecard, and Skrill. If you’re into crypto casinos, you won’t fall short of options, either, since Gamix supports Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Doge, Tether, and more.
Whichever payment method you go for, you’ll be required to deposit a minimum amount of €40. Not the most low-end option out there, but we’ve seen worse. Yet this condition may feel like a downside to most low rollers who prefer playing it safe.
Withdrawal Speed
Withdrawal methods at Gamix online casino do not exactly match the payment methods available, which may feel like a bit of a letdown for some players. Once we tried to cash out, we saw only e-wallets, bank transfer, and crypto options available. It’s worth noting that what you see might differ based on your location, so don’t be surprised if you can’t withdraw your winnings the same way you put in your money.
Then, you’ll have to wait up to 48 hours for your winnings to be processed by Gamix. After that, it goes back to your payment method. If you’re using a card, expect to wait up to a week, but with e-wallets, you should see your cash in no more than 72 hours.
As for the withdrawal limits, the minimum withdrawal amount is €40, while the maximum amount you can take out is capped at €2000/day, €5000/week, and €20,000/month.
Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming isn’t exactly Gamix’s strong suit. Not only do they only offer an upon-request self-exclusion option, but they also don’t have a standalone Responsible gaming page. In this day and age, this is less than the bare minimum.
In fact, we only came across the information about this whole self-exclusion thing because we typically dissect every nook and cranny of terms and conditions while rating casinos.
All in all, if you feel like your gambling’s getting out of hand, you’ll have to jump through some serious hoops to get help here.
Customer Support at Gamix
Based on our decade-long experience, we can confidently conclude that customer support is the one department that can make or break an online casino. When the service doesn’t hold up to its promise right from the get-go, players lose trust fast. And when that happens? They’ll just take their business elsewhere.
Gamix online casino’s customer service doesn’t exactly fail to deliver 100%, but they could definitely benefit from stepping things up.
In theory, you can reach out to their customer support via a live chat widget. In reality, however, they’re not exactly available at all times, and there’s no info on their working hours. Basically, you’ll need to sit really tight until you get in touch with them.
When you finally get through, though, the support reps are usually friendly and do a solid job. For example, when we asked about the KYC process, they even went ahead and offered to send us a list of all the documents needed for identity verification without us even asking. So props to them for that.
KYC
Once you’re about to make your first withdrawal, expect to be required to verify your identity at Gamix. That’s when you’ll need to provide them with your proof of identity document (ID, passport, or driver’s license), proof of address, and proof of payment (bank statement, a screenshot, etc.). If you’re using crypto, you may be required to send them a selfie, too.
Lax-licensed casinos tend not to ask for identity confirmation until the very moment you wish to withdraw some cash, and that’s nothing we hadn’t seen before. But that’s why it’s a good move to verify your identity right after you set up your account — saves you from any headaches later on.
Gamix Casino Experience and Features
The website’s color scheme is primarily black and green, fusing into an easy-on-the-eyes dark theme. It may not seem like a big deal, but when you’re busy hitting the reels for hours, such an aesthetic comes as quite a sight for sore eyes. Literally.
Accessibility-wise, Gamix, unfortunately, still hasn’t come out with a standalone app, but since everything runs like a well-oiled machine in mobile browsers, it doesn’t feel like anything big’s missing.
Where Gamix online casino could definitely use some work are the filtering options. As of now, they are basically non-existent, and most players would appreciate not having to sift through thousands of titles until they find the one that’s down their alley.
Brand games
Game Providers
Although Gamix teamed up with over 90 software providers, don’t expect to find the list of available game developers anywhere on the website. Filtering games by provider is also out of the question.
But as you know, we at Casinomeister never shy away from doing the heavy lifting while writing casino reviews. That’s why we went through all the games with a fine-tooth comb and spotted big names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger Gaming, Yggdrasil, Ezugi, Endorphina, and around 80 more.
Gamix Slots
The range of slots you’ll find at Gamix is pretty massive, although it’s hard to tell exactly how many slots they store unless you count them individually. Could be forged slightly better, no doubt.
Anyhow, once you head over to their slots section, you’ll probably immediately spot all the sought-after titles, including Play’n Go’s crown jewel, The Book of Dead, classic three-reeler Fire Joker, and historical-themed adventure Trojan Tales.
Something that feels like a nice touch devised with players’ interests in mind is the Favorites section. This is where you’ll find all the titles dear to your heart, a.k.a. games you’ve been playing for a while.
Live Casino
Gamix’s Live casino section definitely doesn’t disappoint. Once you go to their Live casino section, you’ll notice the games neatly divided into several categories, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker, and Roulette.
The Blackjack section stores different variants of blackjack, including the well-liked American Blackjack, Ezugi’s Spanish Unlimited Blackjack, and Blackjack Switch. If poker is your thing, there’s a variety too — everything from classic Texas Hold’em and Video Poker to Jacks or Better Multihand.
Gamix also boasts some of the most popular game shows, including Evolution’s Monopoly Live, Dream Catcher, and Deal or No Deal. Oddly enough, game shows don’t seem to be deserving of a separate category at Gamix online casino. The only way you can find them is through the search bar, but only if you know what you’re looking for exactly. All in all, the categorization doesn’t quite hit the mark user experience-wise.
Table Games
Although table games have their own little spot, they seem to be merged with live games. So, if you’re looking for table games specifically (which you probably are if you ended up on this part of the website), it may take a while to track down what you’re after.
Here you’ll find a mix of games like Sic Bo, European and French Roulette, and Russian Keno. Gamix doesn’t shy away from lottery titles either (although it’s not really clear why they’re stationed within the Table games section). You can try your luck with Candy Bingo, Hollywood, and Fashion Bingo, as well as Piggy Bank and Millionnaire Scratch.
Progressive Jackpots
Jackpot games at Gamix online casino are cleverly split into three categories: grand, middle, and mini.
If you’re all about landing a smaller but more frequent sum, you can try out some of their mini jackpots, such as Wild Toro, where you can win a x2250 maximum of your bet, or check out the cascading reels of Captain’s Bounty.
In case you’re after slightly bigger payouts, the Middle Jackpots category at Gamix stores over 40 titles, including Spinomenal’s Majestic Claws, Elk’s Ashoka Eternal, and Endorphina’s Hell Hot 100.
While you won’t find life-changing titles such as Mega Moolah and Age of Gods in Gamix’s Grand Jackpots category, there are still some decent titles worth checking out, including Spinomenal’s 50-payline Demi Gods V, and PGSoft’s famous 3-reeler Buffalo Win.
About the Gamix Team and History
Gamix is one of the latest additions to the FairGame G.P N.V. platforms lineup. It got its license from Costa Rica and also holds a certificate of operation from the Curacao Gaming Control Board.
Gamix’s parent company is behind 14 other brands, including Betsomnia, Rakoo, and Tomb Riches Casino, and as of now, it seems to be running things clean.
Complaints and Track Record
Gamix is still pretty new, so we didn’t find anything about them in our complaints records. But as Max mentioned earlier, the lack of complaints could be a good sign. Let’s just hope that Gamix keeps their records clean in the years to come, even when they’re skin-deep in the iGaming business.
