This is probably the best combination to have since both of these licensing entities handle player complaints. Besides that, Casino Action has an awesome casino rep in our forum who is extremely responsive when it comes to complaints. There have not been many complaints made about this group relatively speaking.
Unfortunately, the marketing arm of this casino group ran a misguided and predatory promotion offering a 25% bonus to reverse one’s winnings. This violated our standards for Accredited Casinos:
Will not aggressively entice players to reverse cash withdrawals with bonuses or other incentives.
So they were removed from the Accredited Section and placed into the Grey Zone.
Other than that, they are a pretty good operation. Sad to see them go.

Casino Action is ok. Sure they are a downloadable Microgaming casino, but you can do better. Removed from the Accredited section for having predatory promotions that violated our marketing standards. What a shame that they don’t seem to care about being listed at Casinomeister as an Accredited Casino.
