However, while we were writing this casino review, we found it a little unclear as to whether it is indeed true that players need to verify their account in this way before they can make withdrawals. We also noticed on the main homepage that they advertise instant withdrawals.
We weren’t able to find any indication of that being the case for the non-crypto methods, but it could well be that even e-wallets offer instant withdrawals, so this may be something worth clarifying before you play. We have also reached out to the casino for further clarification, as we are unsure whether the instant withdrawals refer simply to crypto withdrawals.
On the whole, however, when it comes to withdrawals, it does look like Del Oro Casino is doing a solid job, and most of what we can see real players talking about online pretty much backs that up.

When we tested the live chat portal for this review, we found that it took just a couple of minutes to connect with a support representative, and each time we were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff who resolved our issues quickly.
KYC
At Del Oro Casino, they state that they reserve the right to request ID confirmation from any player at any time. If this is required, you’ll usually need to upload an identification document such as a passport or driving license, along with a proof of address, like a utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last three months that clearly shows your full legal name and current address.
However, it is somewhat unclear whether all players need to undergo this KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Given that Anjouan, the casino’s new regulator, is relatively new, it’s hard to predict how strict they will be in enforcing these player verification checks. Due to their young age, we don’t yet have enough data on their licensing standards compared to more established regulators.
One thing worth noting, though it’s not directly about KYC, is that withdrawals at Del Oro Casino must always be processed back to the same banking method used for your most recent deposit. Progressive jackpots
Unfortunately, there is no dedicated jackpot tab visible to us. This is a bit disappointing, especially since games from providers like Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, which offer progressive jackpot games, are available.
At the time of writing, we’re unsure why there isn’t a specific tab or filter to view the jackpot games available. It may be due to the fact that we were accessing the site from a Canadian IP address, but we still find that hard to believe. This is definitely an area we’d like to see Del Oro Casino improve on in the future.
