Bizzo Casino Review
A solid casino with a top-notch VIP program

Casinomeister's Verdict
Bizzo Casino is an online casino that opened its doors in 2021, and since then has stocked up on thousands of games and devised a pretty decent VIP program.
Yet, they’re owned by TechSolutions Group N.V., whose brands have accumulated several complaints over the years.
Since we at Casinomeister never leave anything to chance, we spent an entire week checking out Bizzo Casino (as we always do while testing and rating online casinos).
Over that time, we didn’t run into any problems at Bizzo. Their customer support went an extra mile to give us all the answers, and they’re pretty up-front with all the information.
Yet, given their parent company’s history, we advise players to watch their steps at Bizzo Casino, just to be sure.
Until you give it a spin, check out our full review of Bizzo Casino below. And, once you do, don’t forget to share your experience in our forum.
Great VIP program
From the desk of Max Drayman
We know Bizzo Casino’s parent company, TechSolutions Group N.V., and some of its sister brands all too well.
22Bet, for instance, is one of TechSolution’s, and we had a run of complaints between 2018 and 2020. They had nothing to say in response to player complaints beyond bogus claims that it was a “violation of their license” to discuss player complaints.
Their licensing body is Curaçao 8084/JAZ, and we have very good relations with many of those licensees, with no “license violations” ever being a concern. Those excuses are just ‘casinoese’ for “We don’t want to talk to you.” This is very convenient for them but of no help to players with issues that need attention.
In conclusion, Bizzo is unknown to us, but given the actions of some sister brands, we would advise players to proceed with extreme caution.
First Impression
Bizzo Casino is not exactly a newcomer to the iGaming scene since they’ve been around since 2021.
They’re licensed in Curacao and owned by TechSolutions Group N.V. — the parent company to 3 more online gambling websites — 20Bet Casino, National Casino, and 22Bet Casino.
The very moment we landed on Bizzo online casino’s website, we noticed the design. It’s distinctively vivid but not too harsh on the eyes. Working your way around such a platform seems pretty straightforward. Everything is neatly laid out and within reach, from the search bar to creating an account.
They’re also up-front with all the info, so we didn’t have to go above and beyond to dig up the information about their payment options, software providers, or the games they’re equipped with.
At Bizzo Casino, you can deposit and cash out using all major credit and debit cards, eWallets such as Skrill and Neteller, or cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum.
They’re home to a bunch of notable providers, too. Bizzo online casino teamed up with Red Tiger Gaming, Thunderkick, NetEnt, and Big Time Gaming, among others, so now they provide everything from classic 7-reelers to progressive jackpots, live dealer, and table games.
At first glance, it seems like what’s in store is what you get.
But as you know, we never do a half-baked job crafting our casino reviews. So, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty about Bizzo Casino.
Pros
Excellent VIP program
Great deal of slots
Up-to-speed customer support
Cons
Few responsible gambling tools
Slim selection of progressive jackpots
Top 5 casinos
BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Bizzo online casino has come up with several ways to keep their players happy. On top of giving a warm welcome to the newcomers, they also care for their seasoned players.
They seem to try to keep the fun rolling with special Monday and Thursday bonuses, too, topping it off with several time-limited tournaments offers.
Let’s take a closer look at all the casino bonuses you can claim once you register at Bizzo.
Bizzo Casino Welcome Bonus
New players at Bizzo Casino can claim a 125% matched first deposit bonus of up to $1000 coupled with up to 125 free spins. To unlock this offer, you’ll need to make a minimum deposit of $20.
But there’s a slight catch to it.
A $20 deposit won’t get you anywhere near the %125 matched bonus — it’s ‘the more you give the more you receive’ kind of a thing. So, if you shoot for the highest matched deposit bonus, keep in mind that you’ll need to deposit at least $250.
Also, you won’t be able to hit the total amount of your free spins straight away. They’re credited to new players in installments of 25 spins over the course of 2 weeks.
Guess they like players to test the waters for as long as possible.
What’s more, the playthrough requirement for all bonuses, including the welcome offer, is 40 times — a bit higher than the industry standard. This means you may have to make your way to see it transferred to your real money balance.
Anyhow, once you’re ready to place your deposit again, Bizzo online casino raises you a second deposit bonus. This offer comes with a 50% match up to $300 and 50 free spins for the Johnny Cash or Elvis Frog in Vegas slot. However, this time, you’ll see your free spins available right after making the second deposit.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
While we were busy reviewing Bizzo online casino, we didn’t discover any no-deposit bonuses and no-deposit free spin offers. However, as always, we’ll keep tabs on this casino and update this page accordingly.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Nowadays, almost every cookie-cutter casino runs at least a half-decent bonus program. Then, when we get to the subject of lavish VIP and loyalty programs, most of the time, it’s crickets.
On the other hand, Bizzo Casino operates a pretty nifty VIP program called VIP Club, where players get to climb through 30 levels. When you climb to the last level, there’s a scrumptious cherry awaiting on top — a Porsche 911.
But although the final prize sounds mouth-watering, we have to pull the brakes here. In reality, how doable is it to actually win it?
Well, the good news is that Bizzo Casino gives everyone an equal chance to become part of their VIP Club. Once you register and make your first deposit, you’re instantly a member.
Yet, we dug a bit deeper and saw that players receive 1 comp point for each $30 they bet in slots. To receive the final prize, you’ll need to collect 15 million comp points.
Also, all rewards come with a 10x wagering requirement, while exchanging comp points for cash is attached to a 5x wagering requirement.
With that being said, the main prize may only be within reach if you’re a high-rolling player.
However, there is still a little something for everyone else. You get to claim free spins or other monetary rewards as you keep on climbing the levels.
If you ask us, that’s still a decent program — especially compared to so many other gaming platforms that offer close-to-nothing deals.
Banking & Payment Methods
Bizzo Casino caters to a wide audience in terms of the payment methods. You can use Bank Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Jeton, Interac, Luxonpay, AstroPay, MiFinity, paysafecard, Bitcoin, Litecoin, VeChain, Ethereum, and many others.
Usually, at most online casinos that accept Visa you won’t encounter any limitations country-wise, but at Bizzo the Visa option may not be available for all countries. The same goes for MasterCard, so keep that in mind.
The minimum deposit is $10, while the maximum amount may depend on the payment method you go for.
Bizzo Casino Withdrawal Speed
Before you even get to the point of withdrawal, you’ll need to wager all your deposits x3. This information is tucked away in their Terms & Conditions, so it’s worth leaving it here.
Then, you may wait up to 3 days to get your withdrawal request approved. In practice, they usually process withdrawal requests quicker than that.
Also, it’s worth pointing out that when you’re ready to withdraw your cash, you may not be able to use the same method you’ve used to deposit money. Depending on the country you’re playing from, you’ll probably see Bank Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, Jeton, Payz, Interac, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum available.
Responsible gaming
At first glance, Bizzo Casino seems to be a strong advocate of responsible gaming. They showcase a dedicated Responsible Gaming page with a bunch of resources and a short self-assessment exam.
But if you’ve ever looked at how we rate online casinos, you’d notice that we’re quite eagle-eyed about responsible gambling.
That’s why we took a closer inspection of Bizzo Casino’s options, and noticed that the only tool Bizzo offers is the self-exclusion option. To actually see this feature activated, you’ll need to reach out to customer support.
Honestly, this seems like a bare minimum in today’s day and age.
Although this may be a consequence of the lax regulations imposed by their licensor, we’d love to see Bizzo Casino allow players to activate the feature themselves in the future. After all, it’s called self-exclusion for a reason.
Customer Support at Bizzo Casino
As with virtually all casinos nowadays, Bizzo Casino lets you contact them via live chat and email.
The live chat option is easy to spot, and once you click the widget, you’ll first need to leave your name and email address. Yet, before you get to speak to the agent, you’ll first need to select the type of issue you’re dealing with, and then you’ll receive a bunch of automatic replies.
If you cannot resolve your issue based on the auto-responses you receive, you can click the Speak with live agent button.
Although such a process may be a slight hassle, once we got in touch with the agent, we received the response quite promptly, and the agent was more than happy to assist us.
It’s also worth noting that customer support at Bizzo Casino is available 24/7, and you can also speak to them in English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and French.
KYC
ID checks are not carried out immediately at Bizzo online casino once you register.
But be mindful that they don’t specify exactly when they’d require account verification. They only state that they might request an ID check once a player reaches a ‘certain sum’ of deposits or withdrawals.
With that in mind, be ready to provide your government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of your payment system at any point.
Then, you’ll have to wait up to 3 days till they process your verification. Typically, it lasts shorter than that, but in case they’re up to their ears with work, you may wait a while.
Bizzo Casino Experience and Features
Bizzo Casino is yet to come out with a dedicated mobile app.
Yet, there’s something that left us puzzled when we searched for their standalone app in the App Store.
Once you type in ‘Bizzo’ in the search bar, you’ll see an app with the casino’s logo and their distinct color scheme. But if you download it and try to load it, a surprise of a different kind waits just around the corner — you’ll start steering Bizzo and dodging asteroids and aliens! So what you get from the App Store is actually a game.
Nonetheless, you can still give Bizzo Casino a go from your preferred browser on your mobile device. It still runs as smoothly as the desktop version, it’s easy to navigate, and loads pretty quickly.
Brand games
Bizzo Casino Game Providers
Bizzo online casino partnered with some of the most notable software providers in the industry, including Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, BigTimeGaming, Endorphina, NetEnt, Red Tiger Gaming, Yggdrasil, among 100 others.
They also teamed up with the industry stalwart Evolution which is a kudos-worthy move, especially knowing they provide top-level live dealer games.
Bizzo Casino Slots
You’ll find more than 3000 different titles nestled within Bizzo Casino’s Slots category. Immediately upon opening the Slots tab, you’ll see some of the cult classics such as Book of Dead, Joker Heist, Sweet Bonanza, and Legacy of Dead.
Viking-themed slots enthusiasts will probably tread on air after seeing Bizzo Casino’s selection of Viking slots. They store everything from Yggdrasil’s famous 5-reeler Age of Asgard to Viking Runecraft and action-packed Troll Hunters.
A glance at the new titles reveals hot-off-the-fire titles such as Wazdan’s Mighty Wild: Panther Grand Diamond Edition, Egyptian-themed Lucky Scarabs, and an updated version of the classic under-the-sea action game Fishing Kingdom Remastered.
Live Dealer Games
Although Bizzo Casino stores a great deal of the industry-favorite live dealer games, you shouldn’t expect to see them sorted out in one place.
The sidebar, however, does showcase a Live dealers category. But once you click there, you’ll see nothing but an in-your-face CTA image inviting you to put in a deposit.
This may have something to do with the fact that you cannot play live casino games unless you’ve deposited some money.
Anyhow, to actually find your favorite live casino game, you’ll have to type its title in the Search bar.
So, that’s what we did, and we found a wide selection of popular titles, from Baccarat Lobby and Speed Blackjack to electrifying XXXTreme Lightning Roulette and Lightning Baccarat.
The game show category, on the other hand, has its own spot in the navigation bar. That’s where you’ll find titles such as candy-coated adventure Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Mega Wheel, Crazy Time, and a popular Deal or No Deal based on the Channel 4 TV game show.
Table Games
Similarly to the Live Casino section, you won’t find the Table games category on the Bizzo casino’s website either.
If you asked us — that’s quite a pity.
Especially since their overall offer of table games is quite impressive, and having to search for them slightly takes away from the overall player experience.
Anyhow, once you do get a hold of Bizzo casino’s table games, you’ll see everything from blackjack and roulette, to baccarat, poker and craps.
They also store French Roulette, several variations of Sic Bo, Texas Hold’em, and Aces and Faces with an RTP of 99.25%.
If you’re into classic low house edge games, you can give a whirl at Baccarat No Commision or Baccarat Supreme No Commision.
Progressive jackpots
Unfortunately, progressive jackpots at Bizzo Casino did not earn a separate category in the navigation bar. So, yet again, you’ll have to utilize the Search bar to find your favorite title.
Nonetheless, there’s a decent number of progressive jackpots you can try out at Bizzo Casino. You’ll find plenty of titles from Fire Joker Freeze and Gates of Olympus to John Hunter and the Book of Tut, Rainbow Jackpots, and Gladiator.
They may not store some of the veteran progressive jackpots such as Mega Moolah or Age of the Gods, but that shouldn’t take away the fun of spinning yourself to large-scale wins.
About the Bizzo Team and History
Owned and established in 2021 by TechSolutions Group N.V., Bizzo Casino is a sister company to 3 more online casinos — 20Bet Casino, National Casino, and 22Bet Casino.
The casino operates under the Curaçao Master License 8048/JAZ — one of the few Curaçao master license holders that actually takes player complaints seriously from time to time.
It’s also worth noting that in 2022, Bizzo Casino got blocked by the Australian Media and Communications Authority after providing prohibited gambling services.
Complaints and Track Record
Up until this moment, we haven’t received any complaints about Bizzo Casino at Casinomeister.
However, we did receive a good deal of complaints about Bizzo Casino’s sister brands in the past. Although we hope that their parent company, TechSolutions Group N.V., has changed its tune and begun taking players’ complaints seriously in the meantime, we still advise you to tread carefully at Bizzo Casino.
In any case, if any issue comes up with Bizzo Casino — we’ll promptly update this review to make sure you’re in the clear.
